I was immediately sent to a pedicure chair but then felt almost completely ignored by the woman helping me. She had me place my feet in the tub without presetting the water causing the water to be scalding even when I like hot water on my feet at first before adjusting it and never checking if it was ok. I had to ask about choosing a color when she started adding just a clear coat, she was clearly annoyed having to then get the color. The entire process felt rushed and then she didnt turn on the light for drying causing my toes to mess up within 10 mins of leaving after sitting for 15 trying to allow them to dry. I have used their salon on Ivy in the past and loved them, but hoped they would be equally as wonderful but was left very disappointed.

LOVE Tina. She is amazing! Takes her time and she gave me exactly what I asked for. Will never go anywhere else.

Nothing special. 50 bucks and my feet are still pretty rough. Seems like I paid for a foot rub/ calf massage rather than a pedicure . I would try every other place before I went back here .

Lady did a good job, she just was not pers onable at all. also Pedicure cost $50.00 and she said, so you want to pay $62.00?!!, I was shocked..I can go to other nail salons and get Pedicure for $25.00 to $35.00, and get better service. I have never heard of a nail salon adding their own tips..I will not return here .

This is the second time Ive made an appointment here and both times Ive been kept waiting AT LEAST 15 minutes past my appointment time as well as no one coming to ask if I wanted to look at shellac. Also they say they require masks but have employees not wearing them. Will NEVER go here again. Happy Nails for me.

First let me say I have tried almost every nail salon in the area and was never satisifed enough to try anywhere twice. So I thought I would try this place. First it was clean and didnt smell like tons of chemicals which was fantastic. The prices are pretty reasonable, a basic manicure was only $12, and they have other service such as waxing. I had Coleen, who did the deluxe manicure for me, she was super friendly, even went so far as to be sure to fix my nail which I had ripped (i have been to other places that used superglue and then painted over it). While the employees are quiet they were all extremely friendly. This is the first place Ive ever wanted to return to for a mani. I will definitely be back soon.

Iv been to at least 5 nail shops in the area, and this nail shop is the Cleanest, most professional and consistent shop i have been to! You have to try the dipping powder!!!

K nails on Seminole Trail is the absolute best in town! They are professional and personable! Alysia is awsome and her work is that of an artist! The owners are friendly and always make you feel welcome! Everyone there is kind and the shop is beautiful! Go here first and you will always go back!

Tina does an awesome job! My feet feel great and eyebrows look fabulous! I wouldve gave 5 stars but Im not a fan of the chats that happen in their native language while providing the services. Also, her husband kept coming over showing her something on his phone and standing there talking to her never apologized for interrupting her or invading on our space by standing over us. When I pay for a spa treatment Id appreciate the space to relax.

The salon was dirty a d saw the owner spit into the sink that you wash your hands.

I’ve been going here for 14 years and will never go to another nail place! I love my ladies and they always do an amazing job! I’ve gotten to know their families and them mine as my kids sometimes go too. I have sent several family and friends there over the years and they all love them and have continued to go back. Wonderful place and I highly recommend them to everyone!!

Barely get spoken too- when I asked to make an appointment I was told no just call which goes to show:Dont bother making an appointment-just walk on in! youll get seen quicker and ahead of anyone with one.Also acrylic fell off before 2 weeks. Both times. And I had to pay for it

Great honest people! All spoke perfect English. Great work too. They even safely held onto my brand new iPad I forgot there, until I returned days later after realizing where I lost it. Grateful for the honest people at this location!

Came here on March 7th to get cat eye and its already peeling off 😒 it hasnt even been two weeks. Also, my friend came here with me andthe same happened to her!! We also left tip Very disappointed !!! You guys need to take your job more seriously because people are paying !! I do not recommend this place!!

Wonderful staff who makes an effort to remember you and your family! They do a fabulous job and I’ve messed up my nails before and come back the next day and they will fix them for free. They really strive to make sure you’re happy before you walk out the door! I highly recommend this place, and their prices and very fair.

K Nails doesn’t look fancy on the outside, but it’s gorgeous and clean on the inside. Everyone is always very polite. The prices are comparable. I enjoy going there to be pampered.

We have been occasional customers at K Nails, and they have been friendly and accommodating, especially for my 96-year-old father, who really enjoys getting a pedicure! I also go with my daughter and granddaughter who live nearby. I like that they have plenty of chairs and we can almost always walk in and get served within a few minutes.

Very bad service. Stuff are always rushing people. Plus if you ask for one thing then they do not want to do it for you. Or they will argue that will not look good or they will say we can not do it when it’s basic and easy to do it.Bad please always long wait.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to! They deserve less than one star. The towel was so hot they burnt my foot to the point where its beginning to blister. They cut two of fingers and made them bleed. They left cotton underneath one of my nails and got red polish under one when it was a French acrylic manicure. All of my nails are full of air bubbles. We went back to get a refund & they said no we dont do that. I showed them the burn on my foot and they tried to say I was lying about it. Why else would I have a fresh burn on my foot after leaving their salon? It was a painful and awful experience with rude employees. Dont waste your time and money here!

When I come here I get acrylic nails. My first set was awful, and done completely wrong. My second set was perfect, and I loved them. So the place isnt good, but its not bad either.

My daughter and wife went to k-nails last Saturday to get a pedicure! The guy that waited on my daughter cut her toe nail too far and she got a ingrown toenail and we had to take her to the doctor after hours. We called and talked to the manager and they were suppose to call us back that day and we still havent heard from them!! Guy told my wife they were busy, but you should never be too busy to fix a bad situation! Bad customer service!!

First time in, have tried 2 other salons in the area but, this is my new go to. Allisa was friendly, fast and my nails are exactly as I wanted them.

This was the most painful pedicure Ive ever experienced. The male nail technician had a thumbnail that was about 3/4 of an inch long. He used it as a tool to do things like remove bits of polish that were over the edge of the nail. It felt like a knife! In addition he scrubbed the callouses so hard it hurt more than Ive ever experienced before. Since I said ouch, he quit, and I still have a huge callous. Ill never go there again.
