My Mother and I walked in for mani/pedis today and were greeted right away by the hostess, who was very accommodating and helped us pick our colors. We were pleasantly surprised that the wait time was only 10 minutes, and our nail technicians(S. and Opy) were very friendly, professional and focused on quality of service. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitley back!

Excellent service, even though it was busy, older woman did my pedicure that makes me feel like Im walking on clouds. Young lady got all the dead skin off my cuticles, and has my nails looking great. Thanks Nami Nails Spa!

I came in and set an appointment for a pedicure and fill-in at 2:45. Came back at 2:45, waited for 10 minutes and was then placed in the pedicure water for another 20 mins before anyone came over. Opi started doing my toes and said hang on one second..... He walked out the door and over to the Chinese restaurant next door, came back with his food and walked past me to the back. HE SAT IN THE BACK EATING HIS FOOD IN THE MIDDLE OF MY PEDICURE. Literally the other workers had to call his name for him to run out chewing food and washing his hands and continue my pedicure. This was horrible customer service.

I got my eyelashes done, a pedicure and a full set and I must say the service is great! Jenny is prompt with service, very thorough, and has a passion for what she does! She does her job very well and I would recommend her to anyone. B is the best nail tech in Charlotte that I know of! I He is also prompt with service, very informative, passionate about his work, and he makes sure you get good quality service! B is funny and is overall about his business! I love Jenny and B! I followed the new owners of this spa from another location. My nails and my pedicures are always perfectly done and they last. My technician is B and his wife, Jenny keeps my eyebrows looking exquisite too. Linda does my husbands pedicures, and he asks for her every time. They have a great, friendly staff, and I have no doubt that anyone who is serviced at this location will be more than pleased with the results

Ive been coming to this salon many years and I always have a wonderful experience. The staff is so professional and nice. I think you gave a great experience in a great atmosphere. I never have to wait a long time for service. Services here are wonderful. They offer a wide selection of nail polish colors especially gel nail polish that I love. Ice even gotten a bikini wax job here and the associate was good and discreet.

My nail tech Ana is PHENOMENAL!!!! I have been getting my nails done by her for over 10 years. She is amazing! She is more than a nail tech she is like my sister... The staff was super friendly but the guy messed up what little eyebrows I did have and my pedicure was good but it didn’t come with the extra massage that comes with the deluxe so I would save my money and get the regular one. Overall spent 55$ and just not happy with the outcome of my eyebrows or my toe nail polish and the bottom of my feet are rough and they should definitely be soft after a pedicure.

They did a Great job on my pedi and mani. Very relaxing and reasonably pricedUpdated post: my gel manicure started to peel within 24 hrs. After 3 days my nails looked terrible and i had to peel them off. They peeled off very easy. I had a different nail tech than usual. I would go back BUT I only recommend the older thick lady with the buzz cut OR the young girl in her early 20s. She usually does my nails but she wasnt working that day

Katie is my nail tech always takes her time and makes sure it done to perfection. My nails have grown so beautifully by getting dip powder and when I soak them off they are really strong. I would recommend Katie and make an appointment so you don’t have to wait a long time

Only place I will go to have my nails done. I selfishly didn’t want to post about how amazing Katie is because I don’t want to not be able to get appointments with her but she’s incredible. Always willing to be flexible with appointments. She has even been willing to stay late or come in early if she has a conflict. She’s incredibly friendly and is so good at what she does. The other staff is all friendly and do a great job as well. I’ve been seeing Katie now for years, every 2-3 weeks and won’t go to any other salon for my nails.

My gel polish started coming off after a day. I had to paint my nail with my home clear gel polish, just to keep the white French tip color on. I went back to get the issue fixed and the guy who did my nails, didn’t even redo the nail I personally had to fix! His solution to fixing the issue was buff and add a clear gel coat. Now the nail I personally fixed of course has bubbles in it and you can see the line where the job he did came off. If you want to waste your money, then go to them. When you pay for a job, it should be done right! I will never be back!

I’ve been going to Kim here for many years and this salon is wonderful! I never walk in because I don’t want to wait, so I just schedule an appointment and no issues with waiting. Kim does an OUTSTANDING job with both mani and pedi and is very friendly and professional. Her work is fantastic. I don’t have long nails but she still makes them look great. Won’t go anywhere else.

