Ive been to many nail salons in the Charlotte area over 15 years and Bella Nail & Bar is my favorite! Ive worked with many different techs and the manager Trish, everyone is always so sweet and attentive, and my nails always look bomb! 😍 thank you Bella nail, you are awesome!

When coming here on 8/23/21 i had already told myself I would never come back since my gel toe polish seems to chip quickly I work from home so it shouldn’t be like that but I came anyway! I let my pedicure tech and nail tech both know that I was there because I needed to leave on a trip for my BIRTHDAY! I was refused a birthday discount since I didn’t have a email even though I go there faithfully! My toenails shape was square when I came in he cut and shaped however he felt. He cut waaaay to short on them and my skin on my toe still hurts. I came back 8/24 to get them fixed because it’s no reason for all this polish every where and this is the REDO‼️ I told him my big toe wasn’t smooth he “couldn’t see”that it wasn’t smooth. After third attempt of just trying to paint over it instead of starting over I was OVER it!

I went to Bella Nail Bar because I was flying out of Charlotte two days later for vacation and couldn’t get an appointment at my regular salon. The first tech that serviced me was really nice, however, my SNS manicure was really thick and the nails were misshapen- very bulbous and not at all natural nail-like. I went back the next day to just have them filed down and shaped. The woman who serviced me the first time was with a client, so after I explained my issue, another woman sat me down at her station and came to fix them. I told her I wanted them filed down so they weren’t so thick, and she said she couldn’t file them down too much because all the color would go away. Which makes no sense but okay. She proceeds to run the buffer over my nails, then put a gel topcoat on top and put my hands into the gel machine dryer. Long story shorter, the topcoat started to form bubbles. She got frustrated and redid one or two nails, and left the rest. At that point I was over the whole situation so I just waited for my nails to dry and then left. I’ll never ever be back.

My nails are beautiful but they are of poor quality. The layers of acrylic are way too thin. Got my nails done on 7/30 and the thumb broke on 7/31 by me tapping it on my headboard while putting my sheets on my bed. Never again!

I like the color of my nails but I’m tired of getting different prices from different techs. I wasn’t aware that techs could include their very own price and I never can get a copy of a price list. I never knew of being charged extra for very square and I’ve came plenty of times and never been charge extra before. Plus the shaping doesn’t look very square to me.The lady at the front desk that’s normally seating people even said they don’t charge extra for square.

I was very dissatisfied with my service at Bella Nails today. The photos will show the poor work that was done. I do not plan on coming back. I gave 2 stars because the lady was nice but just didnt know what she was doing. Also was offered a beverage. They need more qualified and experienced workers!

Its an ok place, if you want a calm ambience, not the place but you can get nails done, even without an Appointment.

Dont waste your time scheduling an appointment. I had an appointment at 12:15, I had to wait 45 minutes. No one told me what was going on, I had to walk up to the desk after 30 minutes for them to tell me the person I was there for was almost finished. After another 15 minutes, I just got up and left.

My tech Lilly was great, she was professional, thorough and pleasant. Shop was able to squeeze me in as a walk-in customer.... Awesome services!

I’ve been here, 3 times before (by appointment) and I’ve had pretty decent service before, but today I went in as a walk in to get two acrylic nails fixed. I got there at 12:50pm and I asked the receptionist how long my wait would be, as I was short on time and she said 30 minutes. Considering that I was a walk in, I figured 30 would actually be a 40-45 minute wait. I ended up waiting about 1 hour and 10 minutes, it was 1:57pm to be exact, and when I finally got in the chair, I told the nail tech, I just need two nails repaired. He then told me to move to the seat next to him and the next available nail tech would help me. He then went to service the next customer who was getting a full set. I ended up walking out. It wasn’t the fact that I had to wait 1 hour 10 mins. Like I said, I was a walk in. If I had to wait for an available tech, I had to wait for an available tech. It was the fact that the available tech, that should’ve serviced me, told me to wait for the following available tech because I was only getting two nails repaired, and not a full set/fill in. I wasn’t serviced when I should’ve been next. A service that would’ve taken 15 mins to complete. Y’all didn’t respect my time, so I will not be back.

Tia did great jobs on my nails.i am scheduling another appointment for my feet an nails. Everyone love my beautiful colors, the neatness in the shaping of my nails, and how perfectly painted each stroke look on each nails

Late post allert* Usually I go to Destinee but she was out of town. She does an amazing job everything. This time management did my fill in and it was excellent. She did them exactly the way I wanted them which is usually hard yo please me. I always come back because the service is A-plus!

