Hands down the best nail salon I’ve been to! When I first moved I was hesitant about trying a new salon. They’re down the street from where I live so I decided to try them out haven’t been elsewhere in the last 2 years! Ryan and Tracy ALWAYS execute what I ask for! It’s best to make an appointment but they will try their best to fit you in if you walk in!

I went here and i was really excited to try but when i was done i was not as pleased as i hoped. the nails from the top look great but i was not satisfied with the very uneven nails

I love this nail shop!! I’ve been coming here for almost a year now. All the techs seem to be pretty good. So far the work I’ve had done is perfect!! They ask questions to see what you want and give suggestions if you aren’t sure. If you have an issue with your service, just let them know. They’ll talk it out with you. You should try it just one time and you will be hooked. Make an appointment though, ‘cause they stay busy!! 😊

This was my first time going to TH Nail Spa and I’ll definitely be back! Ryan did a great job! I made an appointment and didn’t have to wait long at all before he began on my nails. He was professional, pleasant and understood exactly what I wanted. He even accented a few of my nails free of charge because he thought it would look good. I’ve found my new nail salon!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVEEE THIS PLACE. I just moved to this side of town so I needed a good nail tech and that’s exactly what I got. Showed him a picture of what I wanted and got exactly that. Going on to three weeks and nails still look like I just got them. Y’all will not be disappointed

Was my 1st time here. Made an appt for 2 people and was taken to the back within 5 minutes. Entrusted them to for a mani and pedi for my wedding this weekend and they didnt disappoint. I would definitely go back, worth all the $. I forgot the young ladys name (something like Julie) did an awesome job.

I am very pleased with the speed, the service and the quality of my nails. I’m new to the area and tried two other salons but I found my new spot and will definitely be returning. I’m pretty picky and I honestly can’t find one thing wrong with my nails, I am very impressed.

I’ve been going to TH Nails for years. They are always nice, professional, and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this business. Just a pedicure today, but had gel, acrylic, SNS through the years and all of their staff is excellent.

Let me go ahead and say this is the best nail salon I been going to for over 2yrs in today was the day I had a very bad experience Tracy had started doin my nails and then stop and told me she had appointment she couldn’t finish and asked another lady to do it which was not right one bit….. I said ok it’s cool I going to wait…. I sit down i hear her in her client saying oh she mad. Oh well I have to do u first… u was my appointment. Okk to make along story short don’t start on nobody nails and don’t finish… do better….

I just moved back to the area and Ive been trying to find a good nail salon, after going to a few other places and getting bad service and horrible looking nails I decided to give these guys a try today. Ryan was the who worked on my nails I told him my fears of the past experiences I had and he was very patient and kind to me and took the time to listen an he did a wonderful job. I am now a client for life thank you so much for the beautiful work.

Pretty laid back and welcoming staff. They couldnt give me what I wanted so i wasnt to keen on paying $90 for something I wasnt happy with. The actual manicure could have been better (see my cuticles) An ok job for something basic. I put my own stones on. Ill give the place another shot though based on the intimate and relaxing atmosphere.

They never let me down! I completely trust them with my real nails. And the price is reasonable as well

Omg I am so happy I want to cry. I highly recommend this nail salon to any and everyone. The employees make an effort to remember their clients and more of an effort for nail perfection even for new comers. I had a horrible day and my nails were ruined by another salon earlier in the day and they saved my nail life. I came right in and they asked what they could do and did it to the max. All I did was say what I wanted and showed one pic and I got exactly what I asked for. The man who did my nails was Logan and I love his work. He took his time and made sure o was happy each step of the way. Thank you so much omg Im in love with my nails.

They were a little busy.. It was a Sunday, one of the only nail shops that were open.. So the wait was long but the service was fantastic and my daughter and my nails looked Amazing.. So it was worth the wait👍👍

I dont get my nails done often but I wanted to get something fun and sparkly. Phuong/Blung? (not sure on her name) was patient and listened to what I wanted. Im happy with how they came out and I think the price was reasonable with having 3 different SNS colors, jewels, and a glitter design.

I normally don’t give 5 star reviews but I HIGHLY recommend this place. The staff was very welcoming. My nail tech was Ryan and he did an amazing job with my nails. I wasn’t into the original nail color I chose but Ryan recommended one for me and I absolutely love it. He also helped picked a nail color for my friend as well and she loved it. I would definitely come back again.

I really like this place, I like the service.

I love this nail salon. I have gone to several over the many years of living in the Mt Island area. It is clean and they use a disposable liner on the foot tub so no fear of picking up a foot fungus. It is also quiet and relaxing. There is not a lot of useless chatter.

The owner Ryan is always nice and all the staff there make you feel welcome. Ive been going to this nail salon for years and Im never disappointed with the level of service that I get. My nail tech Tracy always knows exactly what I want without having to tell her.

I love this nail salon. Everyone is polite and professional. They listen to what you want to do and not tell you what you are going to get. They take pride in their work and will correct any mistake that happens (ie broken nail, dont like the color). I have been go here for 1 1/2 years after another nail salon screwed up and didnt care. Went in for a polish change and clean up a messy fill-in Id gotten done at another salon a few days ago. Im beyond satisfied! Customer service was excellent, nice environment (clean and organized), neat work! Even other customers were really polite. Definitely my new go-to nail salon! My nails are so beautiful! The sweet girl who did my nails talked me into doing the dip powder. when she told me that it doesnt chip and it doesnt feel like the gel polish I was sold. It is a lengthy process, but I could not be more happy.

