I really loved my nails sadly they did not make it to two weeks and most of them are breaking in the middle and pulling my meat off. I’m not sure if with the length my apex isn’t strong enough or what but I always get long nails or extendos and never lost so many so soon. After going to another salon I was told that my nails were too thin for the length that I have which makes more sense. It would be understandable for them to crack if I was being rough which is why I am disappointed because literally one little tap against something and here comes a crack forming. Presentation wise I do recommend, longevity wise … I’m not so sure of.

My first time using this salon, I was referred by a friend. Danny did my nails, I got a full set of medium long coffin shape nails and he did a wonderful job I will be going back. The salon is welcoming and friendly and everyone is skilled. They also work very quickly so youre not sitting there for hours waiting or while youre being serviced. My whole process only took an hour and I was really impressed because its been longer at other salons just for a fill in. Come see them if youre in the area.

I’ve been going to UV nails for a while now; however I will not be going anymore after one of my nails broke on the side only after 1 week. Please note I spent $150 for my nails and toes and it broke so easily and to pay that price…I called to see if I could get it fixed and was told by the boss Vickie that I could come in at 6:30p, the time then changed to 7:00p. I got there and still was told to wait although I had somewhere to be. I was told by Vickie to be patient but it was ONE nail that would not have taken long to fix. I will not be going back. But in the future please don’t tell clients to come at a certain time, and still don’t be ready and then tell them to be patient. Truthfully, if the work was more of quality I would not have needed to come in to fix a broken nail considering I just spent $150 to have them done.

Customer service wasnt good. Appear to be a great place. I sat over an hour waiting for someone to do my nails. Several people came after me, all were helped immediately but I was told they had appointments. Which is cool, failure to communicate about availability is not good Customer Service. If I was told they all were booked I couldve went to another nail salon 😒

I’m so over this place. I’ve been going there for years...I wait over 2hrs to get my nails done every single x. And I arrive first thing in the morning. They tell u to make an appointment, but when u do they say they are nt taking any appointments.Danny is so sweet. Sophie does a wonderful job...however the nail polish is diluted and will chip or melt under the uv...Lastly, that Vicky...as I said, I’ve been going there for years. I do not care for her. I don’t respect any one who will talk abt a customer in front of customers...she’s rude...and I will never go bk

I found Vicki to be very rude today! After Ive been a repetitive customer. She yelled at me in front of a room of customers because I tried I was looking at a few colors. Literally accusing me of possibly moving things around!I enjoy getting my nails done with Sophie as she is always kind. And highly recommended her

I called ahead of time before lyfting to the location and I was told they weren’t busy got there 10 min later and it’s an hour wait to soak off nails. A service that doesn’t require a technician the whole time. I had to order another Lyft to go to modish nails in Harrisburg. Very unprofessional and rude

I went here thrice and had horrible experience every time. The first time I went to remove my acrylics they didn’t soak my nails they dug my acrylics out with a fake nail. The next time I went I waited almost for an hour the girl who attended me was on her phone all the time didn’t concentrate at all. Today I called and asked if I can get a refill they told me to walk in and I was asked to leave because they don’t have time . Hated all the experience never coming back again! 😡

This is my second time trying this place, to start the lady was rushing through everything, she got mad because they didn’t have a color that they had displayed and I had to find something else because .My nails were so crooked and she also got mad because I kept asking her to fix it, all in all my nails came out terrible and the one toe I had her re polish still ended up being messed up.Won’t be coming back.

Sophie did a excellent job on my nails. Shes very nice and so is everyone else in the salon.

I was a loyal and faithful customer the one thing I do not tolerate is price changes and inconsistency one week you go with a certain price next week its added by 5 now I work hard for my money and that $5 adds up

Great experience. I took my daughter in for a full set. While there, I decided to get a pedicure. There was no wait and the ladies in the shop provided excellent conversation and customer service. I am beyond impressed and will be returning.

UPDATE: Best thing that could’ve ever happened was them turning me away. End up going to JV Nails (now Valentino nails) right around the corner behind Wendy’s. They have been my go-to nail spot for the last few months now. Amazing work, great prices and friendly service. Check them out!Just pulled up at 5:20pm.. sign on door says they close at 6pm on Sundays. Walk in and they tell me they’re closed. Ok....

I used to visit UV Nails for almost a year and I used to feel very satisfied. The majority of the staff is very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, some of the employees dont know how to treat their customers (a smile never hurts). They should also be more delicate with the job. Vicky is super nice, though!

