She really took into consideration my concerns and what I wanted differently, she has huge attention to detail and made sure my crown looked identical to my other teeth. After just receiving my permanent crown yesterday, I would recommend everyone to Dr. Gentry. Carla and staff are also amazing and made sure I was taken care of throughout the process.

Procedures are explained very well and Dr Gentry & her staff take the time & pride to do a very good job! When you have to have a shot they are painless!! The location is convenient and the office is nicely decorated. You receive comfort measures while getting your dental care like blankets, head pillows,headphones for music & sunglasses to keep the glare out of your eyes. The latest in equipment is used. Even showing the milling machine as it made the crown. The office as a whole uses the latest technology and Dr Gentry as well as the assistants were fully trained to make full use of the equipment. Had my first ever filling done. Ive been putting it off for years cause I was afraid what it would look like afterwards. The hole was in my front tooth. Its nothing short of Amazing.Dr. Gentry blended it so well you would never know there was a hole in the tooth.Great place and a great staff.

Great experience with a new crown. Highly recommend this practiceI had an old crown pop loose. They saw me quickly, checked my tooth and were able to cement the crown back in. They were all very professional, courteous and simply nice people.

Although I came here under less than pleasant circumstances, Doctor Gentry and her staff quickly made me feel comfortable and eased away all my concerns. This practice still provides outstanding service, has an excellent staff, and uses current technology. I travel from Lake Park for my dental needs when there are so many other providers in my area. I highly recommend this dental clinic.

I have been going to this practice for at least 15 years before Dr Gentry purchased from Dr Kessler. I just had the worst experience Ive had at a dentist or medical practice, for the matter, EVER!They have not only lost me as a patient but 3 other family members. And all they had to do was say, we will do your x-rays on your next visit. Instead they tried to force me to do them. I should have known something was up when the receptionist was doing the x-rays instead of the dental hygienist as in the past. Seems to me that its now about increasing the bill to charge to the insurance company and patient and not the well being and comfort of the patient.

People are nice and the place is very clean. And welcoming. 😁

Dr. Gentry’s personnel did a fine job in taking x-ray and cleaning my teeth. Unfortunately they found a failing filling that will need to be replaced with a crown.Follow-up The tooth was prepared for a crown in April and a temporary put in place by Dr. Smith. In early May the permanent crown was installed, again by Dr. Smith. All the work was done professionally and without any significant pain or discomfort.

They made me pay 100% up front because I didnt have my new insurance card. This was in December and now that the insurance claim has been settled they owe me over $1000.00. They are stalling and giving me the run around about paying. I saw beware - seems very unethical to me. She bought this practice from my old dentist and I NEVER had any trouble like this with him in all the years I went there.
