I needed an oil change and tire pressure sensor changed, and the guys explained what needed to be done, and hat will need to be done in the future, clearly to me. They were kind, and not condescending; as a woman, male mechanics can sometimes be condescending. Angelo’s Firestone is my new mechanic.

Be careful taking your car here... Visited back in June 2020 for an Alignment. Next day ABS light and Traction Control light comes on and I bring it back. Mechanic looks at it, swaps my front tires to the other sides and tells me its my wheel speed sensor. (He wasnt kidding, It sure was!) He then told me the wheel speed sensor is integrated into the wheel hub assembly (it is not, and was easy to swap out) and i have to buy a wheel hub assembly. Quotes me $400-500 for a lifetime warranty part. I tell them no and leave. Finally got around to doing the job myself to save money, and I ended up returning the wheel hub assembly I bought based on their advice. After I took the wheel off and found my wheel speed sensor severed cleanly right above the rotor it was clear i did not need a wheel hub assembly.(see attached photos) It doesnt take a rocket scientist to see this clear as day, the cut looks intentional. It is a very clean cut. And the mechanic would have easily seen this cut with the wheel off while he was inspecting it and swapping the wheels. I mean thats the first thing I saw and I am just a DYI homeowner. I hate to write a bad review but this is scary. I will never be back to this shop. They have lost my business permanently. And I would advise you to think twice before you bring your car here. I have no idea how they have such high reviews. The only thing i can think of is they are just taking advantage of people who dont know any better. Its too bad because the service was good and they were friendly, but this is not the way to do business... Definitely not an honest mechanic shop. Beware!!!

I recently purchased a car and began to notice a strange sound. I did not have a good experience with my local dealership and asked around for suggestions. I was surprised to have been referred to Firestone since I always thought they were just for tires. Boy, was I wrong. I went to Angelos and my experience was beyond words! They were able to get me in right away! Mike and David were very helpful in quickly diagnosing the as well friendly when letting me know I had a pretty bad oil leak. The cost was lower than expected as well. I would highly recommend this location!

My husbands fuel pump went out right in front of this shop. One of the employees seemed to be super nice and helped him out with a tow to this shop. They wanted $1,500 for a $750 job. No. Just no. Will NEVER return and I DO NOT recommend anyone else do either.

I cannot thank Angelo and his team at Firestone enough for getting my tires mounted last night. It was one of those Fridays that seemed like the whole world was out to get me. I was running late and even went to wrong location however Angelo said don’t worry get here when you can. When I arrived he was out there working with his workers to mount and balance the tires in a quick manner, but even though they were quick they treated my rims with great care. I’ll definitely be coming back and send anyone else I know his way!

Got an oil change...was in and out in no time. My car floors were dirty but they put a floor protector down anyway. I thought that was very nice.

Great prices. I went to multiple places around town for a wheel alignment. Certain places said they wouldnt be able to have an appointment for 3-4 days. I understand enough of the process and requirements for an alignment to be done so Im not bashing any local businesses. Everyone at Angelos Firestone is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Theyre friendly and make sure they explain everything and answer all questions. Theyre also trustworthy and make sure they are only fixing whats needed - I brought my vehicle in after going somewhere else that tried to tell me I needed things done that werent necessary. Quick, honest efficient work at competitive prices.

I went into Angelos because my car showed one of my tires had low pressure. I had bought the tire a couple of years ago from Angelos. Because of that and because the leak was due to a bad valve and not to a leak in the tire, Angelos repaired the tire for free and also checked my fluids and battery for the winter also without charge. Being a regular customer here sure has advantages. They take great care of my car every time.

Angelos Firestone has been working on my company vehicles since 2002. I go out of my way to take my fleet vehicle there. Because of the family atmosphere and the great service experience his shop is the only one I allow to service my fleet vehicle, my pickup truck and my wifes car. I cant say enough good about Angelo and his staff. I take my vehicles to Angelo because I trust him. You too will not be disappointed by the greatest man in the business. Im a carpenter and have a decent amount of tools in my car. So after geting my new tires installed, I put my tools in my car and had it aligned again for the fact that the camber would not be correct with the added weight in my car I drive with daily. Well the alignment I got from them was definitely not correct the insides of my tires wore verry quick and the outsides look new still. Firestone will not deal with the mater at all. i was told that it was my problem to deal with. If you aligned the tires correctly then I wouldnt have this problem any buisness that does not stand next to there work, I will not deal with. As a person who does his own small business I stand by my work. This is crazy to hear will never be going back and i will make sure to anyone that needs tires and a alignment i will make sure to tell them that this business does not stand next to there work and what happen to me. Angelo and his team took great care of me and my vehicle. I got in at abt 8am on a Saturday for an alignment new tires and some front end work. They brought me right in and had an estimate for me in less then 30 min. They tried to tell me I needed brakes without even taking my back tires off but after we got them off and looked at it together we where able to see they where definitely recommended. Angelo worked with me to get me a great estimate and had it all done on the same day. Car drives great and will definitely bring my business back here.

