Walking in they asked what I wanted. I said a pedicure and no one really said anything. So I picked a color and sat down. Never did they say I’ll be right with you or just sit down and we will get you in. Finally after about 7 minutes another person walked in who worked here and asked if I needed anything. I told her a pedicure and she proceeded to walk past me and mumbled to pick a color. I told her I already did and she kept walking. I sat and waited another 5 minutes and she finally asked me to come sit down. I should have left then because this was the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. I asked her to cut my nails shorter and she said they are good. I said no shorter please and she reluctantly cut them but just barley. The foot scrub you usually get was about 15 seconds total of her just applying it to my feet only to immediately rise it off. And the foot/leg massage you normally get as well was the same. She literally put the lotions on my legs and the tops of my feet and rubbed it in for about 10 seconds and she got a hot towel and wiped it off. There was no sort of massage at all. The lotions were not even rubbed into my skin. WORST pedicure every!!

Best spa that I have been to. The nail tech took pride in the pedicure she gave. Making sure everything was perfect. I will definitely come back to this spa when I am in town.

I enjoyed the customer service. Prices are affordable. Wait wasnt long either. They dont accept appointments.

I wanted to share that my experience…. here was awful. I came for a pedicure and brow, First I came in and picked my color timing was okay getting in a chair, it took the lady 30 mins to start on my feet. From the looks of it she had nothing important going on because she walked back and forth to the sink to the front desk with nothing in her hand, once she started she stop to eat and start on my feet. She act as if she didn’t want to do the pedicure, she was so unsure if she wanted to touch my feet 🙄. Then while she’s continuing with my pedicure she skipped so many steps not to mention this whole time I see roaches crawling on the floor 🥴I just wanted her to stop serivce all together. At this point I no longer want my brows wax I’ll find some else who’s cleaner and give me what I pay for. Oh yeah it’s the elderly lady with black glasses.

Out all the times I have been here I will never come back the service today was horrible I got my eyelashes and brows done came out eyebrows half gone had to tell her to finish my eyelashes they was not full. The owner unprofessional on the phone never again thank y’all.

Do not get any services done here !!! I literally waited 1 1/2 hours for a full set and pedicure. The owner left a client sitting at her station to go run an errand. All these people do during business hours is RUN ERRANDS. My nails started lifting one week after I go them done. This is my LAST time coming her. And I promise that.

My daughter had her nails done here. I cant remember the young lady who did her nails but she was very professional and she took her time. She gave my daughter exactly what she and I wanted. Shes only 13 so we cake to a happy medium and the nail tech did exactly what was asked of her. They workers seem to get along good with each other and they know how to make their customers feel welcomed.

This is my home away from home. Always quality service since day one I stepped in this shop. I been going here for 8 years and never had a problem. You get what you pay for no over charging and very honest on nail health and superior work. Everyone got their own skills. Going here go long encouraged me to go to school for nails and now I am an License Nail Technician. I still go in and get my services done. Its nothing like someone else pampering you They have become my family from another culture. Much;Respect and Love too these women.

The rudest unprofessional environment.. Came here on vacation and my nails are ugly. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I read reviews before going even had someone recommend I go there. This one star isnt even worth that...if their customers consider that great quality, something is definitely wrong. My nail tech stayed on her phone the entire time. Wont get my money again... I definitely didnt get what I paid for. $10 is all she deserved to be honest. Cant wait to get home to a real nail salon.

I only go there for eyelashes. Little Lisa does a fantastic job. They last 2 weeks when she do them, all the other ones it only last a week.

This nail shop has a great selection of polish and plenty of Gel and Mood polish, also have great prices. Very pleased with my service which is why I have continued to go to them for the last 3 years. Thanks Ladies.

I get pedicure all the time and they do the best of any where Ive been!! My girlfriend doesnt like how they wont put the gel on the feet but we still go!! The barber in there does a great job but she was there one Sunday and havent been back and I work 6 days a week till 7pm so!!

All I can say is...I love Lucy!!! She has transformed my nails. Shes the only person I let touch my hands. If I cant get in her chair, I just avoid nail salons..period.

I came here once to get my eyebrows done over the summer... No problem, no complaints, great job. Came back again in the fall... Completely different story. Not only did the tech do an AWFUL job, she thought it was appropriate to shave my eyebrows with one of those 99 cents eyebrow razors that she did not freshly remove from a package and discard once finished. Oh wait! Theres more! Did I mention that she cut me with the razor?!? Extremely dangerous and unclean. I cant speak to their nail service but DO NOT I repeat DO NOT get your eyebrows done at this place.

Never on time... store hours say they open at 9am but its more like 9:30.. then they rushing you.And to be honest I dont think they clean, every time I have came in its dirty and thats right when they open.

I had 2 nails that were broken, so I was referred by a friend to stop in to get it fixed ...so I did, one of the ladies fixed it but did a very bad job my nail broke the same day went back to get it fixed while waiting another customer getting her nails done went and washed her hands and her nail broke by the same Lady that did mines...😞😞😞 out of all my years of wearing nails I have never had this happen before.. she was very unprofessional and I will never go back or refer anyone.... so sad...!!!!!

Absolutely horrible, came to get a gel fill in. Gel nail polish chipped the same day. I was rushed the day of my fill in, but there were no customers waiting. I had to wait the next day to get my nails fixed by the person who messed my nails up. Very dissatisfied, I will NOT be back. Please beware of this place, they will only take their time with customers they know already.

Usually Ms Lisa or daughter Lisa does my lashes but neither was available so some other lady did my lashes. They fell off within a week. Smh. Dissatisfied!

Dont waste your hard earned money at this nail shop. The nail technician cut me multiple times and she deliberately did a horrible job with painting my nails after my fill in. I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone.
