Great experience. My feet were TORE UP after an extended stay in the hospital. Tom was very patient and sensitive to my needs. It’s clean and professional. They prefer appts so call ahead to be sure. Will definitely make this my main pedicure destination

Love this place. Everyone is so nice. They take their time and quality is good. My daughter had an issue with her acrylic nail and they spent over and hour trying to help fix and were so caring to make sure not to hurt her.

I called and they took me last minute for help fixing several nails that have begun to split. The woman explained the best option and was so kind and awesome!! Thank you!!

Today was my first time going here and I am very glad I went! The salon was beautiful and very clean, and the service was absolutely amazing. The staff is extremely kind and takes their time to make sure that they do a great job, all while being gentle. I got a mani/pedi and I am very pleased with the results! I will definitely be returning.

Great place. They took all precautions, wearing masks, gloves, temperature check. Best pedicure in a long time. Will definitely be going back.

One of the best, if not the best nail salon in south Charlotte! Is COVID-19 compliant and very clean and thorough with processes! They had plexiglass in between customer and tech and even had a separate bag for cleaned pens. Nails turned out amazing and perfect with beautiful SNS. Staff was very extremely kind and sweet and offered wine while we sat for a few minutes. Def returning soon!

This is my favorite Nail salon for pedicures and waxing. Thanh is the owner and he is wonderful. He does an excellent job of keeping my feet clean and my toes carefully cut. I love the foot massages as well.

Mimi does my pedicures here. She always does a great job, very professional and kind. Nice place and a great location. Tom and Daniel are very good too. Cant go wrong here....highly recommend them!

Very slow service and increased the amount from initial ask and quote. Sorry but language barrier isn’t an excuse for scamming up sells. Also weren’t gentle and caused actual pain dUring both mani and pedi. There are plenty of other salons that don’t rip off the customer.

Huge SNS selection! I have been going off and on for years and love the customer service and friendly staff! Sun, Tom and Mimi do an amazing job! I’m always seen quickly for my appointments and if I do walk in they try to fit me in or have me comeback if they are too busy!

This place is racist and discriminatory towards African Americans. DO NOT GO HERE. First instance I went in with my mother and there was a total of 3 customers and 6 workers. While we were waiting to get our toes done they had two people working on ONE person (I’m going to let the readers assume the race of that person they were working on) we waited, and waited, and waited, and no one sat us down no one told offered us any refreshments we just sat there. My mother decided that she did not want to spend her money at this facility and as soon as she walked outside that’s when all of a sudden everyone wanted to “help” us but she still did not use their services. Then today I walked in giving them another chance and noticed they seemed busy. I walked in a I was not greeted. I asked them how much for a Pedi and they told me but she n I sat down I proceeded to wait. And wait. And wait. For a total of 30 minutes while other people were sat, taken care of, and helped. I noticed another African American man sitting in one of the pedicure chairs and he was not being helped either so I knew it was not just me.This place has proven twice that they do not want my services and I highly suggest going to another nail salon.

I have never had such a great experience with Tom and Daniel. I was so relaxed and they were true professionals.

Very good experience. I was greeted kindly as I walked through the door & did not have to wait long. The workers here were very kind & started small talk throughout the service. Hands down one of the best spas Ive been to. Definitly returning!

This business just lost me as a customer. I have been going to this salon for at least 5 years. Today, the technician cut my nails way too short so my french gel manicure looks ridiculous. He also cut me at least 5 times while trimming my cuticles. There was only one coat of base and white used so this manicure will not last any time and it took an hour and half to do it. I didnt bother to stay for the hand and arm massage. The service and quality has gone down hill. I wont be back.

I posted a not-so-great review on this nail place before, but have since decided to give them another chance, this time it went well and I was really happy with the service, they did an amazing job and Ill be coming back :)

They told me what my total would be before I got my mani pedi. The price was high but usually they do my nails good. After I was finished they raised the price up another 10 dollars and the nails were horrible. I will not be coming back.

I wanted this place to be the place I could go to. I recently moved to the neighborhood and being a new mom of a toddler and an infant, getting your nails done is a TREAT.I went in on a Monday afternoon around 3 pm and there were no other clients.. Thats great I thought, they will be taking a little extra time.Well, I was wrong.. The lady that was doing my pedicure, was hooked to her Bluetooth and barely acknowledged me or listened to what I had to say.I asked for the upgraded pedi and mani that was supposed to offer the paraffin wax and hot stone massage. I did not get the paraffin treatment and the hot stone massage was a joke.I asked to even upgrade to gel nails for my mani. The tech messed up the color twice,,, all this time I am staying very collected considering that Im here to relax and after all everybody messes up sometimes.. right? After picking the right color, she noticed that that polish was almost finished and she kept adding acetone to dilute the polish because it was really thick.i asked her if that would compromise the durability of the gel and she assured me that it would not.After finishing my gel nails, and went home that night, i noticed that the gel polish was peeling off on some of the nails.I called the ladies the next day and they were courteous and said to come back and they would fix them. I did go a the following Monday(since is my only day off from work) and Nancy(the nail tech) redid my nails in a different color polish.I went home that night too.. and sure enough two if the nails peeled off.By this time I am very annoyed...and borderline aggravated that I paid premium price for extra service and quality and Did not receive neither. Not to mention the time that i had to take away from my family to have this fixed.This time Nancy was very dismissive to me and after saying something in Vietnamese and dismissing me with her hands, Susan( who was very very sweet) took over and fixed my nails and put an extra coat on the nails that were not pealed off. This was last Tuesday..This time the nails lasted a little longer. By Sunday the gel polish started to peel off my nails and by today(Wednesday) all of them have peeled off completely (you would think they were glue on nails).. GEL nails are supposed to last at least 2 weeks. the only thing I can think of is that they are using cheap polishes and charging a premium for it.I called and asked to talk to the owner and they kept saying she is not in..What sucks is that I do have $35 gift card to this place and I do not ever want to deal with them again.

Don’t go here. The service was horrible and my nails only lasted a week but if went somewhere else it would have lasted a month
