Ive read the reviews on this place and I have a question? Is there any other place in hamilton county I could refer my daughter to? Would it even be worth her to make an appt?

Always have to wait forever no matter what time your hearing is scheduled for. Judges are very unfair & one sided. You do not get fair treatment

They go out of their way to punish good fathers. My husbands child support was being embezzled by his employer. He brought proof that the child support was being withheld from his paychecks, but he was thrown in jail until he could pay $2,000 anyway. They never sent a letter saying he was behind in his payments, and the mother never said anything about not receiving them. This was a clear and apparent conspiracy against him. This place needs to be shut down and replaced with people who actually understand the concept of justice, rather than the current judges who only exist to ruin peoples lives.

Just sad, the other party told us she wasn’t going to show up(that started the petition), so she did not. She then lied and told them she had a family emergency and was still allowed more hearings, then refused my husband and I am over the phone hearing when we live in a whole other state hours away. Disappointed.

Was the last one in the waiting area and finally someone told be that my case had been reset bc the respondent didnt show. Wasted my time to just give him another chance to follow the rules.

The Judge and attorneys all refused to review the first piece of evidence and wouldnt even allow me to be present. They have severely and irreversibly damaged my only son, who I miss immensely. This has apparently, to my understanding, become an office joke to them.

This place nobody wants to go.. But it does help some people .. So 2 stars

I really hate going to this place. Its something every time I go. I got there at 8:30 a.m. and I didnt get called to after 12 p.m. and then when I finally had court, all they had to tell me was that they couldnt find him. What a waste of time!

THE JUDGES CAN BE BIAS ON BOTH ENDS JAIL ISNT GOING TO MAKE ANYONE TAKE CARE OF THEIR CHILD AND FURTHERMORE A CHILD NEEDS TO SPEND TIME WITH THEIR FATHER WHETHER HE CAN AFFORD TO PAY OR NOT
