We had a great experience! We got a gel pedicure and they were super professional, the pedicures looked great. I would definitely come back again! The pedicure included a scrub and a foot massage and they paid great attention to detail. 5 stars!

I wish I could rate this no starts but that is not an option. Pretty disappointed since I’ve been here many times. I received a horrible gel manicure that I probably could’ve done better myself. Will not come here again.

This nail salon is a hidden gems. Very nice facility and skill nail technicians plus there is so many options of shellac and dipping powder color!

The person who gave this salon a one star rating is falsely reviewing this salon. He has never had service at any of the salons. Its sad that someone would stoop so low for a personal vendetta. That is really foul and low and speaks clearly of your morale character.Meanwhile I have been with this family at all three salons for more than 13 years. They are family to us and us them. Really great people.I havent frequented another salon since . Salons are gorgeous and customer service means something!!! that is hard to find these days. Also, very relaxing place to be

I went last Tuesday to get gel nails. From the minute they were done, they were awful. There were odd bumps in the nails as if the gel was not spread evenly, this was probably because the technicians seemed to be in such a hurry despite no other customers being there. I went with a friend, and hers were just as bad as mine. They felt as if they werent left under the light long enough to dry and both of ours were a weird texture. Not to mention, the gel didnt really last past Friday without peeling. My friend decided to take hers off completely last night, before a week had even passed with them on. I am highly disappointed, especially because we paid $23 with tip for only gel polish, not even a manicure.

My friend and I visited for the first time today and had a successful visit. We enjoyed our pedicures, the massage chairs, and some champagne! Will definitely be back.

Greatest salon, great pedicure.

The technician was very nice BUT two of my gel nails came off completely after one week. I was doing nothing unusual, nothing that would stress the nails. I came out of a shower and noticed 2 nails were completely bare. This should not happen!

They do excellent nails! Its also great that they offer a discount for UVA employees.

Absolutely awful service!! Do not give this place your business! We made an appointment for 3 people. An hour after our appointment time 2 of our 3 were called back and almost an HOUR later they said they were ready for the third. Not a single apology or sign of concern from the employees. Awful service.
