Best value for a fitness place in South jersey IMHO. They have a large open floor plan with a ton of machine options. Swimming pool is always empty. Racquetball courts are a bonus. Cant beat for $30 a month for multi state membership.

OK; so aside from there being only ONE paper towel dispenser with paper towels (lack of management) and with people walking around without the mandated face guarding masks (again; lack of management and rule enforcement), the machines are falling apart, for a lack of better terminology (see pic). The Ab machine is crooked so you actually get less of a workout on one side than on the other. Im not a genius (keep your comments to yourselves, thank you very much), but someone can get hurt... and pretty severely if these are not addressed. I smell a lawsuit from a distance!The other side of this disfigured coin is that the protein shake bar, which offers a variety of smoothies and shakes apparently, was closed but the sign saying OPEN, was up and presented. SMH! Guys, you can do better and it doesnt take a super-manager to fix these frivolous issues. I get you charge only $10/month (Im an LA Fitness member myself, if you were wondering), but there has to be some kind of standard right?? Otherwise, Im appalled by management, or the lack there of. You can do better than sitting around the check-in desk with your friends. The two stars are for the lesser crowd on the Friday I went. Severely disappointed!

This is definitely the place to be if you need to work out stress frustration or anger and get healthy at the same time this is a positive way to sort out your feelings about anything and get in shape at the same time I love this place very clean is very professionally cam is amazing arena is amazing Angel is amazing I love it

Dirty bathroom, hot tub broke for 10 years, now you can bring your own music into gym, and staff will allow it. Staff blasts music inside gym, ignorant to other people, time to go to another gym.

After coming to this gym for a couple of weeks, I decided I will be canceling my membership and going elsewhere. Most of the gym equipment is out of order. The free weights are never put back to their original location. Most of the equipment is outdated. Is a shame. I was looking forward to making this gym my go to gym.

I only use the pool and hot tub. Always they are clean. Plus the people that work there are very friendly.

This a great gym. Locker room could be updated, but the main area is always in pristine shape. Also try the juice bar they got some really good stuff and the lady there is friendly.

Best LA i have ever been in. Just recently redone in 2018 with replacing 70% of the machines. Large space, great equipment.

Says they open at 7am closed. Behind the glass doors I see employees wandering around. I called to confirm an opening time. Phones were ignored, no one picked up. Went across the street to edge fitness. Open and bustling. I just signed over to esporta seriously considering my membership now.

It appears as though Lafitness is listening to their members and adapting to the competition. Plenty of space and a huge variety of equipment for all types of training.

Liked it better when it was LA fitness

I was visiting the area for the holidays and I was looking for a gym when I saw LA Fitness. As soon as I came in gm Luis Cruz was very helpful, answered any questions i had with ease, gave me a fun tour and even gave me a free week instead of making me pay. The people here a fantastic. Great energy. The customer service was the best I’ve had in a while. I will be moving here soon to NJ and this definitely the gym I’m signing up thanks to Luis. Thank you guys so much. Highly recommended gym.

Ever since reopening the club has remained at a toasty 80 degrees. I have asked multiple times for stronger air conditioning to no avail.

This LA fitness is top notch The manager K takes care of business always a pleasant greeting when I come in and keeps up with covid 19 regulations, I feel safe in there during these trying times, I recommend this location.

Great place to work out. Best Gym in all south jersey after the new renovations. Brand new machines, sauna and the pool is always clean.Not just a gym, it’s a club to get pump and go on your day like a champ. Forget those 10 dollar gyms next to a pizza place and go to LA fitness where the staffing would give and first week free personal training to get you in the right path to reach your goals.

Worked with Brandon to get set up. He was super helpful in answering questions. Also, Nick set me up with an appointment in a couple days and gave me some tips to get started. The facility was clean and spacious.

Very spacious gym. Clean, vast variaty of equipment, the most Ive seen in LA fitness Ive been and Im a truck driver so I use different gym almost every time. But in south Jersey this would be my go to gym for sure!

This LA fitness is always clean, weights always put away, and just a pleasant time working out. The staff always goes above and behind if they are ever in need. Been to most LA Fitness is the Philly area, by far the best one.

