Nick Russell is very rude and disrespectful! I’ve been waiting at a shipping yard for 3 hrs, I’ve contacted him via email and phone and he was apologetic for the wait. I informed him that we may need to look for other alternatives as a company and he was understanding. Once I made the decision to leave he curses and screams at me on the phone. We’re a Veteran Owned and Operated company that has great ratings with all of our customers. Don’t use LYNC Logistics!!!!!

Good brokering service for flatbeds and other trucks. Our broker is Harley Barnes and hes great. Only adds a few bucks to most rates, stays in contact with the drivers and pays close attention to details like scale tickets and weights. Weve been using them here at EZA Recycling Solutions for three years now and weve had good experiences.

I work for Breese Transport and have been doing business with LYNC for quite some time now. Hands down they are the easiest group of people to work with. All they ask for is communication from the dispatchers and drivers. I have worked with so many of the brokers in their office and they are all fantastic but I would love to give an extra shout out to Woody, Mitch, Clay, Richard and Nathan. You all make my job easier!

We use them for our refrigerated loads and they do an incredible job. Richard Kane gives me updates and is there whenever I need him. Highly recommended.

We booked load with Alex Curtis, everything was fine until we got to delivery were the load was refused due to temperature issue :they needed below 10F, but we been running 60F.  Rate confirmation states run temp b/w 50F-70F, so we been doing everything what the rate conf says .However on the pick up we been given the bols, were was stated in the middle of the page with small letters run below 10F, and driver signed this BOL.  off course we supposed to let broker know that there is discrepancy , but driver didnt see it, shipper confirmed 60F when driver asked, so we been running the load 60F.  Alex( broker) been begging us to return the product to the shipper with promise that there will be not problems with payment what so ever . even send us new rate conf with additional 2500$ because it is additional 1000 miles run. So we delivered the product back to shipper, they took accepted it . And as a result Alex refusing to pay for the load 5000$ and threatening   us with the claim . So Alex messed up in the first place in rate confirmation didnt check the temperature requirements with the  shipper before selling the load to carrier , driver was not able to see this small line with temperature requirement on the bol and now Alex blaming us for everything, lied us about payment just to return the product to the  receiver   . As a result 5000$ no payment yet, 2000 miles we run this load and all that due to Alex mistake that he put wrong temperature requirement on rate confirmation.bol attached - please take a look.Be aware of them !!!!!!!!!

Worst broker ever - after you try to invoice the load they dont pay for over 50 days. When you reach out to them they make up some random dollar amount to deduct for a late fee or they wont pay at all. Would not recommend doing business with them.order # 0043161

Stay away from this company if you cant pick up the load they will put freight gourd on your company they will warn you with this even if you are not empty getting late for pick up this company is not reliable.I dont recommend Tiffany.i lat them know 2 hours before my appointment we cant be on time there to take me off we will not make it for delivery text day

Easy broker to work with never had any issues

Seems theres a lot of mixed reviews about this company, I read through the complaints, and Im genuinely surprised. Ive been working fairly closely with them for just over 8 months, and I feel Johnathan Cocker goes above and beyond as far as what is expected of him. All the brokers I work with regularly hes the only one that goes out of his way and contacts me if not every week nearly every week, or if he comes across something he thinks Id like. Only problem is I try to stay booked as far ahead as possible so I cant always book the load, since its just me. And anytime Ive had anything come up, need information or any concerns, I feel like he has done an excellent job getting back to me with whatever information I have requested, wither he is at the office or not. Seems like he takes pride in his work. That is hard to find. His dedication is probably the biggest reason I have done as much business with LYNC because he doesnt hesitate to call if something comes up that needs moved, and that makes my job easier.

Don’t waste your time with them!