For one the nail tech showed up thirty minutes late for the appointment and no one accommodated me in any way. I got my nails done for all star weekend and this wasn’t the best way to start it. When I booked the appointment I figured my nails would be around 60 dollars at most because all I wanted was a classic French tip. My total at the end of my late appointment was $78 which was for one outrageous. Not to mention the nails began to lift soon after and the outcome was not what I wanted. Nonetheless I paid for my nails and had them on for about two weeks before they were just too bad to keep on. Here I am now and two of my actual nails are black and i am just upset and damaged.I don’t know if it’s infected or what but it looks bad. This company is not professional and it shows would not recommend.

I finally got in. Omg! I had such a great experience. The salon is cute, has lots of chair, and was overall clean. I was in and out and the tech’s are so personable. I see why this place is always busy. My next appointment I’m booking in advance.

I visited this nail salon and I had to return for a corrected service. I returned I was greeted with open arms with superb service. I absolutely love my nails. Lyly did a beautiful job on my nails. I have been coming to this establishment for about 2 years, I have had my nails done by Molly, Trish, Peria, & Lily Do. I am always on time, even when they are NOT. When they are not on time I have waited 15 minutes to an hour with no apology = Unprofessional. I have never written them a bad review. I always schedule my appointment. I always tip 20%. Today I show up at 10:25 AM EDT for my 10:30 AM EDT appointment with Lily Do, at 10:42 AM EDT while I am waiting Lily Do tells Trish to tell me she doesnt want to do my nails = Unprofessional. I ask why and Trish says I dont know. I have never had an issue with Lily Do. I listen to my music when I am getting my nails done. I bring my own Mia salon acrylic powder, Mia liquid monomer, nail tips, nail foil & I still pay full price without a problem. Whatever you do Do Not waste your time scheduling with Lily Do, at the last minute she may decide she doesnt want to keep her appointment with you.

I absolutely love my nails! I was wearing the standard square shape nails and she told me how I needed to wear a different shape to accommodate my nail bed having a natural curve! My nails look great and the coffin nail shape definitely makes my hand look a lot better!

UPDATE: So, I returned to get my nails done here 4 times but the last couple of time I went I had more negative experiences. One day, I’d made an appointment and they were so busy I had to wait for half an hour and ended just leaving because i still wasn’t seen. That’s fine, I understand nail places get busy so I just went back another day. However, the next (and last) time I went the nail tech was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had a break that needed to be repaired; it was a sort of recent break so it was kind of painful. The nail tech insisted on peeling the nail off with another nail tip even though I told him multiple times that it hurt. His response was, “you’ll be fine.” Which, I obviously understand, but I’m not paying to be in pain or uncomfortable when there are other ways to remove nails. Then, I wanted a curved tip but when I requested that he correct the straight line he did on my nails, he really made minimal effort to give me the look I wanted. He just seemed lazy. Of course, I did have some positive experiences there so I’m just changing my 5 star to 3.I came here for the first time today and I had a great experience. I came in needing a previous set removed that was done at another salon. My nail tech took her time, she was extremely patient, and my nails look amazing. I will 100% be returning.

Don’t think I’ve ever left a bad review on google but man.. this one deserves it. Had an appointment and was told to sit in the waiting area and was given a number. Was finally taken back for my pedicure which was subpar. After my pedicure was given no direction on where to go for my nails. When I asked the front desk I was once again told to sit in the waiting area. I would understand if I was a walk in but this is not the case. The nail color selection is terrible, when I asked if they had OPI they looked at me like I was crazy. I’m writing this review as I sit in the waiting area debating if I should even give them a chance to do my nails.. honestly the biggest waste of time and money.

Made an appointment today for a polish change on my nails. I just got a full set and a pedicure about 1 week and a half ago. Gel polish was chipping so instead of complaining I just wanted a polish change. After arriving I waited an hr and ended up changing the polish on my toes. While waiting I was asked multiple times to get a fill in which I didnt need. Felt like they would rather have done a fill in instead of what I asked for because it was time consuming. Very unprofessional.

Vy was AWESOME! Quick but thorough and made sure I was happy with each step of my service. I cant wait to go back again next time

Don’t bother to make an appt because they’re never adhered to. They overbook and you sit for an hour while the snooty lady that works up front walks around with her hands on her hips. I don’t understand the order they go in whatsoever. Quality is so so. Sometimes you get a great tech and other times you don’t. Today I had Wah who was wonderful. He said he was new and had only been there 2 weeks but he took great care of me. I will be back with my extra patience panties on and request Wah specifically

