If I could give them zero stars I would. I requested a flat bed tow at 5pm and was told it would be a hour and 15 minutes at most then the guy showed up with a regular tow truck 3 hours later and realized he couldn’t tow the car and told me he would have another tow truck come and get it another two hours past with no phone call or tow truck I called them back and was told by a young lady the driver would be there in 20 minutes he never showed up it was now 1130 pm and I was still waiting on the tow truck I called back one last time and the lady said the driver is on his way and and would call me when he was outside that call never came and the car was still in the same spot that it was the day before they even sent claims to my insurance company stating they picked up the vehicle and never touched it these guys are conmen at its finest avoid these guys at all cost!

Do not use this company. First it took four hours to get my car. Then as were driving to my service shop, the tow truck driver tried to scam me out of thirty dollars cash. He said he would take my car to impound lot or drop it back off on the highway unless I paid him some bogus fee. So I told him I would pay with a credit card but he said he could only accept cash. Then after I refused he said if I bought him some cigarettes at the seven eleven we could call it even. I refused and he reluctantly dropped off my car at the service shop.

I have never in my life had an experience like this. I wait over 2 hours for them to show up. I recurved no phone call or apology. I called and the company hum called to seek the status. No answers! The gentleman who picked me up was friendly enough. He really did not explain to me the problem. He spent the rest of the ride talking to his girlfriend. I honestly could care less at this point. I just want my car removed, so that is why I am at least giving 1 star.

Worst place ever. DO NOT USE. waited 2 hours and they keep pushing back time. Finally had to call a reliable company

These guys were great. They were out to pick me up with in 30 minutes after I had already waited 3 hours for A&W!

Did not follow instructions from the company that dispatched them to my location. When they did not show up for the second time, I called them to still have my car towed and they said the tow had been cancelled and I would have to call the roadside assistance company to have them re-dispatched. Very poor service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They have the worst customer service I have ever witnesses! They lack professionalism and their response time is ridiculous! My insurance said they have cut the contract with them and will never use them again so Im thankful for that. This 1 star is for my insurance company not for all around towing

This place is a joke, Car broke down and it took them 4 hours to get there! then when the African American man finally arrived he was very rude and obnoxious, He also smelled very terrible. He kept making sex jokes around my wife on the way back to the service center...We both felt really uncomfortable...we finally got to a rental car place after 8 hours of being down and stuck with a $500 bill...Called the main office first thing Monday morning to speak with Rebecca, The manager only to be put on hold for 30 mins with still no response...They just wanted me to hang up so they wouldnt have to talk to me...Needless to say a lawsuit has been filed and we will have an outcome about this situation..ABSOLUTELY DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!! CROOKED AS THEY COME!

They decided that my little Dodge Dart would drain their tow truck battery and cancelled the call. Didn’t notify me until after I called back an hour later waiting. I am post operative from less than a week, waiting in cold temps are not helping at all.

This is a terrible company!!!! After a snowstorm I got stuck. I called my insurance company, Progressive,for roadside assistance and got Protran Enterprises LLC. They left me stranded for 4 hours. Each time I called they lied to me saying they would be there in fifteen minutes. I eventually got help from a different tow company. Stay far away from this company!

Absolutely horrible service. Use this company and you will wait hours beyond the promised time, be placed on hold over and over again when inquiring about an update (because they wont bother to call you first), and then hung up on.

Absolute worst tow truck company Ive ever encountered. Their lot is 20 minutes from where I broke down, I was given an estimated wait time of an hour. It took well over two hours for them to reach me and it was not during rush hour. In addition, the receptionist/dispatcher Tonya was extremely unprofessional; I could not understand her broken english, which is no big deal in and of itself but she was eating or chewing bubble gum while I was on speaker which made it very difficult to understand her. Furthermore she placed me on hold several times for 5 minutes at a time. Lastly she had the audacity to give me attitude as if it was my fault that I could not understand her.Shut the place down. Never ever use this company.

Horrific service period, customer service seemed bothered and unconcerned, given same excuse as to why the long wait time and then put back on hold. Is there only one truck and driver, sorry excuse for a towing company period😡😠😡😠

My car was disabled near an off ramp and needed a tow I am currently waiting 2 and a half hours I had to call my insurance company back to redispatch me another tow truck company. Avoid this at all costs theyre the worst and should be out of business.

The drivers are nice and polite, nice helpful staff.

Never again in my life this place should not even exist. When they towed my truck they towed it wrong and now my transmission is out but I filed a claim. This place sucks balls and ass . Dumb ass people not even qualified to work at McDonalds . You dont even deserve this star

They took a long time and had a hard time finding us, but they got the job done. Car was retrieved.

They are one of the worst towing companies, they never arrive when they say they would even after several updates on their ETA. They should not be allowed to be in business, very unconcerned and just out right unprofessional
