My experience with Associate Staffing has been a roller coaster but ended with a wonderful experience! The team is quick to respond to your requests and motivated to help you find a job. The only trouble I ran into during the process was the delay of the background check (mainly due to the background check agency instead of Associate Staffing) and miscommunication with what that entailed. Thankfully it turned out for the best and I was able to be placed in a great position.

PROS: consistent with job opportunities and follow ups. Quick placement. Friendly and professional staff.CONS: pay is not competitive compared to more established staffing agencies. No benefits offered as a temp until after a year.

I would recommend anyone working with them in particular any military reservists. Sarah from AStaff helped me with the difficult task of breaking into the financial industry, and I couldnt be happier with the results Ive gotten.

Pretty good so far insurance is expensive for the family as with most contracting companies. Previous contractor provided 5 days of vacation pay for bank holidays but AS did not.

Working with Associate staffing and Lending Tree has to have been one of this ugliest and hardest things I’ve ever dealt with in my professional career. I requested one day off in my interview process that I could not miss. (Informed Eddie and my interviewer at Lending Tree) I heard absolutely nothing back from either so when the week of me missing the one day arrived I reached out to my supervisor only to be informed if I missed ONE day of work I would be FIRED. This was very disheartening but as a adult sometimes you have to make hard decisions. I couldn’t go see or get my kids after a very long and drawn out custody battle. I instead went to work to avoid being fired even though I had so much on my mind at the time. The following Monday after denying me that one day off, I was FIRED because they assumed I didn’t want to be there!!! I was treated as if I was just a number and not one supervisor or anybody with any power took one second to asks why I wasn’t my normal self. I would definitely caution anybody with kids avoid that place and avoid certain recruiters at associate staffing.
