This was my first time going here and they were really nice but I won’t be going back. My nails are all scratched up! And I hate getting my nails done and having to go back to get them completely redone so I made the choice to keep them but they look really bad. But I took this picture right after I got them done.

Love this place! Great SNS service, and if there is an imperfection they are very accommodating and willing to fix it. I have never had a nail chip, crack, or become dull. I go about every 6 weeks because of growth, but the color and shine still look great. They also apply nail strengthener with each service These are my natural nails!

Amazing salon! Very clean. I went in for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. Like a lot of people I had not had a pedicure on a while. Mia my nail tech was awesome! She was very gentle and did a great job. The brow wax was perfect as usual.

Love this place! They always do an amazing job! I will say that the male nail technicians are sometimes a little too rough with the pumice but Ive only seen the women lately. Since finding this place, I dont go anywhere else!

I was looking for a nail salon to try on the side of town I frequent often. A friend of mines suggested this salon and give it rave reviews. I went in for a pedicure today and left without a pedicure Although I paid for one! My cuticles were not cut enough, the nail polish has already peeled, they did not clean the around my toes and my heel still looks the same from when I walked in. First and last visit

Wow! I had not been to this nail salon in a couple years, but it has apparently changed ownership in the last year. First of all, the inside is so well kept and decorated beautifully. Second, they use those liners in the basins and are obviously using cleaned or brand new tools for every patron. Third, the man who did my deluxe pedicure, David, spent more time than I have ever had spent on each stage of the process. The massage was fantastic and I did not feel rushed at all. Best pedicure I have ever gotten and also the best treatment. At the end, “T” came up to me to say if anything was ever not right to tell her directly and to thank me for my business. I am not sure if she is the owner or a manager but her attention was so appreciated. This is my new spot! This small business deserves your support and you will also get the best treatment!

I have deleted my previous one-star review. I had a poor experience here but the owner responded professionally and in a timely manner. Since I don’t live in Charlotte I won’t be able to go back but I feel confident that she would have made it right. That’s all you can ask for.

ALL of their online listings, and even their door state that they are open until 7:30 on Saturdays. My husband and I came in at 6:25 and were told “we are about to close but we will take you”.They sat us, and really rushed through everything. I don’t think the lady said two words to me and she never offered me a drink, even though they serve drinks to their customers. And they never did my pedicure!I want to mention also that you could feel the “grime” on the table when your hands are under the fans drying. Yuck.Won’t be back.

Boa Nails is under new management the new staff is friendly. Mrs T plays close attention to details and takes pride in her work. The salon is clean and beautiful. I didnt realize how bad my last set of nails were until she thinned out my thick nails. I love my nails.

This was my first visit. I thoroughly enjoyed my service. I received a deluxe pedicure and gel fill. Tee corrected the thickness and wideness of my nails. They were fast, efficient and friendly. I will be a return customer!!

Disappointing! I asked for a manicure and told them that I don’t get polish. I let them know I was in a bit of a hurry. Staff was nice. Manicurist cut me and I was there for an entire hour. They charged me $25 when their website says $15. I was still bleeding when I got home. Never going back.

The lady rushed through it because she was ready to go home.. my nails looked horrible! I got acrylic nails that looked messy and unfinished with uneven sides! When I got home I had to remove the polish, file them and repaint them. Never coming here again... plus the lady got mad at me for wanting a certain style done to my nails...

Staff was very friendly, salon is clean and fresh. They offered drinks, lined the tubs and the massage chairs are very nice. Had a mani/pedi and they were meticulous. Nails came out great!

I went in for a pedicure with 45 minutes to spare before I had to be back to work. I set up an appointment to come back on Saturday for it was a Friday. The guy comes over while I’m starting my pedicure and says we can do both while your getting pedicure done. I stressed that I didn’t have enough time and I need to leave by 2:20 he stressed I would be out at that time so I said okay. They didn’t finish on time and I was 20 minutes late back to work not to mention they charged me 100 dollars for extras I didn’t want. I also Left with a chipped toe nail and a cracked pointer finger which bled. It’s a shame I loved this spot.

Tammy has been the ONLY one doing my hair for at least the past 8 years or more. ( I have my drivers license from May 2009 and she had done it then )She is the best hair stylist I have ever met. Not only does she do my hair the way I like it, does whats best for my hair due to my medications AND she listens to my life stories. I have not let ANYONE touch my hair since I first went to her. She makes me feel good about myself and my hair looks wonderful thanks to her. All I can say is Ask for Tammy . She is the VERY BEST! I cannot praise or Thank her enough !

The service was good, had a little bit of wait. I went in today with my friend, both full sets. My full set came out great, but I wanted a design on my ring finger nails, I showed the nail tech, exactly what I wanted, and she did a crappy job. Doesnt even look like the picture I showed. If you dont know how to do that design, then tell me. Its bad when I had to come home and fix my own design myself. Ill give them another try but will not get a design done again.

Just left here. Price was not bad for a Mani and pedi. $35. (Dont know if its a Sunday thing) Two people worked on me at the same time so I was in and out. They did a great job. I gave a 4 because the employees only talked to each other, not the customers. Took a few moments to be recognized when I came in but otherwise, Ill go back.

I went there to get my eyebrows done, told them to leave them thick, she took off most of my eyebrow. Then I went there to get my toes done, she didnt even put a second coat. I didnt have cash to leave a tip, but left it on a credit card. When I said I didnt have cash to tip, lady rolled her eyes. They only talk to each other and are rude.

My daughter and I were in the area and just dropped by and was welcomed right in. Great friendly service will definitely go back. A+++

I thought about walking out as soon as I walked in, but they said they could get me right in. Several things were sub par.1. Its not very clean. There was a giant hair in the pedicure tub. I pointed that out and took my feet out of the water, and they said it was one of the girl that works there hair. I should have left then.2. I was trying to find matching gel and regular polish to do my toes and my fingers. The lady kept trying to show me things that were close. I dont want close, I want the same on my toes as my fingers. She acted like I was the biggest pain to find a color for. I should have left then (recurring theme)3. The lady didnt even give me a chance to tip her before she asked me for a tip. A tip is NOT MANDATORY. That was beyond rude.4. My gel polish ended up chipping the VERY NEXT DAY. Thats supposed to last for two weeks. Chipped and started peeling up literally the very next morning.5. I called Monday and told them about my unsatisfactory gel polish, and asked if i could come in and have them fix it. The latest they take a customer is 6pm. Its impossible for me to get there by 6 without taking time off of work. I figured Id just come in on Saturday. So, I called back today (wednesday) and explained my situation again, and tried to make an appointment for saturday morning. The lady kept cutting me off, talking over me, and rushing me off the phone. I told her that the lady from Monday said I wouldnt have to pay for it, so I want to make sure it will be a gratis fix. She told me Id have to pay.I will NEVER go back there as long as I live. Nail salons are a dime a freaking dozen. Not worth the headache and sub par customer service and nail services.