Danny is so so nice, he kept asking if my nails were the way I wanted them and he Honestly made them better than they were originally! ♡

I always try to frequent places a few different times before I actually give a review. Ive only been satisfied with my nails once & that was from Sophie. But she believes in making appointments with people & locking the doors so you cant get in. She also wont finish services youve requested if she finishes her first task after their closing time. Vicky gave me one of the worst sets Ive ever had which was very thick & shaped horribly. I will NEVER go to this place again & would encourage you not to waste your money here either.

I just went to get my nails and toes done yesterday and everyone there was VERY friendly and social-able.. Because I havent gotten my nails professionally done I was unaware of how long it would take to dry and my toe nails messed up after putting my shoes back on and going home. I was so disappointed but decided to go back the next morning (Today) and see if they would fix it. When I went back they were soooo nice and accommodating and didnt make me feel like an inconvenience at all. They fixed my problem with no issues at all and I walked away a VERY happy customer. I would recommend you go here for a great customer experience and job well done.

This almost became my go to place to get my nails done until one day the man here did my nails and they were falling off EASILY the day after(less than 24 hours) and the second day. Within a week I had 5 nails missing off my fingers. That made me very upset especially since I paid good money for my nails I expect the best. Now I’m second guessing on this place for awhile.

Ms.Vicky is awesome and the most welcoming person! The salon is very clean, everybody is polite and everybody can slay some nails! I highly recommend UV NAILS!

I love my nail tech

I usually go here from time to time but this last experience will be my last. I asked for a soak off with a new full set. Not only did the nail tech pop off my nails, I was bleeding from two nails. I asked for coffin shape nails and got square nails. My thumb is not straight, it’s leaning to the side and my nails are all didn’t lengths and sizes. They are lumpy and bumpy and there is acrylic all over my fingers. I’m very disappointed because the staff is nice but I wish they would pay more attention to their work.

Vicky rushed and was very rough and aggressive.Not professional.

My friend and I have come here multiple times because it is close to campus. Each time we were less than pleased, but we believed in second and third chances. My friends gel polish lifted and chipped after less than a week. I have naturally smooth feet, and the technician who did my pedicure grated my heels until they were rough. I went back to the shop and was told that it was my responsibility to tell the technician not to scratch patches into my heels. Oh well, we will not be back.

Love this place. Been going here since I moved to NC and even though I dont live in this immediate area anymore, I will still travel to come here. Cant replace the customer service, plus makes a difference when they care enough to remember you by name.

I love this place! They do such a great job on everything (nails, feet, eyebrows, customer service) I always have a great experience there. Eyelashes are a issue though. I got my lashes done on Friday and they were falling out by Monday. This was the second time this happened. But I will continue to give them business bc they do such a great job on the main reasons Im there.

I didn’t want to give any stars because the way my Daughter was treated today but in order to post my comment I had to. YES my Daughter because she didn’t want to speak about her experience but I told her I would be more than happy to because this cannot go unheard.She had an Appt. today 6/26 at 5:45 with Sofia thru someone that referred her. When she arrived, there was one person being assisted & 2 other people waiting for her. The next person she took was approximately 30 mins. later so now we down to 2 people waiting. The other girl waiting said she had been there for quite awhile, to the point where she was thinking about leaving. At some point Sofia finally tells them she wouldn’t be able to get them both. The other girl spoke up & said she had been waiting longer so she told her I will get u next. Now she had the audacity to try and put my Daughter off on somebody else that she had never seen his work. Yes, some Man & she told her NO. Her Appt. was with her. The other girl was nice enough to ask was she ok with her going next. She told her yeah because she was there before her and she could’ve been a walk in.Now this is where the “Unprofessionalism” comes in to play, this Sofia girl let my Daughter walk out with no apology for her inconvenience. Customer Service - F & First Impression - F.Will not recommend to anyone!!!!!

This was the worst experience ever, my nail tech, Sophie did my nails and while she was personable and nice she was in a rush to see me. Thus, ripping my only acrylics off my nail then when doing my gel manicure, not letting my nails dry long enough under the UV lamp, then not painting my nails correctly, getting polish on my skin, missing sections of my nail because she claimed my hands were too small. So the next day my gel manicure literally was falling off in the shower and I called the following Monday to see if they could fix it and was met with attitude and disbelief that they could have done anything wrong. All around, awful experience, not recommending to anyone ever.

Oh my goodness! Great customer service. From the moment I walked in they greeted me and serviced me right away. The massage during my mani/pedi was great. Vicky is wonderful and makes you feel appreciated and welcome. Definitely recommend a visit!

