Will not use again. They were late picking up the pod. Now they are at least a day late delivering the pod. Even though I was assured they would make the delivery date. Now, they apparently dont answer phones on the weekend. No idea when Ill actually get my delivery.

I was stiffed by another moving company to the tune of $2400. I turned to Pack Rat for help, and they started the ball rolling pretty quickly. HOWEVER, once I got to my moving destination (out of state), they have somehow misplaced my container and I will have to wait at least 4 more days (Ive already waited 3) until it shows up. Instead of telling me the TRUTH (that its still at my first homes depot), they have been promising to call me first thing with info. Anyone whos ever sat on moving boxes-- or the floor -- for furniture knows what Im going through!

Had a delivery there. The employee who unloaded me needs to work on his customer service. Not treated very well

They were responsive and punctual. I’ve tried three separate moving and storage companies before I finally found Pack Rat. I wish I had found these guys before I wasted all of that time and money dealing with headache after headache. Pack Rat is the only one who got it right the first time around.

Rented 2 exact same pods. Was overcharged $90 on one pod for 2 months. Noticed it, talked to the supervisor. He would not refund my money. Use another storage company!!!!! Terrible customer service and values

They auto draft your payment instead of bill you its very frustrating because you have to fight insurance to get your money back.

Did not honor appointment. Were closed for lunch for 2.5 hours during posted and confirmed business hours.