I am literally sitting in the chair right now as we speak and if it wasn’t for a shame or a fight I’d walk right out! This place at first was amazing to me! The modern decor was nice the customer service was mediocre at best but the work was great. The only person in here that is genuinely happy and nice and upbeat is Kylie!! Her sister Katie has the smartest mouth ever but does great nails but now I won’t go to her because my mouth is pretty bad itself. I’m getting a pedicure and like my water hot, I was told “It’s full just wait a few minutes and I’ll fill it back up when I’m done with (current client)”. Mind you I waited 10-12 minutes, two questions, couldn’t I have had hot water while I waited and two, whose paying?? Done!! Won’t be coming back. Kylie IS NOT doing my toes this time by the way. She’s off

A week later!!! I understand that with long nail they can break easily but my pointer finger started to lift the very next day. And about my polish OMG I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD THIS HAPPEN WHERE GEL YES GEL POLISH BUBBLES AND STARTS TO PEEL. I paid 63 dollars I will Never ever ever step foot in this salon and I will Spread the word to anyone I know. My gel polish usually lash me until my next visit I have Never experienced where not just one nail but basically all finger peel off my nails are horrible and I’m debating on whether I should call my bank ago this charge. Never again rude as well and rush and added extra charges at the end of servicing.

Went to get an eyebrow arch today from Lynn only to be told she was on vacation and someone else could do them. I believed them only to find out Lynn works at another location and she is not on vacation as I’ve spoken to her! They lied for an $8 eyebrow arch! Is it that serious to lack integrity for $8 and I don’t even like them! Now I have to wait until the grow back to have Lynn correct them! I have frequented this Mallard Creek location for years and today was THE LAST STRAW! I’m done if you’ll lie you’ll chest! For years I got my nails done there and stopped because I was being told I was getting gel nails and nothing was gel, but the polish...if you have to wear a mask it’s not gel! Your nails will heat up under the fluorescent light and it doesn’t because people are being charged for gel nails when it’s acrylic nails....JUST BE HONESTIf I could rate you a negative zero I would...YOU’VE LOST A CUSTOMER

I went in for a fill in and a nail repair. Nail tech asked me what color I wanted I asked for French and requested to have him cut my nails done. He said no to short. Proceeded to look the French polisg and asked if I wanted gel or regular polish I asked for regular polish the lady next to him said why no gel polish he said she don’t have enough money and they laughed. I told him he insulted me he said why I wasn’t talking to you. I said I would never be back. He said fine he don’t want to do my nails anymore anyway. This salon is horrible and I have never been more humiliated in my life

Theres a guy there by the name of Tony that is the rudest of them all. They ignore you and start speaking Vietnamese to each other when you ask a question - outright rude. Stopped going there about 2 years ago mainly because of him. Went in the other day because it was convenient and the Tony guy was still there. I got another girl who was fine but it is not my first choice.

I have never truly experienced such poor customer service, work ethic, and management practice. After arriving at 6:40PM I politely asked the woman at the front desk if there was time for a full set, and pedicure. I made it quite clear if there was no time, that was completely understandable and I would leave. The woman doing my full set cut the skin on 6 fingers with her machine, and nail file. Not to mention, she clipped my natural nails too short, allowing those to bleed along with others. The polish job was unbelievably sloppy, and the nails are crooked, and blatantly too thick/uneven. I asked (who I believe to be) the owner for my money back before leaving, in hopes to reconcile the situation. She argued with me, admitted to the bad service but informed me all she could do was have my nails redone the following day. To me that’s quite unacceptable. Not to mention I certainly will never go back to a nail salon, where the so called technicians are exposing bodily fluids while continuing to use/contaminate the equipment. I can’t help but feel if I was informed from the start there wasn’t adequate time, maybe the technician wouldn’t have done provided a less than mediocre product. Lesson learned. You can not expect the simplest of decency, and understanding from a business lacking in communication, and professionalism.

Most that work here are rude. They change prices as they wish (on waxing). Just outright rude. Found 1girl that was good and listened. Went her twice and I was delighted. Shes gone. Good thing is that theres dozens of nail places.

