When I came in they were doing the nails of 2 very tall men and I knew then that, if they could do male feet and were getting male customers that they must be good and they are!I got a basic gel manicure & pedicure along with a foot/leg massage for my birthday and I was very pleased. They are gentle and they take their time and have great attention to detail.

The guy at the front I’m assuming is the owners. He is very nice and attentive to the techs. I rarely get my nails done since I’m a typist, but Lucy did a great job on my nails; short enough that I can still type but still noticeable that I got my nails done. Clean and convenient.

Actually not a bad little nail salon. Despite the lack of a spa environment, they do a nice job on your nails at a decent price. I asked them to do something they dont usually offer and they did it . I believe her name was Kathy ( she sits in the back by sink ) did a a very nice job on my dip fills. I would add a pic but it was a week ago and my nails grow very fast. It wouldnt do her justice 🙂

Great experience while shopping in Walmart. The staff was processional and the salon clean. They did a good job for a fair price - going back soon.

Mimi is THE best! I go here for pedis and an occasional mani and eyebrows shaping. I always make sure to make an appt because she is the ONLY person I go to. She knows my feet and eyebrows and never fails me. When my mom comes to town she always only sees MiMi as well. The shop is clean and the guy at the front desk is always pleasant. Hes the same way he was when I started going here over 5 yrs ago. Ive seen some negative reviews in the past but I can say Ive only had one negative experience; I decided to get a full set but not from Mimi because she doesnt do nails. The acrylics lifted and broke after a week. I wasnt happy about that but for the services I do get, I think 5 stars is deserved.

Cindy did my nails as always she did a great job and Mimi did an awesome job on my pedicure.

It was a good experience. Anna did my toes, she did a good job. Its convenient since its inside Walmart.

Do not I repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL PLACE NO MATTER HOW CHEAP THEY ARE!!!! All the great nail techs that they had there have left or “moved away”. The youngest girl there cannot do nails to save her life I just checked not only are my pinky fingers are uneven as one is shorter than the other. Also one hand is slightly shaped different than the other. You can see through the nail polish as they put very thin layers. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

Fantastic mani-pedis in a relaxing environment. They do a great job and are nice and efficient. Several colors to choose from. Great service, very professional, love my pedicure. Fast, courteous and reasonably priced too.

They charge me 30 for the full set (25) + 5 to do the the lines on the outside of the nail 17 for just removing the gel nail polish and changing to regular nail polish color (no pedicure) and 12 because who knows what and 3 because of the sanatizing policy without letting any body know ... like W and Ami chose to go there because it was closer to home. I would’ve went to universal nail !!!! Never going back there again !

The staff at this particular location is very rude and has poor customer service. I had to call the cops on these folks. They don’t follow instructions and These ppl do not like being told that there work is not liked. I would give them no stars if this rating allowed it. DO NOT GO TO REGAL NAILS ON 7900 MC NAB RD.

I would give them zero if I could. They are the closest nail salon and I gave them a try a couple of times. After yesterday’s service, I am done. Rude people, nails poorly done and the guy at the cashier complains of you don’t pay tips cash. I will spend my money somewhere else.

The manager is absolutely rude and unorganized! Expect to be prioritized based on how much you spend! It doesnt matter how long youve been waiting. If someone comes in off the street and plans to spend more money, your 20!minute wait time turns into two hours. HORRIBLE, DESPICABLE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET! IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NO STARS I WOULD! Ive been coming to this salon for a year because I moved and Im honestly fed the heck up! Its the same awful service! The wait alone makes this place a dump! And dont bother trying to politely say that you had arrived two hours ago! Thatll just result in you being stared at without being given the decency of a response!

Always ask for Lucy or Cindy...they are the best. I wished they did more creative designs nails.

This place has really bad customer service and not every nail tech is experienced . I just left and I was trying to explain that I was not satisfied and pointing out the areas that I saw flaws in my nails . The tech who did my nails was rude and the women who was correcting the problem was just as rude and they didn’t even apologize. I just let them fix the issue and I didn’t even get it recolored . I just paid and left .

I went to Walmart to get my nails done at Regal nails. The young man there first he told me I couldn’t wash my hands after he got done filing them he just sprayed them with something and wiped them off. When he was polishing my nails he was real cheap with the polish. The topcoat he dipped it in once and he tryed to do all five nails with it instead of giving them a good coat or two . I went back and told him about it that it was not good and he said you just have to wash your hands. I told him that I was not going to come back again. He did a horrible job.

Worst service ever!!! Pedicure was an absolute disaster. The technician was extremely rough cut my toes pretty bad and kept looking at me to see if I noticed when she cut me. It was a really half ass job and when I paid and left I noticed half of my big toe didn’t even have nail polish on it! There wasn’t even a smudge she just didn’t do a good job at all. This was the second experience I had with them only because I gave them the benefit of the doubt. First experience was terrible as well. A different tech older woman kept trying to get me to do a spa pedicure which I didn’t want and got mad at me because I wouldn’t do it. Terrible customer service after this experience will never return!

Great experience and Im not here but customer service great. I went when they opened and didnt have any issues at all. It was two people before me wasnt a long wait at all.

Went for a French pedicure. Very sloppy job-- white tip uneven on every toe. She wanted to do my nails too...heck NO!! Wasted my money since I took it right off when I got home. Will never go there again.
