This used to be my favorite place to get my nails done. The place is beautiful. The technicians do an amazing job. However, the service… it lacks. They are always late. So if you have an appointment afterwards, forget it. Once I called to say I was going to be 5 min late and they told me they have a ten minute grace period. Needless to say, I rushed to get there on time. I was 4 min late and they were 25 minutes late. As if only their time mattered. On a previous visit, they were 15 min late. I was 5 min earlier. Had to wait a ton and they didn’t want to do tips as it would delay even more the next person. Okay I get it… but how is that my fault?! Not sure I’ll be going back. Also I had to prove I had made an appointment several times as sometimes I wasn’t showing in their system. Very annoying.

This salon is not at all as nice as the pictures make it look. Maybe when they first opened, but it didn’t feel that way inside. They advertise themselves as offering drinks. I had to ask for one. I asked for a French manicure acrylic nails and the lady gave me more of a mixed nail (no definite line.) I’m also not pleased because the cost is almost double other salons so I just expected much better service and atmosphere.

The entire staff is not only talented, but super nice and make my time there enjoyable. I’ve definitely found my forever salon here in clt.

First off my nail tech was not friendly at all. She didn’t seem to know how to use the electric file drill. She kept slipping off my nail cutting my fingers. The design i asked for was done very poorly. Lines not straight, everything done very sloppy. You couldn’t pay me to go back there.

I love getting my nails done here. The place is clean, the people that work here are very nice and have always given good service. I love coming to this nail salon.

Best pedicure experience Ive had in a long time. The salon staff was friendly and professional, and the salon was really nice, new, and clean. I was really impressed and will definitely be back any time my travels bring me to the area.

Overpriced, and prices advertised on their website are not accurate. Many other better more reasonable options in the area.

I got in to town early for a conference and decided to treat myself. Very convenient location from my hotel. Worked me in. Very friendly. addressed me by name. Very clean!! Very happy with the quality of service. I got the Jelly Pedicure. It was so worth it!!

Had an appointment booked and I got there literally 1 minute after their “grace period” because I was trying to find parking which no one ever told me about so I had to park in the Whole Foods lot and when I finally went in, the receptionist told me that the nail tech had a family emergency and left and because I was ONE MINUTE late past their grace period, they cancelled my appointment. There was apparently no one else to take me, there was no way to accommodate me, and the best they could do was offer me 20% off an appointment for the next day. Hun my nails look ATROCIOUS it’s a FRIDAY i’ve got places to be I’ve got gel polish on only one nail I cannot go out in public like this and why would I drive twice to a nail salon that is super unfriendly and unprofessional when there are like 10 down the street? Anyways, now I’m at Midtown Nails EVERYONE GO THERE THE LADIES ARE SO NICE AND THEY HAVE A WALK IN SERVICE!!!

You know when you are at a establishment and it’s time to close so your server/technician is rushing? That was not at all my experience. The guy who did my SNS and pedi took his time, was so nice, and I really enjoyed my time here. My SNS started around 6 and they close at 7, he was so amazing for being so patient with my last minute appointment. Definitely just got a repeat customer

I’ve been here three times for various nail services so far, and every time has been highly satisfactory! The ambience is also very nice inside the salon. It’s clean and bright with a couple TVs for your entertainment. They also always offer me a drink while I’m having a service done. Just a nice experience. Will be back again!

This is my favorite nail place in Charlotte! I always go see Anthony. They make getting your nails done something to look forward to. Everyone who works there is so friendly and welcoming. I love that we watch movies and shows during the appointment (they’ll let you pick them out). If you’re looking for a great nail place this is definitely the place to go!

Cachet is walking distance from my apartment so I was very excited for them to open because of the convenience. This is now my third time here and I have always received great service and quality nails that last much longer than any other place I’ve been too. I most recently had Anthony and he was awesome! This is definitely my new nail spot!

My grey + white ombré ended up looking like grey with French tips. The shaping is horrible, my nails are inconsistent lengths, and the technician left the hardened dip powder on the sides of my fingers and cuticles.What is worse is they allowed a technician who didn’t have experience do the service I requested.I spent 2.5 hours on a subpar nail removal and dip.Based on the quality and service, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Su is the very best!!! Love this place for a quality manicure. They also have Prosecco which is just a win all around.

They close at 8pm it says it on the door and the website, when I come at 7 and there is absolutely no one in the shop and you turn down service that’s crazy to me. I went shopping after and came back to see they shut the shop down and this was at 7:25. If you are going to broadcast your time not only online but on the front doors stick to that time. I will not recommend this place to any of my friend because who knows if you will be open or not. If I could give this place a 0 I would.

Just paid $40 for the worst manicure I’ve ever had. Not what you’d expect from a “luxury” nail salon. My nails are stuck to my fingertips. And the gel polish is lumpy. Never going back...
