I had went through my emergency towing membership company and this was the company that was dispatched to tow my car. I had a great experience with this company and the driver was friendly and took good car of my vehicle while towing. My vehicle needed towing this past Friday morning, very early. I was on my way out of state to see family when my car broke down 20 miles from my home. This company was here in less than 15 minutes to help with my tow back home. Thanks to this company and the driver, I was able to get my car to the shop, get a rental and off on my trip that morning. Thanks so much I appreciated your efforts, i recommend this company should you ever need a tow, great service!! I hope the owner sees this review!

I had a different request. I had won my 1st live Christmas Tree. I.needed to get it homeI gave little notice to 757 Towing & Recovery, but they help me out! On time and Professional! I can image how wonderful they are towing Cars, Trucks, ect! Thank You for your good customer Service!

WORST SERVICE EVER!! I sat with my mother while she waited for a tow from AAA. This is the company that showed up. The guy was so rude. He was insistent that the car could be jumped from the engine compartment even though wed already called the dealer and Id explained it wasnt possible. From there it was just downhill. He even dropped the car off, passed over the keys, walked to his truck and pulled off without even so much a have a nice night. To the point my mother asked me if hed said anything to me and if he was actually, in fact, leaving! Who wants to work all day, be stranded, wait for over an hour for help and then have to deal with this?? Terrible service. And Ill be sure to make AAA aware of the service provided from this affiliate.Response to owner: Super intrigued how your drivers truck camera caught all of this! And Im interested in having you provide proof of this as well. Such little details about the specifics of the customer yet 4 hours after my TRUTHFUL complaint of your RUDE driver here you are fabricating a version of what really happened to make excuses instead of apologizing and trying to correct the issue. I used them twice. Both times their drivers were, courteous, efficient and timely.

I called Triple A they notified me that I had a hour thirty minute wait . After the time was up I called them again & was notified the call was completed . Never seen a tow truck pull in, never seen one drive by but they somehow said they got the job done. Do not recommend at all. Now I’m waiting ANOTHER 2 hours . SMH

Utilized 757 Towing and Recovery via AAA to get my truck and RV out of the yard after I buried both to the frame. Frankie called me directly to give an ETA on his way to my location and showed up 30-40 minutes ahead of the response time provided by AAA. When he got there and saw what I got myself into, he jumped right into getting me unstuck. He didnt hesitate the slightest despite having to get down in the mud to get the chains hooked for the tow out. He explained what he was doing and addressed all of my questions/concerns with utmost professionalism. I hope I dont need a tow or anything again, but if I do, I know Im asking for these folks to respond or calling them directly.

I had issues with my car and Frankie towed it to my home for me he was so polite and very professional definitely made my situation easier because of his great customer service would recommend this company to any one who needs a tow

Great Company and Great Service. Gave my daughter her first driving lesson and she hit the curb and popped our tire. AAA dispatched 757 and they were there and were awesome. Highly Recommend.

The person that answers the phone is Rude and, when it comes to hickory toweing, as long as the person that answers is there they should never get any contracts, I understand they are doing there job but they have to be better

This is by far the absolute worst tow company I’ve ever encountered. This is my second time using or attempting to use them and both times were epic fails. First, I scheduled an appointment for today and of course like the first I used them, they were late. Not only that, this guy showed up unprepared to tow my truck. Even after giving all the information to the dispatcher (which it could have been their fault for not giving all the information). I advise everyone never to use this company. They are very unprofessional they have nasty attitudes and don’t give a nickel about you or your problem. I can say this because when you are guaranteed a pay check, you should treat the customer like a piece of fecal matter. On two separate occasions I received the same treatment.I would like to personally thank Jacob the owner of 757 Towing and recovery for calling me back so fast. He shedded some light on the situation above. With that being said, I had to call Agero and rip them a new one. I’ve also called USAA and tore them apart due to contracting with this piss poor company.

This company is fantastic. From the operator to the truck driver, customer service was 10/10. Another company stood me up in 95 degree heat for 2 hours, but 757 came promptly. The driver even let my son watch him operate the truck. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about 757 Towing and Recovery LCC. After waiting nearly 3 hours for a driver from another company (insurance provided) we decide to pay out-of-pocket and pick our own company. When we called we were greeted by a very nice man and promised towing within a very reasonable time frame. As promised, they showed up (ahead of schedule) and were friendly and pleasant to work with. We will definitely use them for any future needs and recommend them to family and friends!

You are probably having a bad day if you need a tow truck. I cant recommend these guys enough! Super fast, professional, and kind. They took my car seat out of my car for me and even waited with me in the cold and dark until my ride came before they towed my car to the repair shop. I am very thankful for these small acts of kindness after a rough night. Highly recommended!

After going through the no show fiasco of A & W towing, 757 Towing and Recovery was a god send. They showed up within an hour of talking to USAA, they brought the right truck and were in contact with me multiple times with updates on their arrival. By far the best tow experience Ive had in VB!

I have used other companies before never again my to go guys is Jacob and 757 team very polite and good price . I will never use another company again I even required my insurance company to put them on their call lost and use them. GREAT JOB GUYS

At first they seemed eager to help. They told us they would be at the lot the following day between 3-5. Well we waited over 2 hours at the lot and they never showed up. Called more than once just to be ignored. Very unprofessional.