I was there ALL day for a simple full set and pedicure. I was bounced around to three different techs till someone began. Michelle was nice but overall it wasn’t a good enough experience to make me want to return.

I had a terrible experience at My Bella Spa on West Mallard Creek Church Road. I was rudely asked What do you want? upon entry and I was rushed through the process of picking a color for my gel manicure (and they do not have a large selection of colors). The bottom of my nails felt glued to my skin, theres clear polish and gel polish stuck between my nails and the sides of my fingers, and the polish is uneven with bumps and globs. I have done a MUCH better job at home. They do not take their time and it makes the final product look awful. I am totally dissatisfied and I will NEVER be returning to this location.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I went here yesterday and had Michelle. She was very nice HOWEVER I told her specifically make sure my nails are not bulky looking and not to use a lot of acrylic, she did anyway and as a result my nails look horrible. I have never gone to a shot and completely hate my nails and I dislike them so much I found another place to redu them tomorrow. I will never suggest anyone to go here. Ever. I wasted money and I’m upset. I’m sure they don’t care though.

It was terrible! I got a full set with gel and a pedicure the pedicure wasnt relaxing at all.. Im pretty sure the man that was doing my feet was flirting with me non stop..the gel is so thin with my acrylics it hasnt even been a week and theyre already coming off! Please dont waste your money 🤦🏿‍♀️

Just had the most amazing manicure and pedicure from a young lady Sal (sorry if I butchered that). Customer service was excellent, clean & spacious shop, felt totally pampered and at one point wad so relaxed I dozed off. I would recommend this nail shop!

Terrible service. I always choose whether I go back to a salon based on how my nails turn out, how they hold and if they actually talk to me.I had too many complications to write out, but my nail tech didnt even speak to me or look at me during my set. 2 nails cracked before two weeks came. I got one fixed at the other Bella and later came back to this one to get the second one fixed. My nails have never cracked for the 5 years Ive been getting them done. This location was just rude about the whole situation and Im never going back. Save your money here and go to another Bella.Oh. And I forgot I got wine from there (had to ask for it myself) it stunk when I held it to my face to drink it. It tasted funny, not even 5 minutes later a fruit fly comes and marks its territory. They served me bad wine. Disgusting.This isnt even half of what I *should* type. Just dont go there if you dont like rude nail techs.

I had gel and acrylic for many years in Atlanta, GA and Columbia, SC. Unfortunately, I think I became intolerant of either treatment. No one tells you that side. That after years of exposure you can begin to repel the process. I waited 5 years and tried gel.I grew weary of the tips and struggled to find a salon where I was comfortable. I didnt trust their technique. So, I removed the nails and resigned to polish them myself. It has been another 5 years. I wanted a salon open on Sunday. Ya know, Sunday Nail Day style!That being said, I expected a longer wait based on the time I visited Bella. Other customers spoke about their previous experiences and the SNS Powder Process. My technician, Kim was encouraging and explained the process. Kim informed me the powder strengthens natural nails and requires replacement each visit.Kim engaged in customer friendly dialogue. She even advised that in the future, I make an appointment to avoid the wait. My nails look great! I have no complaints.

Horrible. They dont take responsibility for the horrible job they do. My new set was not even a week and a half old and nails looked like they were 1 month old. Tip came right off and they said it was broken. It was not. The manager had the nerve to call over one of her clients to ask her to comment on my nails. Who does that!? I felt bad for the client. Just all around bad customer service and in the end didnt even repair it. Saying there guarantee was 3 days even after I explained I was away and just got back from my trip.

I came here because it’s close to my house and I just moved to the area. At first they were mediocre—bubbled nail polish, cuticles not smooth. For some reason I kept going. The final straw for me was when I had a fill and literally 4 days later my nail fell off! I’ve been getting my nails done for over 15 years and am not hard on my nails. A nail falling off is a no go for me! I went back and asked for a fill and fix and said that I was disappointed that it hadn’t been a week. The guy immediately got defensive and said “We do good work here.” Defensive much? I said “I’m not arguing that—but I never had a nail fall off and I want them to last.” He said he’d fix it and I also needed a fill. This time he took his time and I didn’t have any issue until the next fill. BUT at the next fill another person did my nails and another nail fell off (different finger) and polish was lumpy and disgusting! I was done. They need to take their time!
