Justin the driver was awesome! He went above and beyond to help me. Came earlier than expected and was very helpful to my situation. The lady who first answered my call was friendly and helpful also .This is the go to company.. I will use them again! Don’t waste your time calling anyone else . This company is the BEST!Thank y’all so very much!

The attendant that assisted me with my tow called when he was enroute, arrived took the time to communicate different things with me and then notified me upon delivering my car to the dealership. Thats what I call customer service.

I have towing include in my insurance so I cant say anything about the price, but they were very professional and helpful, giving me tips about possible issues with my car. Turns out the problem that was guessed turned out to be correct and I was able to get my car towed home and back on the road on the same day.

This company takes advantage of people when they are in an already stressful situation and are not honest about their tow fees!! If any other company tows a vehicle from an accident scene I guarantee they can provide an itemized bill. Very unprofessional to not be able to provide this just to acquire ownership of a vehicle and take advantage of a young girl!

Grassfield was sent to me through my insurance company, so I had no idea what to expect as a first time user. Couldnt have asked for better service. Arrived well within ETA, and was friendly, polite, and efficient. If I have any further towing needs be it for an accident or no, Ill gladly use this company again.

Your employees need to learn not to cut other cars off in the rain and not to speed at 60mph on a 45mph road. I wouldnt trust such reckless drivers with towing my car.

Unfortunately this is the towing company AAA sent to tow my car from the side of the road. We were only 20 mins away from my house they had to take it to. When the guy arrived we confirmed the address he was supposed to deliver it to. After an hour of waiting for our car to show up we decided to call. AAA said the towing company had already dropped off the car, but our car was no where to be found. Apparently he dropped it off in the wrong city about 30 mins away. With the keys in the car and all of are vacation luggage. After going back and forth and told several different time frames our car was finally dropped off at 9:15 pm. The car was originally picked up at 3:40 pm. Of course the towing company blames AAA but we gave the address to the towing company. Even if AAA messed up it Should have not taken 4 hours to return our car. Maybe rethink only having 1 towing truck on a holiday weekend/ Saturday.
