The staff at capstone dentistry were so welcoming and friendly! The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was so gentle and kind! I have a very sensitive mouth and the hygienist put my anxiety about the dentist to rest. They also played soft classical music the entire time I was there so the atmosphere in the office was very relaxing! I highly recommend them!!

Dr. Yang is so professional and kind to patients. He was able to diagnose the teeth problems I have and offered a possible solution you can move forward. It is worth to note that the staff cleaned my teeth carefully and removed all the stains that are really hard to be gotten rid of. ^_^

Friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Dr. Yang took his time and explained exactly what needed to be done, even though I came in for a different procedure. He patiently showed me why what I came in for was not the best, long term option.

No high-pressure effort to upsell you on extensive treatment plans not covered by insurance. Dr. Yang is very talented, as is his staff and you will be in good hands.

I have been a patient of Dr. Yang’s for about 2 years. All members of his team are friendly and professional. Tracy and Dr. Yang were both fantastic. Equipment is state of the art and I got to watch Amazon Prime video while they worked on me. Explained everything they did and why and made sure I understood. Five STARS!

I had a crown put on and within 1 yr it came off. I went back and they did put it back on, but then again within a year it cracked and broke. I reached out to them for repair and they said it was “probably” my fault and now its up to the manufacturer to make a decision about it. I made an appointment for them to evaluate and submit the information. They told me they would let me know. That was 4 months ago. They are not interested in resolution.

They did a good job for what I wanted just cleaning I didn’t get X-rays I already knew what was wrong but because of that I didn’t get the full depth cleaning u know to where there’s almost a lil gap overall they do a good job

I am the kind of person that feel nervous and uneasy on a dental chair, but Dr. Yang and his assistant made me feel comfortable and relaxed. My hurting tooth was treated fast and without pain. Within one hour My cavity was diagnosed and filled, my old crown was replaced with a new temporary crown. The office is clean and beautiful, using the latest high technology to ensure accuracy and hygiene, I am ready to come back to Capstone for my permanent crown and all future teeth problems!

Great Experience ! Normally Im a bit nervous at the dentist but not with Dr. Yang and his support staff. The first thing I noticed was how quickly they called me back to begin treatment. The first staff member I met was the Dental Assistant (Ashlyn) who was smiling and optimistic toward dental care. She took my X-rays and guided me to another room for cleaning. Dr. Yang listened to my concerns and was very nice and careful. The best dental experience in a long time.

It was absolutely a GREAT experience! Dr. Steven Yang is very knowledgable, professional, and patient! All staffs were friendly and nice. I felt so welcomed and respected. I had my tooth decay treated very quickly. Even though I was adviced of sore and sensitivity, but I didnt experience any of those at all! I started using the filled tooth right away and all sensitivities are gone! Im very happy for this result and the cost is very reasonable! I would recommend Capstone to all my friends!

Have not Been to the dentist in about 6 years so I was very very nervous and scared about getting my teeth removed but when I say pain-free Dentistry Capstone is the best Im not afraid of going to the dentist anymore I didnt even feel the needle going into my gums to numb the area all I have to say is wow and wow thanks again Capstone

Unorginezed,very rude and unprofessional stuff.They don’t know anything about what they do patients.,dr needs to hire more quality work stuff..they don’t even have tissue to clean your mouth terrible service and new place don’t recommended anybody. First time when I visit I thought they are fine and reasonable price etc..Second visit they treat treible. I was in pain swollen face can’t open my mouth after my teeth pulled, called and left message they were closed .after next day called and I was telling my problem she was rude and talking my my face and they don’t listen and can’t take any more and hung up.. I’ll go take all my paper work and going to emergency.

