The first time I went to do a full set it was great everything went smoothly . I go next 2 weeks to get a fill in experience was horrible !! I asked for something from a picture and received something totally different not even the same colors !! They would not give me my money back so I had to get a new color, 2 days later my whole pinky nail is chipped and paint removed ( GEL NAIL POLISH ) I will not be going here again I am highly upset .

Very very disrespectful owner. I am so glad I did not waste my time and money there after he wad disrespectful and rude. I went to get my nails done at Lee Soa nails on the plaza where I had been goingI for years but since this nail place was closer to my home, I decide to give them a try. I do like the women that work in there but because of the owner, I will not spend my money there. He does a horrible job with all services. Ban this place asap. Im a really nice personand this is my first bad reviewhave ever done on any business.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the absolute worst service I’ve ever had. This place shouldn’t even be in business. This is the work of the OWNER. He has a very NASTY attitude and is super unprofessional. He made my nails look worse then it did before I came in and it had been 3 weeks. My nails look like a child did them, the surface is bumpy, and the polish job looks horrible. I see why this place has UNDER 4 stars. The owner refused to fix my nails and tried to only give me $10 back, claiming my nails looked “good”. He gave me $20 after I refused to leave, and I’m still angry I even paid $10-$15. This is only day 2 of me having them done.

This place literally made the last few months a painful nightmare!! I went for a normal fill in routine and left out with a developing infection! Long story short, the male owner did my fill in. He was really aggressive with my nails here and there with all of the filing but at the time of service I didnt think too much of it since I hadnt been getting them done like that due to the pandemic. When I paid and left I did notice some soreness on my right hand, but thought it was because of just the tenderness of the filing he did on my nails. After about a day, I woke up with extreme soreness in my pointing finger and middle finger on my right hand. I took a Tylenol, then most of the pain lifted but still mild soreness. The following day was the start of torture. My pointing finger on my right hand started turning like a bluish purplish color as if the circulation was cut; which made it feel like my whole right hand was suffocating. I had extreme pain that even kept me up at night. I had to get rushed to the urgent care which the doctor told me I developed a severe nail infection which was caused by either dirty nail equipment or from the aggressive nail filing the owner was doing. At first they thought I had to get rushed to emergency room for emergency surgery due to the infection poison moving to my bloodstream; but instead I ended up having to get one of the strongest antibiotics. The meds cost me $28! I had to take 3 pills two times a day for 10 days! Now the fingernail is completely coming off the entire nail-bed. My nail may even be permanently damaged! I will never ever go back to this place!! Im reporting them to BBB Better Business Bureau and looking into suing them!! Do not risk your health going to this place!! Google isnt letting my 2 attached pictures of my finger be seen public.

I been coming here since I was 12 years old and I have never been talked to so bad in my life ! By the short man in the front I guess he the owner but all I was telling him was my polish wasn’t powder he told argued with me that it was and like I told him I watch Nancy do it she used gel polish and a wiggled swirls on it, he told me go back to Nancy when all I tried to tell him was to try and use the nail polish remover smh . I won’t come back here he needs manners

Great service!! the lady in the picture wearing the black shirt did my nails. I got a simple manicure, and it was really pretty. it’s been about 3 weeks now and my polish is still in good condition. the only thing I would say isn’t the best is how she treated me. she had a very slight attitude and instead of telling me to put my hand in the dryer, she would shoo me with her hand. other than that, this was a great spot and I recommend it. very clean and organized. ❤️

Because it was a holiday they were tired and my nails are proof. I will never go back

Horrible customer service and scheduling appointments!! Its always a rush when theyre doing your nails. I made an appointment a day ahead one occasion went for my scheduled appointment ON TIME and was told to come back in an hour or so. Second time called again to make an appointment told me to come in at 6 I get there at 5:55 and was told I was too early and to come back in 30 mins. I will never step back in this place again. Its always something and been going here for almost 5 years.

This place has the worst customer service ever! The owner is very aggressive and rude!!! He has no respect for women and should not be in the profession that provides service to women. As much as they charge for service the least they can do is to be kind and give you exactly what your paying for. Was very grateful to previous reviewer warning about the mans shoddy work. Apparently, Im not the only patron that got her memo. People were requesting a female when they found out he was trying to do their nails, but the girl I had did not understand anything I said to her. I experienced the fastest and cheapest pedicure of my life here. We get what we pay for sometimes. The nail polish bottles appear to have been sitting around for forever. I did appreciate that they had the OPI brand available.

The Owner as he called himself was VERY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL!! My card is on my phn as the world evolves. I guess someone got ova on him with it and he took hid frustrations from that situation out on me. Crazy to me cuz it was my 1st time EVER stepping foot into his shop. Everybody isnt the same!!! He was disrespectful, rude, and loud eith me which made ppl in da shop look@ne crazy. UNACCEPTABLE if u call yourself a buisness owner of that shop!! I tried 2 speak 2 him respectfully & at a neutral tone but he was very rude & dismissive. I dnt recommend this nail shop 2 ANYONE!! Low-key hurt my feelings!!

Terrible. Theres pieces of acrylic stuck under the nails. Some nails are very bulky while others look decent. Theres a few that are lopsided. The polish job wasnt the best but it wasnt terrible either. All in all, Im very disappointed.

As I say waiting for 45 mins for pedicure, two chairs finally opendo up.. then two white women walk in they asked them what they wanted right away and sat them down. I ask the two ladies if they had an appointment, they said no this is out first timw here. So I express my concern about my 45 minute wait, she said sorry didnt know u can get next chair... Um no u make one of them get up.. after she looked at me crazy I walked out and took my money to a black business. These people tolerate us, but dont genuinely care for our business ..
