The salon itself is beautiful, comfortable massage chairs, and over 100 color options on hand.... acrylic, gel, sns etc. Ive watched them sanitize their stations, wear masks and wash their hands so I also feel safe. They have clear barriers for added protection. Im loyal to my nail techs! They get 5 stars!

This salon is the BEST nail place! SO clean and you cant smell a thing; the ventilation is amazing. Everything is sterilized and they are extremely attentive to cleanliness. The decor is just beautiful and relaxing, and the technicians both did a wonderfully detailed job on my nails and my daughters. I think we have found our new nail place and will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Linda was so wonderful with a pampering spa pedicure. She really cares about her guests. Im calling my toes Deep Space Nine gel twinkle twinkle Little stars. She also didnt try to jack up my price as another nail salon. I will definitely recommend posh nails as their pedicure chairs are lined fresh for each use.

Went to Posh for the last time on Saturday. A male did my French manicure gel nails & what a mess. I have uneven lines, speckled white polish all over the nails, gel all over my cuticles since he didn’t push back/trim my cuticles. The gel polish started chipping off on Sunday. He did a fairly good job on my pedicure. Although, I did have to file two rough edges when I got home. I paid a total of $68 for both services & it just isn’t worth it. I will take my business elsewhere. I will say Sharon is amazing. But, I am not sure if she is still working there.

Very quick but sloppy. My pedicure was amazing but the acrylic nails were expensive and they didnt even push my cuticles down before starting the process and polish was sloppy.

I went to Posh off a referral from a coworker and I’m so glad I came. My mani and pedi were amazing! I did the Nu Skin pedicure and it was the best!!! The workers have just enough conversation but not too much. Their color selection is amazing!Very clean as they use the plastic in the pedicure bowl .. sanitation.. 100%! I will definitely be back

Update: I have decided I need to find a new nail salon. Even with an appointment they are always running 1/2 hour late. Kim hops from client to client with nary a concern about her customers’ schedules. I have tried to support this small business and to be a loyal customer but I’m done. Too expensive for a mediocre customer experience. They really haven’t recovered since the pandemic shutdown and are no longer fully staffed to manage the customer loadThe prices are getting a bit expensive for the experience. Kim is lovely but Posh Nails no longer offers the pampering experience that drove many of us to become loyal customers. The technicians are so busy they dont always have time to do things right ... for the price and the assembly line atmosphere, one can go elsewhere. The past couple of times we went, we both ended up with ingrown toenails a week after the pedicure.

The only nail place I will go to. Everyone is so nice and my nails are always done to perfection! I have been going there for 8 years and I would never go anywhere else! Kim is amazing and makes my nails look better than I ever thought possible. She did my nails for my wedding and she also is amazing at waxing my eyebrows and my lip. Its just such an amazing place. Amazing quality for an amazing price.

Went for the first time to get my sns nails and they did them horribly, overcharged me, and had horrible customer service.

This is my favorite place to get my nails done! The establishment is very clean and beautiful; however, what makes it great is the welcoming, warm staff. They are very friendly and always go out of their way to accommodate for customers needs. I appreciate the flexibility they allow with changing colors if unpleased along with retouches. The quality and service is well worth every penny.

I will not come back. I am tired of the inconsistency. My last gel manicure peeled within a day. Today, I went to get an eye brow wax. After I got home and my skin calmed down I was able to see that my eye brows are two completely different shapes and the end was taken off one eyebrow. I’ve had my brows done here before and it was fine but I am furious.