So I take my car here to get new wiper blades put on now all of a sudden I need a WHOLE NEW WINDSHIELD!!! The staff came up with every excuse they could think of as to how they were not responsible for the crack. First it was you had that crack when you got here (bullshi*t), then when they checked the camera and Im sure they saw that it was no crack the new excuse was the outside temperature was cold and the garage was warm so that could have caused the crack then it was oh you took the blade off before you got here so the metal touched the glass thats what caused the crack. Bottom line I did NOT have a crack in my windshield until after I gave them my keys. Im so PISSED. Then the real smack in the face is that I called corporate and they tell me that this location is independently owned and not affiliated with Firestone Complete Auto Care so I cant even file a claim. So basically I paid for them to screw me over. The one nice thing I can say is that the guy at the front counter Tom was super nice. Its really disappointing that they wouldnt take responsibility for something that CLEARLY wasnt my fault. Oh well thank God for Liberty Mutual, but shame on you Angelos Firestone....

2 days my car battery was dead and i called Angelos Firestone to see if I can have it towed there and the owner Angelo said that he could stop by with a jumper box on his way home. so i waited and he showed up 20 minutes later and was able to jump my truck for me so i could get to work on time!!! then the next day i stop in to get a new battery and got the best deal in town on the battery!!! Im very pleased with this shop and owner for the service and for going the extra mile for new customer!!! will be doing more business with him....

Excellent tire repair service, done with professional and care. I got a nail in tire fixed (patch) for my Audi Q5 and its only cost me $23 bucks. I dont know why my local neighborhood tire shop back at Chicago(That is where I live) cost me $60 bucks for the same services.Angelos Firestone is the tire shop that I recommended and will go to every time when I got a nail in tire or to purchase new tires.

Used Angelos Firestone for the 1st time today. I let my breaks get REALLY bad. So glad we gave this place a try! Not only did they get us in & out on a Saturday, their customer service was awesome! After inspecting my van, Angelo called and told me what I needed to do vs. what I could get away with putting off if I wanted too (saving me $300.00). Super honest and not pushy. We will defintly be back!

Drove up here from Virginia Beach, VA and I had a problem with my 2001 Chevy Tahoe. Everything was explained to me very detailed what all had to be done. Angelo has a very knowable staff and quick to get you in and out once your parts get delivered. They will bend over backwards to make sure you are a customer for life!

Its not a place to go. I went there for an oil change. Was informed that my rear break pads and rotors needed to be replaced immediately or I could face additional costs. I was taken aback as I had got my oil changed and tyres rotated by them a month back and no one had said anything about my rear breaks. Not wanting to take a risk I got the work done by them. They charged me 319 dollars less 20 dollars for a forty dollars coupon I downloaded from the Firestone website. Stay away.

Went in for an oil leak, after over 400 dollars later the car was still leaking. I returned several times to notify Angelo the owner about the continued leak he kept saying that if the leak continues he would have the work done all over again but the last time I took it he looked at it and acted like he didnt remember who I was so at that point I just gave up and had to accept that they just didnt know what they were doing. So from my experience with this particular Firestone I would never recommend this place to anyone if I could give zero stars I would.

My brakes blew out on Saturday. I called Angelos. They towed my car, fixed it extremely fast, and still gave me a really great deal. Did I meantion they did this on a Saturday!!! Cant say thank you enough!

Dont waste your time! They overcharge you tremendously and take too long despite what they quote you (a tire rotation should not take 2 hours). They dont seem to care about the repercussions their actions have for their customers. They dont assume responsibility for anything they clearly did incorrectly. Instead, they like to blame their customers for things that they (Firestone) mess up when they are supposed to be fixing your car. Plus they even have the nerve to charge you for the things that need maintenance after they were the ones to damage it in the first place. I will never go here again.

Thought i’de share my experience at Angelo’s firestone what brought me in was for a new set of tires... well right off the bat I was greated where I felt like family which to me is everything by the owner himself Angelo, as we went over tires he explained to me very thoroughly which other places are very short with me maybe because I’m a woman but still, it made me feel very comfortable on what I was buying so with after finding the best ones for what I need they had my vehicle in and out faster then any other place I’ve gotten tires from again want to give a big thanks to Angelo’s Firestone and Angelo himself for such great service!

Went to Angelos to get my heat fixed and said to find the problem would be $45 and then extra from there on. to my surprise it was not a $45 fee but $90 an hour. and then guess what I do have heat but only on low thanks a lot Angelo for your great work after I paid you $400.

