I’m from out of state. Came to NC to visit family. Went here to get my nails done. I left the nail spa convincing myself to move down here just so I could get my nails done here more often. 100/10!

I wish I knew the name of the lady who did my nails. They look fantastic. It’s been 3 weeks since I had them done, and even though they’ve grown out a lot and it’s past time for a fill, the quality has held up—no chipping or peeling, and I’m hard on my hands. Great job!

Worst pedicure ever. Rushed. No hot towels. No massage. It was like soaking my feet at home myself. Never going back again. This place has gone downhill over the years. Use to be the best pedicure.My friend also got a pedicure with me and was rushed. They didn’t listen even after she said no polish about 5 times.

SNS nails w/ extension and manicure. Valentines day ready! I have been to a lot of differnt nail salons and normally leave disappointed. Ive had sns nails before and they where not smooth they looked worse than some acrylic Ive gotten done. I love the sns because they dont hurt my nails like acrylic does. The lady didnt comment on how awful my nails looked before hand. She was soft touched and she cared how her work looked. This was also the first time I have been into a nail salon they didnt yell at everyone. Super nice!! I will definitely be coming back here!!! Thank yall!! ($35 for SNS, $5 for extensions, $5 for manicure that included massage and critical oil. Totally $45). Ive paid $60 last time I had SNS done elsewhere and it looked awful so this was just so great! I only get my nails done for special occasions and I honestly havent been happier in the service and price! See yall on my next nail trip!!

Service was rushed, pedicure did not take long to do. Rough with switching my feet. Worst pedicure I ever received. The leg massage was just a basic rub down I can do myself. Used 1 hot small towel to cover both legs at the same time and they didnt wrap it she just laid it on there and walked off. Best thing about this place was the massage chair. Overall service, sucked.

Ive been going to this salon for about 8 years. The ladies have always been very friendly and courteous. Tina is terrific and my nails are always perfect.

I am not to write reviews but this places deserves one. Small place and parking can be a little hard but so worth it. I called in and walk in are totally acceptable, walked in and my chair was ready. Only got a pedicure but it was awesome, massage was incredible and the added paraffin service is great at no additional cost like other places. Kim helped me and definitely plan on coming back to try SNS with her!

I have been going to this nail salon for around 2 years now and I’ll never go anywhere else. They always shape my nails great and have new colors. I’ve never had any issues with dirty tools and the pricing is reasonable. Love them!

Horrible experience the lady made all of my cuticles bleed and wasn’t friendly or helpful at allNot to mention she rushed through my nails and they look so bad they also didnt give me the shoulder massage that everyone around me gotNot to mention I called the owner to get them redone and they have a 3 day policy and said to go somewhere else.Will never come back and I’ll make sure I tell people the same

Van was great, very pleasant, picked out color for me and let me relax during my SNS manicure and shoulder massage felt so relaxing! My nails look and feel wonderful.

They actually honor appointments and we have been able to do two people at a time. While your nails dry they give you a shoulder massage. Nails last a long time and very friendly. Also offer water, pop, or wine. Excellent.

Ive been going here over 15 years. Ive tried other places but keep coming back. They always do a great job and are very clean. Ive never had any issues here.

Way overpriced! Got a fill in and they charged me $45. They didn’t even need to take off my old polish because I took it off before going in. Wasn’t worth the price at all!!!!! They all spoke to each other but didn’t say 3 words to me. I felt like they didn’t want me there. Thank goodness I don’t live here and don’t have to go back. Polish is already chipping and it’s only been 1 day.

Very calm and relaxing atmosphere and the salon smelled good!! Very happy with my pedi and will be back again :)

Went with a friend and the woman who was doing my friends pedi was on the phone the. Whole. Time. My woman was clearly distracted but at least I got a half massage and not completely given a half hearted job like my friend. Ill use coupons for the place but probably wont pay full price again.

I went to Nini on recommendation from two coworkers. I cant say that Ive had many excellent experiences at nail salons, but today was different.I am getting married this Saturday, and wanted to plan a special outing for the women in the family before the big day. I was worried because I knew Id be having women from all over town coming, some needing babysitters, and I just wanted it to be a good time and worth it for everyone involved. I scheduled for a party of 6 at 6 pm (which they still allowed even though they close at 7)I walked in 20 minutes early to start picking out a color. Something so simple became such a complicated decision for me with wedding brain. One of the ladies was so nice to ask me what I was interested in and help me go through the colors one by one, even sampling them on my nails before we got started. I finally picked the one, and sat down to begin the process.Because my girls were coming from different parts of town, some were a few minutes late but we were never felt rushed. We all got complimentary drinks and each technician took their time and gave each girl their full treatment. The regular mani pedi service puts others in the area to shame. I am so glad I chose Ninis for such a special event in my life.Its hard to please 6 women who have all had different experiences at nail salons, but I can say they all were happy with the quality and care they received and want to come back and continue supporting this great establishment!

I decided to give this place a try even after them not having the best reviews, and I have to give them 5 stars. They were the same price as the place I usually go to. Very quiet and relaxing I have never been anywhere that was that gentle. I had a pedi and mani and I actually bent some of my fingernails back a few days before and they are a little sore and I never asked for them to be careful and they didnt hurt them once. The massage for my pedi was wonderful and to my surprise when I got my mani I also received a neck and shoulder massage!

My experience with Nani Nail started out terrible. I asked the lady to wash the the bowl out where you get your pedicure because something was in it, she became very angry. I was tempted to leave but because I had somewhere I needed to be I decided to stay. The young lady that gave me a pedi and mani did a good job.

Had manicure and pedicure done with my husband here today and the girl who was taking care of me (Mai) had a terrible attitude - didnt look at me, did not smile, just made me feel unwanted there. it got as bad as she turned her back on me when handing a towel and called me hey..you. She showed more interest in other clients talking to their girls than in taking care of me.

Its business office more than one service facials and Tanning services eyelashes and eyebrows.

I had to give one star to write a review ..... If it wasnt for that I wouldnt have gave them anything!!!!! They do not listen... And they half do everything....
