I really liked the staff they were very nice and the salon was clean but unfortunately I am unhappy with my gel manicure. Two nails have chipped less than a week after getting them done

Went here based on reviews and was NOT disappointed. This place is awesome! Went in at about 12 was served right away. The most relaxing pedicure I’ve ever had! 10/10 definitely recommend!

This is hands down my favorite nail salon. Even though I moved 3 hours away, I still get my nails done here every time I am in town.

They are so nice and attentive. We chatted the whole time. They even helped me match up the colors.

I was visiting my sister from out of state and we wanted to get pedis! We had no idea where to go and this is where we were lead from a Google search! Experience was excellent! Sweetest ladies ever! They massaged with FRESH aloe people! Cmon! It was a great experience all around! They were friendly, clean, and took their time on each step! Massage was wonderful!100% recommend!

CK nails is the best! This has been my go to salon for the past 3 years now. Not only am I greeted upon arrival, everyone is so attentive, friendly & professional. Throughout all of the changes over this past year with Covid they have always made me feel safe & taken care of. Cleanliness & safety is their number one priority. They also have an incredible rewards program as well. Shoutout to Nancy who hands down gives the best pedicure, every single time! There are so many colors options to choose from as well!

We have gone here several times and they are clean, reasonably priced, and they consistently do a good job. They are also very polite and do a good job with the kids pedicures also.

Ive been going here for about 6 months and love it. My nails last 4 weeks and could be longer but they just grow out. No chips or lifting from the dip powder. Prices are awesome too. All the techs are so polite, professional and fun. Customer for life! Try them. You wont regret it!

I was so excited to try this place after reading the reviews and seeing photos but my experience here was awful. Im giving this a 2 star because the lady who did my french tip pedicure did an amazing job however the one who did my full set was awful. The shape was horrendous, uneven, too wide and lumpy. The more i expressed my frustration with the acrylic set, the more the lady told me it was fine. When in fact it wasnt. Not to mention the lady tried to charge me more when I expressed to her that it needed to be fixed.No reason the salon was empty from the time i walked in To the time i left, also the nails were very rushed but im not too sure why if the salon was empty.(also wanted to add that they are not taking any COVID precautions as far as washing my hands/sanitizing before service)I ended up leaving very upset and going to a nearby place, Ultra nail, to get my nails fixed.

After trying other local nail salons, I found CK Nails Spa to be the best. The Spa is lovely and very clean. Linda was a sweetheart and did an excellent job! I will definitely be back.

I’ve been to three nail shops in this area! Though a bit small, it’s efficient and they do not rush you. Their color selection is awesome and the service is a heck of a lot better than the other places around here. Second time back and was treated like a queen both times.

CK Nails provides good service. Linda has done my nails a few times and always does a great job! Plus the entire crew is friendly and welcoming.

First time visiting, wont be the last! Very clean and inexpensive. They did a great job on my acrylics and pedicure. I got the basic pedicure for only $22 and there was nothing basic about it. It included polish removal, cut down, cuticle oil and cut, scrub on feet and legs, lotion and massage and new polish. Ask for Linda she did awesome on my acrylics. Very thorough. Highly recommended CK Nails.

First time here, Very Nice! I love my nails and I brought my daughter with me so it was perfect. They also have a points and rewards system so Im looking forward to future saving on my great nails and toes.

My normal nail salon was too busy so I went here because I really needed a SNS manicure. My real nails are long and 2 of them had broken the day prior. I came in and instead of wrapping my nails in a cotton ball doused in an acetone solution with tin foil she had me soak my entire hand in acetone and scrape my nails on a piece of a paper towel. This process took 20-30 minutes just to remove the polish. Because two of my nails broke I needed to get tips on them and let me tell you, these tips are so crooked and uneven it’s embarrassing. The lady doing my nails seemed like she had no clue what she was doing and at least 4 times I had to instruct her the next step. My nails are bumpy and have an uneven topcoat, I will not be posting a picture of these anywhere like I normally do. Also, it was like 50 dollars for such an awful job where I can get a much better manicure for only 35. Also my thumb nail really hurts and I think it’s because of this manicure. I will not be coming back.