...So I went there and explained them everything how I got the problem on my car and where they will find it and they said theyll have to charge me $85 for diagnostic.In few hours they call me telling me the timing chain skiped a tooth (total nonsense for the situation) and quote me on $900labor +parts so I decide they clearly dont know what they are doing so I told them its not worth repairing and asked for the receipt.Those $85 diagnostic turned into $170 and that makes me wonder what would happen with those $900 labor if I didnt know anything about mechanics and left the car with them.The problem was fixed by another shop for $150 labor no parts and no additional diagnostics cost.Unless you need an oil change or you won the lottery PLEASE dont let this guys rip you off.P.S. I wait on Google to approve the photo with theirs and the other shop bill to prove my story, make sure you check the photos

Took my nice aluminum wheels and tires to get dismounted so I could have the wheels powder coated but the staff at Angelos Firestone dismounted the tires from the front and scratched the hell out of my aluminum wheels, I didnt make a big fuss because I was getting free powder coating and I was in a hurry, I should have know of the quality of work at that place when I saw the place empty and all the techs just sitting around, of course I wont be back there to mount my nice powder coated wheels, and if you have nice wheels on your car stay away from there.

I have been going to Angelos for years. They always treat me right and they are always honest about the repairs. I know if something needs to be fixed Angelo will tell me or if the repair cost is too expensive he has told me not to bother it is not necessary and really doesnt need to be fixed. Ive brought multiple cars here, along with other family members cars but after yesterday and the unprofessional experiences Ive been dealing with, i will NEVER take my car back here. Edit 7.2.16 broughy the car in, found out the wheel is bent causing the vibration issue.Got my rear tires mounted here. First of all it took them 2 hours when they werent busy and took my car in right away. Remember its just 2 tires. After i left the place they called me a few hours later stating i need to bring the car in because they forgot to torque down the bolts on my wheels. After stating that i left it across the street, they went to work on my car, without my knowledge. I was fine with it, untill i got to drive the car and once i got it up to 35mph I found out it has a vibration that was giving me a back massage. And no, this wasnt my mercedes massaging seat function either. So now with having only 2 off days at home, since im a long distance truck driver, i have to go back to this place and waste more time. The reason i went here is for professional service that was NOT provided. After telling this story to a friend, he told me he had only bad experiences here with service as well, which included an alignment that made his steering wheel point to the right, and he requested a tire patch which cost him $25. Only after did he found out they just installed a plug in it, and not an actuall patch.

To have all of this done it should have taken only about 3 hours (this is what they told my when I scheduled).They quoted me: 319.99 Front Brakes with Rotors Installed+Tax319.99 Rear Brakes with Rotors Installed+Tax157.99 Rear Sway Bar Links Installed+Tax89.00 4 Wheel AlignmentI dropped my car off at 9AM and they didnt get done until 630PM (9.5 hours later all this time I waited at a nearby Library) even after I picked it up I had to go back because they separated a wire to my ABS Speed Sensor and my car was not accelerating or shifting correctly/Check Engine Light On. I had to call off work because of how long they took (my shifts are 14 hours so I lost a lot of money). They said that they could not get the rotors off and ended up ruining the bearing on my front passenger side (which they made me pay for the new $351.95 kit and charged me $225 Labor). I dont understand why I was charged Labor on the bearing when there was little work to get to it, they already had everything off for the intended job and it was their fault to begin with. They likely just let the default labor charges be applied so they could have a way of recuperating their lost time. Im not really sure what else they messed up yet, they said they put a torch to the rotors to expand the metal (common) and hit it with a sledgehammer (not so common). Im sure them hitting it repeatedly is not good for the steering and suspension systems. By the time it was all said and done they charged me 1,820.78.Rear Brakes/Rotors 329.99 ($10 more than quoted)Front Brakes/Rotors 329.99 ($10 more than quoted)Rear Sway Bar Links 157.50Wheel Alignment 89.00Front Right Hub Bearing 576.95Front Calipers 222.00Parts 1,172.94Labor 531.50Hazmat 7.50Supplies 15.00Tax 93.84Total 1820.78I had Firestone coupons that I received in the mail but they said that they did not apply to my situation. I remember 10 years ago when Firestone had countless Tire blowouts and so many people died, I even witnessed results of accidents first hand working in an E.R. I should have never taken a chance with their products or services.Angelo even had the nerve to tell me you should be happy because you have all this new stuff on your car now. I had my tires done there and receive free tire rotations every 6000 miles but I will never be going there again not even for that. That morning I had dropped my dog off for a $4,459.37 TPLO knee surgery at 8AM so with their charges for my car and my having to call off work because of their inabilities really took a lot from me. Dont make the mistake of giving them a chance to take advantage of you.Thank you for reading