Love coming here to get my pedicure and nails done. I only see Ryan for my nails. I usually see Ana for my pedicure. Very welcoming and they do such a good job. Good quality work.

Nice nail techs but this nail salon is extremely over priced. I paid $35 for a face wax where it’s $20 at other places and I also paid $55 for some type of powder nails that popped off after two weeks. I was completely satisfied with the gel nails I had before but he was insistent that the powder nails were superior. WRONG. Before the powder nails broke off they ripped half way through two of my nails. Every time I bumped those nails I was in pain. I’ve never had nails do that. I went to a cheaper nail salon and opted for a regular $25 full set and once my two torn nails grow out I’m going back to my ole faithful gel manicure. I’m not paying $55 for nails ever again. TH nails is a bit too expensive for my taste. I’ll pass.

The best nail salon I have been too! I have been to a dozen nail salons throughout Charlotte and have never been completely satisfied! I highly recommend them, I will advise they are SLAMMMMMED on the weekends but during the week it’s usually perfect. Tracey is incredible and she listens to exactly what you want!

I went today as usual every 2 weeks. I did have an incident before with the owner he always sit at the front register. I got there a Friday morning the technician who always do my nails, Logan was busy he informed that he will take 30 minutes in the mean time I needed a pedicure. The owner asked me to pass with a other technician. I asked who because in a previous time the techncian did a disaster pedicure and I do not want her again so he didnt even wait for my answer and he pass to someone else so I left. Today I went to do my pedicure and fill in when I just enter he attack me saying that I was late so I said if Im late for my appointment I can wait. I did explain him Im late because I was working so if my technicians was busy so I will wait for little bit. He start raising his voice and they werent even busy only one client there anyway,he start argument with me screaming so rude and nasty I been see him been rude with another lady not only that but someone else also told me he was very rude and like to argument with ladies. So today I was not surprised and the worse thing is his employees ladys were laughing and start talking in their language . He mention he was the owner and he not feel sorry for what been saying I told him he need to calm done because he cant scream a client especially be disrespectful Im not his daughter or wife . He didnt even care and still argue like a lady. I did spent a lot money there doing my nails for about 5 months but I will never never go back to this place if anyone want to go there ask for Logan he is very respectful guy and do a excellent job. sad but is not the only place for nails. This guy seriously need to take a class for manner and educate himself how to be a better customer service. The clients always desert respect.

T H Nail has always been clean and friendly on my visits there. The owner is cool and does a very good job on my gel nails. Theres also a young lady that works there with really long black hair (if she hasnt cut it) that does an awesome pedicure.

I think they do a great job, but they don’t listen to what you want! they do what they want to do.the owner can be very arrogant at times. I’m not happy with the pedicures at all.I only go here because it’s to far to travel to my original technician since I moved to this side of town.

I will be honest they do ok work however they are mad expensive charge different prices every time we go and there is no menu/ pricing sheet to gadge anything. They are rude and seem not to appreciate your business. Very rude and always talking and laughing.

I went for spa pedicure, gel polished manicure I showed her the color I wanted for the gel the nail tech went to the nail polish selections and grabbed what she claimed was the matching polish for my pedicure . Well she did them both went to the store as I was walking around I looked down and noticed I had been jacked up the colors werent matching and she did a terrible job polishing then so I went back and questioned her to see if she would fix it . The guys in there said they dont always match perfect I said I understand but its not even close . One of the other techs agreed they started talking their language and told me sorry maybe next time . Instead of fixing the problem. I paid these people $100 and I tipped that clown ! Never again

Very nice people. Little chatty at times but funny.

One of the workers got offended when I politely and quietly ask her to wash her hands. (After I watched her sniff her snot across the whole palm of her hand). She then refused to service me and got one of the other employees to come talk to her in the back. She came out and went and started on someone elses feet without saying a word to me. Wow, was I wrong for asking her to wash her hands? I do not believe so. I should not have had to ask. She should have washed them on her own and not be offended.

My favorite nail shop! They always do a phenomenal job on my nails. I have been coming here for a very long time and stopped for a while since I moved. Of course the layout has changed in the shop since I left, but the service is still awesome. 2 thumps up:)

When I was getting my nails done I had told one of the men working there to make my nails ombré. He replied with “oh you want them ombré! Okay!” As he’s finishing up the shape he asked me to pick a color and I picked it telling him that I wanted it ombré(again). He then tells me it is too late to do it because he had already done something else to my nails. He claims that I never told him I wanted it ombré from the beginning. This man was very distracted and hurt me quite a few times. I got over the ombré and told him I wanted one nail a different color he goes on and is about to paint them all the same color, I catch that and correct it on time. Then later on he puts the wrong top coat on, I wasn’t paying attention this time so he did all of them with a shiny coat, he tells someone else to fix it for him and goes on to his next client. VERY overpriced for something that turned out very simple and was not even what I wanted.

3 broke nails in a week and my 2nd time at the shop. Still want to charge me. They WIll NOT DO MY NAILS, NOR MY BRIDAL PARTY OF 21 PPL. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

They did a good job on my nails. They are very expensive though. I went her trying to find a nail shop closer to home because I usually go to Dynasty on Central Ave. I think I will keep driving across town. TN definitely is over priced, and they dont have a price list up so that you know ahead of time how over priced they are.
