I love this place! They always do such an amazing job. Im pretty rough with my nails but I had them on for a whole month before one pooped off! They of course did a beautiful job when I went back for my fill! The cat eye is especially gorgeous! Its ridiculous that they are being forced to move!!!

Went in for a gel polish change on my nails and a pedicure. The good news is that I was able to be serviced immediately upon arrival but unfortunately the tech took over 2 hours to complete! Very unpleasant service and tacky work. I even had to ask for the polish to be wiped neatly around the outside of my nail bed and this is what I got. Worse experience yet!

It was my first time here because I travel a lot . All of them were SUPER nice!!!She took forever to do my nails but she did an OUTSTANDING JOB. She was really detail oriented and careful.

I will never come back to this place! They rushed the process of my nails and cut around my nails twice, I told her to stop and ignored the fact I was in pain and they left a lot gel on my fingers even most of all they didn’t shape it right . When you go to places like this you expect to be relaxed, but instead to in pain with my fingers. This was such a bad experience don’t come here if you don’t want to lose a finger !

The ladies were very nice and treated me with respect. I was the only man in the salon and got weird stares, which made me a little uncomfortable, but overall it was a great experience.

Wonderful place! Very friendly, very helpful and professional. I had only one hour of my time away from kids so got the full set of nails and the pedicure done in the same time. Very happy with the result! Will definitely be back!

The lady was ruff with my nails and seemed to care very little about it. She painted them well but this is the second time I went to this salon and got gel on my regular nails. It always turn colors. (See picture) This salon is using something they should not on nails because I only have this problem with this salon. I thought the first time might have been the color I chose but it happens again months layer after giving it a secong chance. I have not used chemical or any other harsh substances on my hands. I do not recommend getting gel nails here. I think it may be the top coat. It looks different from all other salons I go to.

My experience here was unacceptable...they tried to charge me 45 for a fillin but charged my friend 45 for a fullset and let her get different colors...their work is not that good for prices they charge then on top of that they dont got by their price list which is false advertising

I went to this place one time because I was in a rush and was literally just passing by. Service was quick and done well. I have brittle nails so after a week 3 of my nails had chipped (of my own doing not due to the quality of their work). I went back in and explained, the male in fact dropped what he was doing and fixed my poor three nails and then charged me practically nothing! This has become my new nail salon based on their quality and professionalism

They are really sweet in regard to customer service, but I must admit they rush your service and dont do as good a job with painting. I had to ask the lady to clean my nails up quite a bit and my nails weren’t at all soaked before my manicure. When i did ask if she soaked the nails, she brought a bowl of cold water over and let me (literally) DIP them before continuing lol. If you just need something done ASAP and they’re the only ones open in the area (with COVID going on) they’ll do if you just have the money to blow, but you won’t be wowed. This is a story we ALL know too well. If you care to, you can find better.

Before coming to this Salon I had one Nail Tech for 15 years. After a referral from a friend I tried Happy Nails. Nina greeted me as soon as I walked in and was eager to assist. After my first visit I knew I was changing my nail tech and I haven’t been back to old tech in almost a year!! Happy Nails is efficient and great at managing your time. I have made a permanent switch!!!! Nina does more than just a good job, she is honest and willing to help you try new colors, designs or nail styles. For a person like me who is hard on her hands and always chipping her toes lol, the polish and styles last. The entire staff is amazing!!! Honestly, I can say you are in great hands no matter you does your fingers or toes!!! So stop reading and go treat yourself.....

I got my nails done June 22nd and they are already popping off. It was my first time visiting and the guy who did my nails seemed like he already had an attitude and didn’t really want to do my nails. I didn’t like the end product but I dealt with it bc it wasn’t that bad just not what I wanted, And now their popping off!!!!!

The staff, which are 4 sisters, are so sweet and friendly. My pedicure was wonderful and just $25. After 2 weeks in Italy at the beach, where I was climbing and jumping off rocks, it is still perfect! I will definitely be going here from now on. They told me that gels are also $25

Customer service was horrible. Overpriced for the services provided. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure. It has been four days and my gel polish is peeling. It looked horrible the day i left the shop. However i did not have time to argue to get them done correct. do not recommend and will never go back.

They over charged me for my nails . They tried to charge me $90 for a full set with white and pink and the menu says $60 . And take off nail she said was $5 . I refused to pay the $90 so they called the police and said I refused to pay . I do not suggest this place to anyone . Go elsewhere

Im coming from a lime of bad experiences of nail salons and I am very pleased with my current experience. when I win then I had a vision of what I wanted on my nails and the technician did exactly what I asked for and more! she was very kind and ask me what I wanted. She made polite conversation and did ana amazing job with my full set! I had a lot of design in my nail art and the price was perfect! It was clean and very sanitary. The technician knew exactly what she was doing and how she was doing it she did not need any assistance from the other woman who is there. it seems that Ive found a new favorite salon !!

I was visiting Charlotte & referred by a friend. Called at 11am to schedule a fill & pedicure. They said come at noon. I arrived 5 mins early waiting 30 mins. was seated in the pedicure chair. I was soaking my feet 30 mins with no service. I left with no apology or offered discount. Completely rude, unprofessional, & inconsiderate. They could have easily asked me to come back later I would have gladly came back after I ate. Another lady was waiting 2hrs with a scheduled appointment. I choose to support a business that cares and appreciates their customers. The man working was giggling, there is nothing funny about waisting anyones time. Called E.D. Nails across the street they got me in immediately, are very polite & professional as a nail salon should be. Shame on Happy Nails! You never get a second chance to make a better first impression. The worst ever.