The service here is usually good, but my last visit the person doing my pedicure had to leave about a quarter of the way through, the lady that took over for him did so begrudgingly and then she left me to someone else who wasn’t quite sure what to do. The lady doing my manicure was not prepared and kept having which ever person doing my pedicure to stop what they were doing and go get her whatever it was she was needing. It was a very disappointing experience.

Been to this shop on many occasions and have never been let down. Always very accommodating for my (young) daughter as well. Love being offered wine or champagne while getting my period too.

I had Linda do my gel nails twice. She’s very good and fast. I’ve been to a lot of nail salons and this is my favorite.

I just visited with my daughters who are preteen/teenage, and we had a great experience. I had a deluxe pedi - very relaxing. The staff and atmosphere are extremely pleasant.

I have been coming here for pedicures since 2018, they did a great job and were previously 5 star - but they have slowly declined and my last several pedicures have been sloppy and disappointing and making me question why I keep going. At first I chalked it up to a bad day, but now I am seeing a pattern. I should not have to tell the tech to paint the ENTIRE nail all the way up to the cuticle - they always leave gaps making it look sloppy, like it is grown out or as though I didn’t even get a pedicure. Additionally, there is no consistency in the process anymore - sometimes they are skipping adding the antiseptic powder to the water, sometimes skip the top coat, one uses lotion but another uses oil on my legs sometimes I get a leg massage other times they just throw a hot towel on. It just seems as though they don’t bother training people and it is just luck of the draw. Just disappointing to see it go down hill.

After my nail salon sold out, I started going to CK Nails. I have been there 4 years and absolutely love the pleasant atmosphere. Linda is my personal nail tech and my nails always be on point.

I always get my nails done here. My sister and 2 cousins also tend to go here. It is a convenient location for us all to meet on Johnston Road in Ballantyne to get our nails done.The only downfall I have ever experienced is not enough staff. When they first opened they always had open spots for walkins and now they are slammed busy ALL THE TIME! Which is a great thing for them!! I just never make nail appointments because I normally go on a whim when I find the time or someone asks me to go withthem.But even if theyre slammed they always seem to get us in and out as quick as they can once they start working on you. I never spend more than 45 minutes in there (I get either full set or fill in with gel polish).The have an excellent option for nail colors- no matter what you need gel, dip powder, or regular polish.

My first time visiting. I found them to be a bit pricey and didnt feel my pedicure was as good as other shops Ive been to. FYI....Hot stones and French pedicures are extra. Dont think Ill go back.

Space was very lovely but my nails looked terrible after they were done. I have long natural nails and every nail was crooked and a different length. The gel polish wasnt smooth and the edges of my nails were very rough. Nail tech couldnt have cared less that I wasnt happy.

Wow this place is awesome they are not at same suite but it is in the same area, but everything there upgraded and chairs are very comfortable when your getting your pedicure done; but the pedicure n manicure deluxe is so relaxing you can choose from lavender, chocolate, and mango also they offer wine 🍷 so to the men that are looking to get a nice manicure and pedicure done I most definitely recommend this place

Where can you get a good mani pedi for 32$?! I travel 30 min to go here. Only complaint is that they keep the salon a little warm for my liking.

LouAnn is exceptional in every way. Manicures, pedicures, gels ... everything.

I was taken as a walk-in and serviced in a timely fashion for a pedicure.

My 9 year old got her nails painted. They did a very nice job, and it only cost $5. A mani/pedi is only $35, which seems to be about the going rate in the area.

This place is awesome for pedicures. I have been to a lot of nail salons but CK Nails is the best!!!!!!!

Literally the worst wax job Ive ever had. I walked in and asked if they had time to do an eyebrow wax and the lady takes me to the back waxes way above and below my actual eyebrows and then hands me a Mirror. No cleaning of the eyebrows, tweezing, or trimming of the eyebrows. I have never in my life received such a lazy wax job