Today l got distracted chatting after zumba and left my belly bag with EVERYTHING valuable in it. I didn’t realize l had forgotten it until (of course 😖) l got home - long story short the Manager there (who is always pleasant, kind and patient) saved the day by quickly retrieving it - wouldn’t even accept a tip - a quality guy!

It’s my first day here at la fitness and the facilities are way better than any gym near by. If you’re thinking about signing up ask for Louis he’s mad cool.

Friendly/very good customer service. Luis was a great help. Very clean gym, new equipment, plenty of free weights, protein shake bar, pool, suna, hot tube, basketball court, racket ball courts, yoga area and punching bags. Ive been a member at 3 other gyms in the past and LA is the absolute best, hands down.

Just joined here and am very pleased. This place is huge and never very crowded. Always clean and tidy and with their promotion I got in on I’m only paying $19.99 a month. I would recommend this gym to anyone especially in since it includes all the classes and I can swim and play basketball all in the 19.99 monthly cost.

LA fitness in Cherry Hill is such a great location. The place is always kept clean and the staff are friendly. I appreciate how they offer things but aren’t too pushy. In addition to all this they’re always willing to do whatever it takes to make you happy. At least that’s what I have observed. Something important to note, I’m leaving this review because I was asked to buy an employee of LA fitness. I consider it an insult if someone were to offer me something free to leave a review. I think it takes a real person to go ahead and ask for something.

Just joined this gym and so far has been great! Was the only gym in the area that was 25 dollars that wasnt just you basic gym. I like to play basketball and go swimming and this place offers both along with a gigantic work out floor. Great gym and the best value I could find in the area.

Carpets are now pulled out and some new equipment installed. Staff is friendly and courteous. Go during off peak times for access to all the machines on demand, otherwise expect to wait on high peak times for popular equipment. Mix up your workout with some of the group classes. If you want to spend some money and want someone to guide you then there are personal trainers that you can hire. Together with a blanced diet you will reach your fitness goals with this great establishment.

LA Fitness at Cherry Hill demonstrated outstanding customer service. Im an active duty military member who is only in town for 10 days before I ship out to Aghanistan and these guys took care of me. I often have a hard time finding a temporary gym while Im home on leave but these guys would not let me leave without taking care of me. Thank you to the guys at LA Fitness for taking care if me. I highly recommend them.

None really positive. Equipments are not keep clean or always broken. I dont even change in the locker room, because of the bad smell. Only a few trainer are worth your time. Price is the highest amongst the area fitness center.

This gym has everything I could need, the jingle they play on the loudspeaker sounds like the Home Depot jingle.

The gym is wonderful, clean and the classes are amazing! What gets this one star is the fact the Alex K the sales guy was so rude to my friend! Not only did he step over the line he didnt know boundaries at all. He wanted my friend to sign up because right now she is using the 14 day pass and wanted to see what the gym was like and at the end of the trial see if she wanted a membership. We went to Alex to verify the pass and of course tries to sell the membership which was fine. She passed and to be polite said she didnt bring money with her. Alex looks at her purse and says what, theres no money in there? (Pointing at her purse) My friend then says she wants to use her mothers credit card because theyre going to sign up together. He then proceeded to ask my friend if she will call her mom for the card number! They must be desperate for people to sign up! Save the aggravation and sign up online.

I like this La Fitness its clean, updated equipment, the front desk people are friendly, they always greet me and say something like have a good workout. The locker room is updated with newer lockers. The Zumba classes are great, and they have a juice bar thats is awesome. The atmosphere is friendly.

Great gym, friendly staff .. great service.. a lot of space, never crowded and clean locker room areas with spa. Love coming here.

Ive been a member here for about a year my experience has been great. For 25 dollars a month I couldnt really ask for much more. The gym is gigantic so I never find myself waiting for a treadmill. I also love to swim and this was by far the most affordable pool in the area. I would recommend this gym to anyone.

I joined this place and 10 days later i had to cancel my membership and they charged me 220 $ and did not give it back even half of it this is robbery never give them your credit card information ! this place scandal. never go there

I love this gym for its pool. They also keep their cardio machines working well, and have new weight machines. Just make sure you a bring a lock for for the locker room.