I literally got my nails done yesterday morning at 10:30am and my nails have already started snapping in half. I got them done my Derek and he legit sat there and told me about how amazing he was at nails and that I wouldn’t be disappointed since it was my first time going there. When I made the appointment I wanted to request someone else but they gave me him and he showed me his work which looked good. And they aren’t giving me a refund of the service which is insane.UPDATE!!!!!Decided to go back to get the nails soaked off. First of all the lady that fixed my mail did a sloppy job on the entire thing. So I went to get them taken off today and decided to get gel nails polish put on my nails because I knew how weak my nails would be after they took the acrylic off. First of all they literally passed me around like I was a whole blunt. The first guy I had completely misunderstood me and thought I was getting more acrylic put on and I told him no. He then proceeded to ask me multiple times if I was sure I didn’t want anymore nails like he didn’t understand me the first time. After he found out I wanted them soaked off he passed me on to someone else. She soaked some of it off and drilled part of it off before she passed me on to someone else. This lady drilled my nails down to the point to where it started to burn in some areas. All I asked was for all my nails to be even and she couldn’t even do that. The filing was sloppy because most of my nails are slanted and uneven. And now that I’m home the gel on my nails are already starting to peel. And she put on 3 coats. Highly disappointed will never go to this salon again

Today was my first time coming to the nail bar. I did today because of all the great reviews I’ve seen so far. I came in right after work with no appointment and only had to wait 5 minutes to be seated with my nail technician. Today Quan did my nails and he made sure they were exactly to my liking while also taking his time. The whole staff is warm and friendly. They have a loyal customer in me. Thank you so much everyone at Bella Nail.

This is a nice place to get your nails done but when it comes to my time & booking an appointment with the nail tech that I prefer is a problem. I had an appointment booked for 1130 on Saturday. Then I get a phone call saying my appointment is at 1215 which was wrong. Make a long story short my appointment got pushed back again and I still didnt get seen. Wasting my time coming up there for nothing & when I want the nail tech I want thats who I should get. Everybody in there isnt all that great. They are good for trying to put another tech on you when thats not who you booked with. It would be a better business if it was ran properly. Whoever was running it on Sunday did a way better job. I guess sundays will b the day I start coming. Although someone told me my nail tech wouldnt be there on Sunday & she was clearly sitting at her table & I had to go to another tech. A lot of miscommunication in this place 🙄

I have been going here for over a year and love it.

I will never go back here. I had SNS done 4/2/21 and had to return to have 2 nails fixed that were already cracking or chipped 4/3/21. I returned home and 6 hrs later another finger is cracked; the pointer finger in the picture. There is no reason SNS should be cracking or chipping the day of or after you get them done. Complete waste of money.

Aaron was my nail tech and he was so nice. I was a walk in. Didn’t even know what I wanted because it was my first time there and I had been looking for a place since I moved to Charlotte. He did my ombré very well. He took his time and did not rush. He referred me to Daisy because he said he didn’t do 3D nails. But I was most definitely pleased with what I got. The lady that did my pedi was pleasant. She seemed a little nervous. But she did well. I will be returning. Thank you Bella Nails 😊

Everything here was exceptional, however their prices are quite high (this is from someone who doesn’t mind spending and indulging). Gel add on to $55 pedicure was $20 and the polish was very faint and needed more coats.

I loved my pedicure. The technician was amazing and sweet. My manicure was not what expected at all. I showed the guy what I wanted. He wouldn’t let me do my nails shorter and seemed like he was in a rush therefore I really didn’t get the quality I wanted. Even when I accidentally hit the top of my nail before I put it under the light, he didn’t go back and try to fix it. Maybe it was his off day, but I personally do not want to go back.

I enjoyed it my ombré powder nails looks so beautiful! I was taken care of quickly I only waited about 5 minutes!

LOVE MY PEDICURE!!! I cant remember the last time I took the time for this guilty pleasure. The salon lost a star because I had a 2:45 appt and wasnt seated until after 3pm.

The place is over crowed, which made the service go down. I make appointments there which I never get seen during that time with the person I booked with. They are always to ruff burning me with the drill, cutting me to where I bleed and I at least move to 3 different chairs to get my nails done. Honestly don’t go here.

The lady did not speak to me. Was very rough and aggressive. This was not a pleasant experience. I have been here before and the service was decent however I guess because they were a little busy she was irritated. I got a gel pedicure and the nail polish seems cheap and left a white residue around my toes. Will not be returning

The prices differ depending on when you come in. I been there three times. For the same job. Be careful to get your price before they start on your nails. I got a regular fill with gel clear polish...the first time it was 22 for fill and 5 for gel polish. Two weeks later it was $10.00 more, it went from $27.00 to 37.00. Because I got it the last time I did not ask. Lesson learned. They are slick.They like to add little bits of prices that you will find out about once you get to the register.. my nails look nice but I will never go there again.