I got a full set acrylic and gel polish on Last Friday by Sunday the acrylic had cracked on my thumb. I returned Tuesday to get it fixed. By Thursday the same crack appeared and now is extremely painful. I returned on Saturday to got ANOTHER repair. On this visit the the woman who fixed my nail on Tuesday was rude and another man fixed my nail. This time the acrylic is so thick and the shape of the nail does not match any of the other nails specifically my other thumb. It is now Sunday night and my middle finger nail has completely broken from simply scratching my head . I have never had this type of experience with a new set. I do not do hard labor with my hands and have been getting acrylic and gel polish for years. This was my first time trying this salon and will not be returning. The fact that I will have to get my nails completely redone in a weeks time is ridiculous. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Since moving to Charlotte is has been very hard to find a good place to get my nails done. So glad that I found Posh. They are very flexible in their scheduling and always get me in around my hectic schedule. Kim is amazing my nails always look perfect and last for a long time. She takes her time and ensures they feel natural and that I am 100% satisfied before I leave. The SNS is the way to go if you want your nails to look freshly done for more than two weeks at a time. Each employee is so kind and it is always just a great and relaxing experience!!! Would not go anywhere else as long as I remain here!

Clean place, friendly service and they do an amazing job!! I got a gel manicure, full service pedicure, had eyebrows waxed, and I wasnt there more than an hour and half. They do a great job in a short time and talk to you the whole time. They serve adult beverages, sodas, and water. I will be back!

Im from out of state, and was staying in a nearby hotel while my husband was here on business. I was greeted promptly. I didnt have an appointment but was seated right away. The technician did a wonderful job smoothing all the rough spots on my feet. Im very pleased with my pedicure. Will definitely go there again if Im in the area.

Posh nails is nice on the inside but they are very inconsistent. I got a pedicure here twice and each time they barely scrubbed my feet. I still have dead skin on my feet. I get SNS on my nails. Andy did my nails and they were extremely rushed. The paint is sloppy, uneven, and bumpy. I will not be back. The first time I got SNS nails I went to Tan and he was great! Tan gets 5 starts but the service is a whole is one star.

I was so pleasantly surprised how great this place was. The people there greet you and I was able to come in and get serviced right away. The guy that did my nails did an amazing job and the color selection here was to die for. I give this place 5 stars. Deffinetly coming back here again & recommending to all my friends!

They do great eyebrows, I had kim the first time and she was very patient and did not over wax them. Eyebrow waxing only costs $9 and they look amazing. I have gone there twice so far and will continue for brow services

It was nice inside and they were nice but when it comes to knowing how to properly do nails especially color they have no skills what so ever! Why are there prices so high but they can’t do the job right ! I will stick to the nail places in areas that are not so expensive and they are skilled in all nail types and colors and know how to cater to all types of people not just the old white or uppity people !

Very clean. Walked in on a Sunday and minimal wait. Very kind staff. They even gave my daughter a complimentary flower design on her pedicure since it was her birthday. Will definitely return.

My grandmother and I were on this side of town to run some errands, so we stopped at Posh so she could get a mani and pedi. When we walked in they let us know they were short staffed, which we had no issue with. The issue came after we waited a hour and 20 minutes and they seated 3 walk-ins in the chair to be serviced. The nail tech only told us she would seat her when we stood up to walk out. We left and went across the street to Nini’s Nails where they sat her immediately.

My experience could not have been more opposite than the first 2 reviews (family members perhaps?). I called for an appointment and was told that they were to busy to take me right away and to come in an hour. I was done with my errands so I arrived at the shop 45 minutes before my appointment and parked outside waiting. I saw that there were 5 staff and 2 customers. I waited for my time as I did not know what they were too busy with and found all available staff conversing in the pedicure area of the shop.Pick out your color....you have a fungus.....your watch is so small...and wash your hands was the extent of any conversation. I do not get my nails done and expect to develop a up close and personal relationship but I felt like I was intruding on someones personal time. (There was plenty of conversation going on between my nail tech and other techs in the shop throughout my fill.)Then, the quality of work is very poor...looks like I have Chiclets on some of my nails. The fill material close to the cuticle is very thick and ugly and there is nail polish where there should be none (on my cuticles).I am very disappointed as this is very close to my home, but, I would never go back.

Good location. Haven’t found a nail tech to stick with. Some techs do seem to be very rushed. I’ve had a gel mani last three weeks all the way to just a few days.

