They have really went down. I miss Shannon if she still work there. Every time you call you give them the same information and it’s annoying. They don’t answer their phones when needed so half of the time you’re talking to a call center agent. I just hope they find a good job for me. Poor prologstix

Went for a job interview with them after finding them on indeed.com. Had a job offered and accepted while I was there. Staff is very friendly and helped me when i kept getting stuck on the computer. If you need work go see them.

Please do not come here for work! I had direct deposit set up to receive my payments however I still have not been paid. I called and the first thing they try to tell you is they didn’t receive my time from the supervisor! Which is total bs I sat and watched my supervisor send my time over to them! It’s sickening to think they would hold ones pay during these times. I’ve called multiple times now they won’t answer! I’ve contacted the department of labor. People please read these reviews like I should have! DO NOT COME HERE FOR WORK! You will be highly disappointed!

Worked a week and a few days there couldnt do it everyone was having pay issues I immediately found a better job still havent received my pay whole month later getting the run around for owed pay basically the branch says theres nothing they can do smh had to contact the department of labor such a waste of energy

My experience started with Ryan Yeates as a recruiter i placed on a job assignment with Bic Company on 3rd shift that job was to turn into a permanent position but it tanked, not the recruiters fault they cant work miracles but can help, I also see some say the temp service havent contact them how about trying three things, go down there, keep calling and go with another temp just like applying with another job as for the one that lost his job do to car 🚗 problem, call 📱 a cab its not the recruiter to keep the job thats way they ask do you have a dependable car 🚗 So dont complain man up I keep in contact with and getting ready to get another job assignment. Keep up the good work Ryan along with your other fellow recruiters 👍👍👍👍👌

They hold paychecks and then tell you, you could be paid on two different days depending on how they feel.. I was given the wrong time to be at work and off work. Everybody is always in a meeting and too busy to answer the phone smh this Prologistix is just horribleIm calling a lawyer in the morning it cant be legal to hold employee checks

I highly doubt they will escalate my concerns to management from reading the recent reviews. Looks like a continuing problem. Do not work for this company. My experience working at Classic Graphics under Prologistix was horrible. I was lured in by them having me apply through text message for a large format printing job to get told the following week that they had no positions available for it only to get stuck doing the physical labor and assembly work that they are mainly focused on. I guess that’s their way of getting people to get in so they can get work out the door for the company “Classic graphics” they* work for. The work place in the warehouse has barely any diversity. 95% of the 1st shift speaks Spanish so there’s no room for opportunity unless* your bi-lingual. The communication between everyone is awful so it seems like everything isn’t professional and no one knows what’s going on. The company treats the hired on employees better than the temps. You’ll see by how they have their break rooms set up. The whole time I worked there I was on the outside looking in. I applied to get my foot in the door too hopefully get an opportunity to get hired on and gain some experience in printing because I have a background in graphics but from what I see it looks impossible. The temp service also under pays their workers. I really feel like what they have going on in the warehouse is illegal. I really think someone should look into it.

I was called by an automated service & transferred to a representative who didn’t know why I was called, then I was scheduled for an interview. Went in for the interview with a room full of people & we were all there for a position they weren’t interviewing for. The staff rudely walked out & talked about how we can just leave if we weren’t there for the role they were hiring for. Then the automated service called me back afterwards & again, the rep didn’t know why I was called. I explained what transpired on the interview & was told I was wrong for applying to a position that required things that weren’t listed under the description. What a joke!

Worked for the temp for a month, despite the temp telling me that they were hearing good things about me from my assignment it was ended because I missed two days work from car trouble. The assignment handler Ryan Yeates will knowingly accept any blatant lies from his client over you from fear of losing the client. He is a very unprofessional man and will hang up on you when you speak to him on the phone.

All they care about is throwing you into a job assignment, afterwards when the assignment is done good luck trying to get in touch with the recruiters for other openings.Pros- immediate starts when they need are in need.Cons- Short term job assignments.- Getting paid is the biggest headache you can encounter with the paycard they give you which is comdata 3rd party. Worst pay method you can have.- You will have better chances wining the the Powerball lottery than getting a call back.- No long term and almost none temp to hire positions- No professionalism

I registered with Prologistix over a month & half ago, went in and watch the videos as well as aced the tests. I feel I am well qualified for a forklift/warehouse position. Pass the drug screen & all that. As of today I have yet to hear back from them!! Not a we still have you on file or any updates. Im really disappointed in this staffing agency wouldnt recommend them to anyone I know.

Dont waste your time, this is the only staffing office i know that dont put people to work even if your experienced in a special skill they put road blocks in your way, the process should be all so simple like at other staffing. places

I had the most courteous staff and the most professional staff ever at prologistix they were honest and straight to the point. There staff gave me an opportunity and I took advantage of that opportunity because all I needed was a chance. I am currently a fulltime employee recently hired at a logistics company that I owe it all to prologistix personal on Clanton rd. I am extremely grateful and proud that prologistix gave me a chance and the hard work I did paid off.

This place and their staff is a total waste of time! I spent over 2 hours filling out an application along with a drug test for employment. Received my work assignment and badge, and the assignment ended an hour later the same day without a day on the new job! They are racist toward blacks and didnt give a reason for ending the assignment! Look elsewhere!!!

Called multiple times and left 5 voice mails over the course of a week trying to use them to staff our warehouse. Not ONE single person EVER returned our call. What a sorry excuse for a company. I wouldnt talk to them now if they DID decide to call back.