This visit was a Birthday gift from my daughter-in-law. I had a Gel manicure and a Regular Pedicure. The technician who serviced me did a pretty good job.

I absolutely love going here!!! Since being able to make an appointment, there is no problems. All the nail techs are amazing! The owner is very involved with his staff and their quality of work. He ensures that the customer is happy. Bring a picture of what style you would like and they will achieve it!

Daisy did an amazing job!! First time trying ombré color and I am in love. The venue is very upscale, and all of the employees are extremely nice. I definitely recommend and will be coming back.

I kept coming back thinking it could be my nails being weak but every time I have gone and with different nail techs my nails have broken from acrylic and gel manicures. Theres not enough concern for long term nail health, just filing too thin causing deep breaks Ive never experienced in my years of getting my nails done very sad and my toes nails might have developed a diseasemy last experience with my pedicure the gentlemen was ridiculously rough and aggressive cutting me and the back of my ankle that even my friend was concerned for me

It’s really no point in making appointments. The management is horrible on customer service. I’ve always end up waiting 30min to a hour on getting service and I always book an appointment. It would be a good salon if they learned to manage their schedule.

The shop was very clean only thing is the man that did my pedicure was not polite and didnt do the right steps for my pedicure he put the lotion on first before the cleanser and I had to remind him to clean the stuff off my feet good.

I went here on April 25th, spent $68 on my nails. He ripped off my old set causing one of my nails to bleed at the tips, it bleed for a while. I was cool bc he was nice I guess, here it is a week late and one of my nails is coming off at the cuticle so I am def not pleased! Then they have a 3 day policy for broken nails, it hasn’t even been a full 2 weeks, none of my nails should be coming up at all!

I went there today at 4:20pm ...Emily was the tech and the end product was horrible... no problem with the shop unless the don’t honor doing or getting it right when I go in to advise tomorrow.... the pics speak for themselves....She rushed so bad that she made many mistakes ...see below just a few of the mistakes. Nails aren’t cheap!!

I have gone there for my nails/lashes for the last year! Recently I decided to get the micro-shading done! Dana did it for me and I can’t say how happy I am with her service! The before and after was simply AMAZING! She explained how the process and how my aftercare would be in a way in which it simplified it! I will say to all the women who have considered micro-shading or micro-blading, see Dana! You will be completely wowed!!! Thanks Dana for an awesome job!!!

Love my nails always professional

This was the first time my daughter and I went to this establishment and the experience wasn’t horrible but it def wasn’t great. The young lady who did my pedicure was extremely nice and her work was okay. The other young lady who did my daughters nails did a horrible job. The mail polish was all over her fingers and when I addressed it to her she said she would take it off but she did not . Regardless of her poor work she was also nice. Also they charge the same prices for adult that they do for children which is ridiculous. I will not be returning or recommending this establishment.

Third time scheduling a appointment an having to wait over 25+ mins for service after the schedule appointment. No one apologize or even care that I had been sitting well over my appointment time. Service is TRASH I would not recommend to NO ONE!!!!

Hands down best place to go that Ive found so far. Usually busy but I never mind the wait because they are amazing and very quick. Also you can get a glass of wine while waiting or during service. If you book online they offer 10% off which is nice. Always love how my nails and eyebrows come out. Definitely recommend. (Excuse my cuticles, not a reflection on them work definitely takes its toll)

I absolutely LOVE this salon! I followed my favorite nail tech Trysh here and I’m so glad I did. Everyone is so professional and take great safety precautions with the new pandemic changes. I love it here!!!

I asked for a very basic fill in (including pictures) and the nail tech basically did whatever she wanted without letting me know what the price would be for whatever she was doing (which was nothing like what I had showed her). Ended up paying $88 for a FILL IN. I will never be back.. not at all worth the money they charge.

Tonight I went ok with a friend of mine to get my nails done. I asked for a basic almond shape full set with just clear nails polish. Keep in mind this is was I always get. Just regular polish. I went up to the counter to pay for my bill and it was a lot higher than I was expecting to pay. The nail tech ended up putting gel nail polish on my nails that I did not ask for I have never had gel nail polish before so I wouldn’t of known. So without my knowledge I was up charged to a service that I did not agree to and not what I ask for.I was offered $10 off the final price or that they could take the polish off and redo as a clear polish which at the end of the day would of been a loss either way due to a loss in product and having to take the time to take the gel nail polish off and then I would I had to wait for my nails to re dry. The manager was not helpful at all and said those were my only two options. Completely unprofessional and serious price gouging. I will not stepping back in this salon after being my salon for many years after this experience. Best advice work on your customer service and the needs and wants of your customers.