I went to this salon for the first time on a Saturday. I wanted a full set accrylic with tips. The tech gave me a powder dip SNS. My nails looked pretty when I left. Not even 24 hrs later, 1 was broken off completely and 4 were cracked. I didnt do anything remotely strenuous to cause it. I went in to get a repair on 2 nails and a couple days later I can see cracks underneath. The nail techs were nice but the work is shoddy. I will not be returning and have advised my friends as well.

I have been there once before, the nails werent too bad but the employees are terrible. First time the woman did not say one word to me and kept laughing and talking with her co workers from across the room. Went back to give them another chance...I walked in and no one said hello. I said hello and three women looked up but carried on. I then said LOUDLY how long is it for a fill in....waited and no one even responded !!!! Then left and said alright well goodbye and the woman said bye. Will never go there again..so disrespectful

I made an appointment on 6/14 for 6/15 @ 10:00 am for a SNS mani, and pedicure I was heading out of town that afternoon so I requested 2 techs at the same time. When I arrived both techs were working on other people. I decided to get a wax service while I waited. I was in the salon until 1:15 PM, and left unsatisfied. I ended up changing my services since I still had a long wait and got the herbal pedicure and an overlay with gel polish. With all of my services for the day I spent $110 + tip. I never got an opportunity to have both techs working with me to finish more quickly, and the job that was done was not a good one. My toenails were still wet when I left because I had a base coat, 4 coats of color, and a top coat. My nails were all diff lengths, and thickness they were also bumpy and crooked. When I returned to town on 6/19 I went into the salon to have everything corrected. I arrived about 615 p. Kim told me they were busy and could not fix today requested that I come back another day, I told her that was unacceptable and I did not have the time. She requested that I come back the same day at 7 p I did. She fussed at me and complained to me the whole time when I came back about why I didnt say anything how its late and they are about to close. I expressed to her I had already been in the shop for 3 hours and was late leaving and almost missed my flight I could not allow them to do anything more at that moment. Finally I said Ill leave but I would be sending an email and providing a review of my services rendered and customer service afterwards. She then changed her attitude and said she would fix them. She had Andy file my gel color off and try to even out the acrylic, that was it. they did not do a good job of fixing the poor job from before. The french tip was still on my nails after Andy filed them and when Kim polished my nails she didnt even bother making the coats even, you can still see the french tip from before the nails also look transparent due to the uneven coats of polish. I originally paid for french tip and the whole time Andy was filing my nails Kim kept trying to get me to change my nail color to a solid color because she did not want to take the time to do the french tip over. I went back and forth with her and finally told her to give me my money back for the cost of the french tip ($5). I also feel like I was over charged as I should have qualified for the $12 discount for the herbal pedicure (which I got) and the additional $10 off for spending well over $50 on my services (which I did not get). Any time someone is spending their money they should leave satisfied with their purchases. Things happen sometime and I understand that but be requesting a do over was the opportunity to make it right, and that did not happen!

I am a new fan!! I came to Posh because they were open til 6 on a Sunday and I am impressed. They have recently renovated, so everything looks top notch and very sheik. They were very clean, and had a large number of polishes to choose from. They have serveral soothing/botanically based pedicure packages as well as a basic pedicure package, and a mani pedi combo.It was a wonderful experience!Am excited to go back.

My first visit was on Saturday. I bought a pedi & full set gel mani. It has been 5 days & my nails have already lifted & look horrible! I am very disappointed & will NEVER return. Yhe ppace is beautiful & people arw very nice. I was satisfied with the pedi but this was by far the worse manicure i have ever received! Do NOT waste your $107.00 on this place!!

This salon looks classy but the people there are awful. Its like they hate their job. Got a gel mani and reg pedi and basically half assed it. My first time i went there they were really nice and the second time i went it was just complete opposite. Before my second time i had recommended them to my co worker and she went there at 530pm to get her nails done and they told her they couldnt help her but then she saw another lady talking to a lady just walking in amd they accommodated her right away. Their way of doing business is very unprofessional and i for one will never go back. Just disgusting behavior