When I arrived I asked for a manicure and pedicure. Waited 30 minutes to be seated for pedicure. It was just okay...nothing fancy...just basic. After pedicure, they forgot I wanted a manicure as well. I reminded them and then they sat me in an empty chair and put my nails in acetone to soak. I wasnt too concerned until I noticed they were servicing other people before me. After 15 minutes, I inquired about my nails and was told they needed to soak longer. NOT TRUE! Acetone drys out your nail beds. My nails soaked for 45 minutes before the nail technician came to me to do my mani. I was furious because within that 45 minutes they took other customers instead of doing my mani seeing that I was there first.

I went here because I was in a rush. I figured a fill-in for an overlay should be simple. I asked the price for a fill-in with gel polish. I was told $30. I was rushed into picking a color and every color I picked the tech told me a completely different price. After she was done with my fill-in, my nails looked horrible. To the point I had to pick a dark color to hide her mess. The next day I wake up and my GEL POLISH was peeling! The point of gel polish is to guarantee it wont peel. I went back so she can fix it. She tells me its peeling because I picked a dark color(which l mentioned was to cover up her crappy job) and it didnt dry. If Im placing my hands in the UV LIGHT and she kept telling me to take it out before the timer finished how is it suppose to dry? She thought she was going to put the polish only on the parts that were peeling like that was as going to look good. I had her repaint all my nails. Two days later it started peeling again. I wasted money on gel polish, my fill-in is sloppy and I wont ever go back here. Lesson learned.

Went to this place because of the high reviews.. NO IDEA what the other people reviewing this are thinking. This place is HORRIBLE. My sister and I came in mid-day and expected to be pampered since there was nobody else there.. they rushed through our pedicure and manicure (like 40 minutes total?) and mutilated my cuticles.. Ive never had someone cut me so badly.. she was CUTTING OFF MY SKIN and and then burning me with chemicals. I had scabs for WEEKS. This place is HORRIBLE and I will never go there again. I think the lady who was working was named Holly.

Me and my wife went there 3 weeks ago and horrible service. Her nails was poorly done and my pedicure wasn’t a great experience as well. They cut the toe nails off my right foot and didn’t cut it off the left. I wouldn’t recommend you spending your money there. 🤦🏾‍♂️

There was nothing I enjoyed about this place. I waited for 45 mins for awful customer service and an ugly full set. I wouldve been better off doing my own nails with a press on nail kit at home. They were very rude.I asked for short nails and the nail tech pinched every one of my fingers and cut the skin off of my thumb and my index finger with eyebrow scissors (the nail clippers were rusty and broke). My nails are noticeably uneven and poorly filed.After the tech polished my nails, I sat in front of the fan for maybe 2 mins. The owner rushed me and another young lady out because it was time for them close and leave for the night. $20 wasted. Do not waste your time or money here!

Owner had a horrible attitude when gel polish peeled after 1 day. This was the 2nd time in 2 weeks that this happened. The first time she charged me redo my nails after peeling after 2 days. I’d spent $112 dollars with my nails (acrylic overlay and gel polish) manicure for my father in law and pedicures for both of us. I paid again anyway. The 2nd time I went was 3 days later (took pictures of my nails after day one peel to show her). Before she started, she told me that it would be another $20 to redo HER mistake. When I refused to pay again, she immediately became nasty and disrespectful. She slammed things down as she began to fix my nails and started speaking with the other workers in their language in an obvious angry tone. I couldn’t believe her behavior and I told her that. I was a long time customer even before they took onwership less than a year ago. Amy used to be my nail tech as she was great but she’d been with her family the last 2-3 months. Other customers sat in disbelief as well. I won’t ever spend another dollar of my hard earned money to be treated that way again. Eveytime I was there spending money every other word was “hi beautiful “, “you know I love you”, etc. however, the person came out when I had an issue. By the way- new polish peeled again. Didn’t go back. I’m not going to give ANYONE the impression that I don’t value the respect I derserve and that it’s ok to exhibit this type of behavior and tone.

They need to be trained all over again..Not recommended if you expect great service. Dont find out the hard way.

Been going to this place for over a year, the same guy. Now, I have lost all of my nails and have a SERIOUS fungus. I kept telling him something was wrong but he kept telling me no its fine, trying to cover up his errors, saying that it was my new nail. My daughter and my niece both had full sets put on Saturday they had numerous issues including having to ask for the excess polish around the cubicles to be removed. They were charged and additional five dollars for the work that is usually done by nail techs with the services rendered. It is now Monday and and a total of three nails have broken. I have tried to contract the manager multiple times leaving messages. My daughter is using crazy glue in the meantime and my niece has removed her full set. I f2f o not recommend anyone patronize this business. $55.00 is chump change for two teenagers working while in school. That was the first and last timr we will this business and cleaned up. They were even charged and extra 5 dollars when accidentally smudged one nail while drying them. That evening one of my daughters nail broke. The following day both my daughter and my niece had another broken nail. Its been only two days and between the two three broken nails. We have tried to contract the owner leaving multiple messages to no avail. My niece had already removed the
