I will never work with this company again. The broker, Jonathan deduct the rate right away after I send him a POD. He did not even mention that it will some deduction on the load, not even was written on the rate confirmation. NOT RECCOMMENDED!

After Hours???? Call them once inform them that the lumpers would need a comcheck they informed me they have to email the broker this was at 1:25 a.m. they told me that they would have a concert within 45 minutes I waited an hour and called back multiple times no answers at all end up having to pay a rescheduling fee out of pocket of $255 they refuse to unload me until the fee was paid. Be aware of this broker his name is Matt Howell. I booked a load from him, it was from NC to GA. I drove 55 miles to the p/u location by the time i arrived at a shipper. They told me somebody already checked in with the same p/u #. When i talked to him, he booked the same load for less money. When i called back to a broker he was trying to make excuses. He was unprofessional & liar. Shame on him & waste of time & fuel. As we struggle with covid 19.

Our company uses Logistics Made Simple for emergency last minute long haul loads. Alex North and his team are fantastic to work with. They are always able to provide transportation needs same day.. Most of the time within a few hours. Rates are fair and compare to what we currently pay or dedicated haulers. If you are a company, i would absolutely not do business with these people, booked us on 2 loads, left us sitting for an entire day without sending us rate confirmations, to attempt to make it correct, they gave us another load for the following day, when our driver showed up 20 minutesafter our load time, they had already pulled the load the load and said that we refused to communicate with them. Again, be very aware of companies who cant handle their business

This company is a joke. I want all truckers and brokers the same to be weary of their ways. ((Truckers expect them to nickle and dime you to death and make false promises on back hauls only to find there is no back haul waiting for you. ((Brokers)) expect them to go after your customer and cut your rates to next to nothing just to win over the business. These are the type of companies killing the industry. They beg their customers to write positive reviews to help their appearance. This business is as shady as it comes. Trust me i used to do business with them. Ive seen the requests for bogus positive emails. These guys are crooks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and if you want a job here..... Expect to make over 50 calls a day and Alex get all the credit~! They will get theirs.

You guys are sucks, specillay Alex North, Ive done a load for this suckers picked up a load from VA to CA, arrived at pick up on time and the shipment wasnt ready, loaded after 12 hours, and then late for my delivery in CA, so the shipper provide a charge back to broker for amount of $6,100 for the crew waited on me his stating. This people works straight with AGI shipper with guy name is Tedd in VA never book a load from those people, you not gonna get paid, they can provide a false information on papers with shipper, so they can charge or not pay you,, opened a claim to BOND, didnt help also, so I am suying those people now and the shipper also.
