Ben is not professional. I was on an assignment and was having an issue that I wanted to discuss and Ben did not return my calls or texts. Happened to someone else as well. David, the onsite at Saddle Creek as well. If youre going to be the main point of contact, that is your purpose. To communicate with your employees.
