I called Felts in need of service on my RV generator. I was out of town at Beech Bend Raceway in Bowling Green. From past experience, I really didnt expect to find a repair shop willing to make a house call. Much to my surprise, a serviceman was available and arrived promptly. He was not able to clearly identify the problem, and asked if he could research at his shop and return the following day. (It was after business hours at that point) I said yes, as I had a backup plan, but it was temporary at best. Overnight, I discovered the problem was me, not the generator. Operator error from a new to me RV. I contacted Felts, wanting to pay them for the service call and time. They declined accepting any payment. Asking only that I keep them in mind if I ever need help in the future. I certainly will, and would highly recommend them to others. The folks here were absolutely great. Patrick, the tow driver who had to bring our semi in was just such a wonderful person. Michelle in the office was so sweet. Alan the shop foreman was very helpful and very clear on what needed done. The mechanics in the shop were very nice, pleasant and enjoyable to deal with. They got our truck fixed quickly. Definitely recommend these folks if you are in need of large vehicle repair in this area. Just 100% great people. Thank you Felts for everything.

Stay away from this place disrespectful owner and poor custom service . Overpriced, charged me $5,055 and didn’t even have to tow my truck or move my trailer. And when I setup payment and left they called the state police and told them I was trying to skip on pay. This was after they took pics of my vin, license plates,and had all my contact information. Not to mention everytime you would call and ask for there eta they get attitude and say shortly but I was broke down at 1:30am and they didn’t begin assisting me until 8am, And didn’t finish until 11am. And charged me hourly even though they didn’t have the equipment and had to go back to shop. When I informed them before they showed the first time .Find another company to do business with

The shop is not transparent or communicative. I was grossly overcharged for a quick and simple service. When I reached out to the owner to express my concern and seek satisfaction, I was disregarded. I regret giving my business to this establishment.

Unfortunately I was taken advantage of and disrespected as a customer at this establishment. When I tried to seek reconciliation with the company and give them a chance to make me a satisfied customer I found no reconciliation and was disrespected once again. Don’t go to the shop unless you want to be gouged.

Our diesel motorhome broke down on Saturday. They towed it in Saturday night, and Monday morning by 8 am it was in the shop. Every detail was explained, they told us what parts were needed, and prices were explained. The next day we were on our way. Great company, great employees, and fair prices. Cant brag enough on how we were treated.

These guys charge me $480 for a pull out.. i was only 5 minutes from them and no more than 15 minutes to pull me out... I drive for a local feed company Tow bills usually run $200 -$300 for our trucks...I called four other tow companies The highest would have been $300 so please shop around if you are needing a tow!! I highly recommend finding someone else

I broke down approx 10Miles North of bowling green. I contacted Felts and spoke with one of the owners. He was very cordial and understood the issue regarding my breakdown. The problem could not be repaired on the roadside, and he suggested that my vehicle be towed to the shop. He called the on call wrecker driver Mike who in turn called me. Mike arrived approx 30mins later, hooked my truck, and towed me to their shop. The next morning Bobby came to my truck and we managed to get my truck into the shop. I was told that both Bobby and Cody would be repairing my truck. Approx 2hrs later the was up and running and ready to roll. All the Felts employees I dealt with were extremely professional and courteous at all times. The repair bill was much lower than I had figured. I highly recommend this shop.

✋🛑 Stay away from this repair shop. I broke down in bowling green approximately 2 months with issues to my truck. After calling the first time I shouldve of noticed the signs of poor management from service Manager Cody by telling me come in and that they will be able to diagnose my truck by noon the next day well that day became a week. After $13,000+ went bk similar issues express concerns to cody he never acted as if he was concern at all . Called went bk by there numerous of times always told it will be next week before he can look at it. If this is your only option please try finding another one.

I was having an issue with my pickup while traveling to NC and called them on a Friday night they had me bring the truck by the shop even though they were already booked for the day. They diagnosed the problem and went out of there way to get the part and send a mechanic (Jon) out to our campsite to fix it on Sunday so we could get back on the road. Thanks again to Felt Towing and Truck Repair for going out of your way to help a stranded traveler.

While traveling from out of state through Bowling Green, KY my truck blew the motor. It was a Sunday afternoon with few options, Felts answered the phone and was happy to help. Not only did they tow the truck the gentleman that towed it offered their repair services. They have the truck and are replacing the motor. If I ever have issues anywhere near Bowling Green Felts will be the first and only call I make.

I was stranded at night in the rain in a pool of standing water. No other towing company would come help me. I thought Felts only did big rig towing, but I called anyways & they sent someone out to me asap. The man who answered the phone was super nice as I was upset, frustrated & crying. The driver was also very nice. They definitely have earned my repeat business & I will recommend them to everybody.

Horrible experience I was upset because they lost my keys and the guy called me a Retard. And threatened to follow me out front and commit violence acts to me. All because my key was missing and they are not claiming they lost it. When 100% for sure they told me to leave the key in the front seat.
