Can’t EVER get an answer from these people when I am needing actual assistance. They answered the phone, sighed REALLY loudly in my ear, then hung up.Worst phone experience ever.

They were real nice but they were unable to help me. Was told to call 211. No other alternatives given and my water has been off for a week now cause all the numbers i was given by .211 were out of funds
