Okay y’all! I’m a big believer in good customer service! I went to V&T for the first time ever today! Literally great service, so friendly, so kind, and very professional! I felt like the owner was on top of stuff, the technician that did my toes was the sweetest! Best little massage, very good at the foot scrub! I will be going there moving forward! They also offer beverages! Sweetest place around!

Super friendly. I had asked for a regular pedicure and they took their time, the foot massage was great and they even offered me a drink. Will definitely be coming back.

They do not know how to do an acrylic overlay, especially on toes. Their white gel polish doesn’t last either.

I’ve been coming here for several years and it is a clean shop and welcoming owners. They are great with pedicures, waxing, and manicures too. Definitely recommend.

I love Chanel. Shes a great nail tech. I moved away from the area, but I still make the drive there every 2 weeks, because shes so good.

The nail tech that my nails was amazing! He took his time and made sure they looked perfect. You can even book appointments with your favorite tech and they offer great customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

I LOVE V & T Nails!! I always meet new friends here, and I leave in a much better mood than when I arrived. They are not the fastest, but they are fabulous! I appreciate how they treat the elders they care for, and that speaks volumes to me. Its the only place I will go.

Spent $70 for a terrible gel mani and regular pedi. When talked to manager about this they were dismissive, unprofessional and lacked any desire to make it right. Don’t go here, all the good techs have left and they don’t care about doing a terrible job.

I love this shop. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Sometimes wait times are long on Saturdays, so call ahead. If you do run into a long line, stick around. Your service will be worth the wait!

At first I was not sure ad the salon was out dated. But the service and staff were great. Tina out a cute Christmas design on my nails off of a picture I showed her. Definately going back.

Second attempt to get a manicure, and staff never addressed me as I entered the nail salon. Even after waiting for some time before walking out. Sigh need better customer service for all paying customers

Poor service. The guy that worked on my friend nails has no customer service skills. He was rude and did not want to do his job. My friend wanted to get a fill in. He made the nail super thin and became belligerent when asked to put more acrylic so it would not break. He proceeded to tell my friend to go back to New york or somewhere else. I do not recommend this place. Nasty attitude and poor customer service. You been warned ! Waste of time and money .....

My manicure overall was fantastic. I had a nail that broke from opening boxes and the nail technician was so skilled and explained what she had to do to make it look the best.

This is my mother in law and is favorite nail salon. We come here at least 2 or 3 times a month and the staff here are wonderful. They are always super friendly and always do a wonderful job on your nails.

She was very friendly, but definitely not good at what she was supposed to be doing. I dont have rough feet, I take care of my feet. She cut my skin, several times, she left polish on my little toes and scraped it off with the cuticle cutter. She then proceeded to tell me about skin on my big toe that was there because she cut me. Put this oil that smelled like polish remover and burned my legs. This was my first and last time in this place. Wish I couldve experienced why this place is rated 4.7

I have been coming here since I was younger with my grandmother and have never had a problem until today. I waited over an hour to be seen and once in the pedi bowl was told they only had time to complete one of the two services I asked for when I walked in the door. So unprofessional and Im very disappointed in this salon.

Every time i visit this salon i receive poor service. Twice they put me in the pedicure chair and then took like 2 other customers while my feet are soaking in the water for at least 35 minutes. Once I sat in the waiting area for like an hour while 3 Manicurists worked on on person.