Let me explain something to everyone.I fear a dentist getting teeth clean is ok,but when it comes down to actually having a drill and or other things done thats where the anxiety kick in.I had a wonderful experience. Doctor Yang was great. He explained everything to me of the procedure that Im having done. 在这个史蒂芬.杨开的牙科诊所经历了一场长达一个月的噩梦般人为造成的牙髓及牙神经严重感染，由于他的不当钻牙暴露了我的牙髓，引起了非常严重的牙髓炎和牙神经及周边严重感染，以至于连续服用3天的阿莫西林和14天的奥格门汀也不能止痛及消炎，自从离开他的诊所麻药失效后就开始发作的牙髓及牙神经闷痛， 仅仅短短几天时间就发展到从下颚到耳根到整个头部的剧烈疼痛，且全天疼痛，白天不能正常工作，夜晚更是疼痛加剧，整个被他钻牙的区域如同火烧一般的剧烈疼痛，以至于我连续一周以上整晚不能入睡，而且不能躺下，只能不停的在卫生间含服冰水来短暂缓解。 在整个感染过程和后续沟通中，杨某一方面隐瞒他不当钻牙引起的感染事实，一方面推脱责任，拒不继续后续治疗，并找了两个理由来拖脱：1.他没有能力为我拔除引起感染的智齿！2.他也不具备根管治疗的医术！试问：既然你明知自己医术如此之差，为何还要一开始就胡乱钻牙？而且还胡乱钻智齿！并且钻开了智齿的牙髓！引起严重且不可逆转的急性牙髓炎和牙神经感染！且感染后拒不负责，让被疼痛折磨的患者在诊所里面从早上一直等到下午3点都得不到任何紧急治疗和缓解疼痛的措施！期间杨某还躲在诊所的厕所里面躲避患者，逃避责任。我最初只是因为在食用麻辣的食物后有轻微疼痛来做检查，杨在没有找到我疼痛根源的情况下为了套取我的牙科医保而钻牙，且钻砸了牙齿引起严重感染后,拒不对症紧急治疗，只是叫我去第二次拍X光片，做牙齿清洁，继续钻另外的磨损牙齿...并说这些都是保险涵盖了..被我断然拒绝。我再次表明我只需要当下对感染部位最紧急的消炎止痛，于是杨再三催促我去另外一个牙外科拔牙，我后来去了杨某大力推荐的这个牙外科询问，工作人员回答我，拔牙要预约到1个多月以后，且拔牙的费用500-800美元，外加全身镇静剂500-700美元，总价不低于1200美元！整个一个月当中，我去了5家不同的牙科以求治疗被杨某搞砸后引起的感染及疼痛，有中国牙医也有美国人牙医，他们都为我拍片并检查，最贵的是杨某推荐的拔牙外科！医术最差的是杨某本人，连麻药注射都不到位，需要补两针才能使我麻木！最后是在整夜疼痛后的第二天，Mundo dentistry & orthodontics 的美国医生为我提供了当天的紧急治疗并拔除智齿，从注射一针局部麻药后到拔除不超过15分钟，且拔除后医生认为我不需要任何抗生素，只需盐水漱口，在扣除保险后我只自费了40美元，至今一周过了，没有不适症状发生....我已经就杨某涉嫌套取医保而乱钻牙，造成大面积神经感染后拒不后续治疗，推脱责任一事向相关牙科部门和我的承保人联合保险公司投诉并索赔退款。。In the Capstone dental hold by Steven Yang I experienced more than one months nightmare man-made pulp and tooth nerve widespread infection, due to his improper drill exposed my dental pulp, caused acute pulpitis and tooth nerve and the surrounding severe infection, so taking 3 consecutive days of amoxicillin and 14 days of Augmentin but it doesnt help my pain and inflammation! Since leaving his clinic anesthesia expires began to attack the pulp and tooth nerve stuffy pain, only a few days to severe pain from lower jaw to ears to the head, keeping all the day, I wasnt able working during the day and keeping worse pain all the night, the whole area drill by him is acute pain like a fire, that made me couldnt sleep during whole the night and kept more than a week in a row, And I cant lie down, and need to take ice water in the bathroom repeatedly for brief relief.In the whole process of infection and follow-up communication, As Yang concealed the fact of infection caused by improper drilling, as shirked his responsibility and refused to continue follow-up treatment, and Yang show two reasons for the delay: 1. He was unable to remove my wisdom teeth that had caused the infection! 2. He doesnt have root canal skills either! Ask: if you know your medical skills are so bad, why did you drill my teeth at the beginning? And drilling wisdom teeth! And drilled open the pulp of wisdom teeth! Cause serious and irreversible acute pulpitis and tooth nerve infection! And refused to take responsibility after infection, so that patients suffering from pain in the clinic from morning open time until 3 PM without any emergency treatment and pain relief measures! During this period, Yang even hid in the toilet of the clinic to avoid patients and evade responsibility. I originally just sometimes got a mild pain after eating spicy food to do inspection, but Yang drill my teeth although he didnt found my pain source just in order to arbitrage my dental health and my PAT cost, his improperly drill cause serious infections, and he refused to offer the emergency treatment to me, just asked me to take the second x-rays, do cleaning teeth, continue to drill other teeth... And says its all covered by insurance... I flatly refused. I tole him again that I only needed the most urgent anti-inflammatory and analgesic treatment for the infected area, so Yang repeatedly urged me to go to another dental surgery for extraction. I went to the dental surgery strongly recommended by Yang later, and the staff told me that the extraction appointment would be made more than a month later, and the cost of extraction would be $500-800. Plus general sedatives for $500- $700, total no less than $1200! Finally, the day after whole night of pain, a American doctor at Mundo Dentistry & Orthodontics provided emergency treatment on the next day and removed my wisdom teeth. After insurance deduction, only $40 paid by me .