This place is ok not everyone is RUDE ... I’ve been going for about a month or so .. The first time I went aya took care of my nails & Toes very humble individual and kind .. She took her time and I really liked her . Her conversations was polite and she was really reserved and that was one of the reasons I went back the 2nd time for my Birthday.. This 2nd experience wasn’t bad with a male Danny he was very humble as well. I went to him bc aya wasn’t there at the time and it was my birthday and I had to get my nails done and Vicki highly recommended Danny saying he’s the best .. I got my nails done and they were ok . They kept breaking bc Danny the nail tech wasn’t experienced as much in doing powder nails and he told me if they break come back he would fix them . I didn’t learn that he wasn’t really experienced until I came for the third time and the Owner Vicki did my nails.. She did my nails and they were Nice We had a decent conversation and I got to kno how she really was when She jokingly said people that I don’t really like to deal with I send them to Danny .. He’s New at nails but he’s not the best so I just send them to Danny smh ? So I said so u don’t like me ?? And that’s why u sent me to Danny?She said I’m just kidding but I knew deep down she really wasn’t bc as I saidWhen Danny did my nails they kept breaking bc he wasn’t experienced as much .. Still gave the shop a chance bc I enjoyed how Vicki the Owner did my nails. I will admit every time I went I paid for service 65-70$ at a time and that’s just for nails .. well the 4th time I went it was about 12:30pm during the week and I wanted a fill in on my nails . Vicki was there and she was doing her nails at the time .. noone was there at the time customer wise but me and one other customer. Vicki saw me and before asking me my service she said can u come back at 4:30pm I have a 2:00 appointment!!! That was very shocking seeing that it was only 12:30pm luckily I left and found another nail shop that does a lot better and are a lot more nicer ... And I enjoy the way they do my nails ... So today I went in only for eyebrow service because I really liked the way Vicki daughter does eyebrows she’s done them before and I’m picky about my brows but she’s the best .. Soon as I walk in It was about 6:15pm Vicki comes up to me and says can u come back tomorrow we are finished for today not even greeting me or anything nor asking what service I wanted me knowing they close at 7pm I told her I only wanted to get my eyebrows she said ok but then I thought 💭 she’s rude and I kindly left . I want be back. I’ve been to her numerous times and spent good for services I kno cost less I personally think she doesn’t like me or random people bc I’ve heard her have words with others while there she can be oblivious.. I don’t know but I just feel like that’s very unprofessional to treat repeat customers who come in Peace I want be back .. I’m pretty sure she knows who I am ! Everyone expects to be treated nice and fairly no matter race or sex . Especially when spending money for services. If you want to be treated with respect go somewhere else or just to a different tech .

Went with my daughter for the full Mani/Pedi experience.They were very nice and accommodating throughout.... although, I wish they did not file your nails so harshly... my fingers were throbbing and sore all day.The guy doing my nails nipped me several times around the cuticle area with the sander and roughly scraped the sides of my fingers while filing each nail. I feel most of what they do is very unneccessary! (They do too much) (but without proper result) as some of the acrylic was filed away and is now completely missing in places... I also had to have him take off extra he left underneath nails and I still have some filing to do myself to make them even.Four nails are completely crooked (and put on this way), but no one would notice if I didnt point it out, and there are low spots in areas and the acrylic isnt even over the entire nail (Im nitpicking here) but Im leaving 4 stars for overall experience as I have received much worse customer service and final product elsewhere...

I just visited this salon and had a bad experience. I have a hair appt at 3:30 and decided I would find a nice nail salon nearby with some good reviews, which is how I found U V NAILS. I walked in around 1:20 they asked what they could help me with and I said a gel fill in & polish change on my toes she said ok have a seat itll be a few minutes, which I expect as I didnt not have an appt. I patiently waited and used my phone as the time went by, another young lady walks in asking they clean up her polish on her toes. (Im guessing she had some on her skin around the toe nails, so she wanted it removed), they told her the same have a seat, itll be a few minutes. After sitting from appx 1:20-2:10 (50min) she tells me to come, have a seat and asked what color, I said all white. She then tells the young lady whod walked in about 10min ago to come so she can fix her toes. (I should have left THEN) I dont care if its a quicker service, Ive waited almost an hr at this point !!!!! 10min later she comes and trys to do my feet. I said no mame thats ok I dont have time Ill just get a fill. She said ok sorry, had a conversation with the other workers and asks is it ok if she files someone ELSES nails while another lady does my toes. So I said AGAIN, no maam I do not have time and no, its not ok. Ive already waited over an hr you help one young lady before me and now another, she said sorry again and I left !!!!Im not sure if the fact that the other young lady was on her break, dressed up, or maybe the fact they knew her and I was in leggings, a tshirt, and baseball cap bc its my off day, but I didnt appreciate the horrible customer service and I will not be back !
