My Dental Hygienist, Julie was Amazing. She was very professional and at the same time super friendly. She was so gentle with my cleaning that I didnt wince once. The cleaning was over before I knew it. Dr. Ung was amazing and discussed my different options to deal with my issue of sensitivity when trying to whiten my teeth. She also referred me to an orthodontist to possibly correct an overbite that caused wear to my front teeth due to grinding my teeth last year. The entire staff is very friendly and the offices are bright and comfortably modern. I would highly recommend this dental practice and look forward to having my next cleaning in 6 months. There were no problems making an appointment and also no problem in changing the date last minute after I got my monthly work schedule.

I had a very pleasant experience at Myers Park Dental. The staff was friendly, the doctor talked me through the examine which was important to me because I had not had my teeth clean as I should have in a while. She did not assume I knew the medical terminology she and her assistant were using. She took time answer my questions but always acknowledged my limited time a d got me in and out. It was awesome. The staff made my daughter and feel right at home. I was stunned by the caring attitudes. It was a new staff but the attention to detail was exceptional.

I have been a patient for around two years.. Once before one filling felt off and had to go for a redo. Last week another filling felt off again. I am not happy with this happening again. Not sure if its about the material they used not being good. I have been trying to schedule my cleaning and the phones only goes straight to the machine to leave a message but the voice mail is not working either... Not sure if I want to continue going this place.

Staff is always curious and attentive. You never have to wait a long time to be seen. They are time conscious and respectful of your time. This is a great place for the entire family. The facility has the most up-to-date equipment...its clean. brigh and smells good... we love it....

I have been going to Myers Park Dental for over five (5) years and I absolutely adore the staff. They are family friendly; my entire family goes from the toddler up.Its one of those places where everybody knows your name. Its very welcoming.

This is the absolute WORST dental experience I have ever had. I visited this office last year, from the beginning I had one dentist (Maynor) he was great however then I was passed on to another dentist my second visit (the main dentist Vu, he has horrible bedside manor and was extremely rude, so much that the DH told me to tell the manager)- during a root canal; this root canal took over 3.5 hours even though they told me it would be less that 2 hours. They gave me a temporary crown for my tooth, then it took over 5 weeks to get the permanent tooth in. When the permanent finally came in, it did not fit and had to be filed multiple times and I had to be numbed for this as it took so many times. I have since found a new dentist, within 5 minutes of my cleaning my new dentist recognized that the crown was built up too high and re-shaped it for me. I do not like writing bad reviews but I do not want anyone else to have to deal with this treatment. I am still paying off my $1500 root canal that had to be corrected by another dentist. I informed the manager of this last year but nothing was ever done- I only hope to help others. Extremely poor client treatment.

I was here yesterday due to an extremely bad cavity, words cannot express the pain I was in. I was crying like and baby. Mary and doctor Larry both treated me with love and care. They helped me to relax and I could feel they genuinely cared about me. This is the best dental office in Charlotte. Once my tooth was pulled I felt so much better

Even though I had my wisdom teeth extracted they made the experience fast and almost pain free. Dr. Vu is great and the staff is friendly and professional. The front desk greeted me with a smile and was very courteous.

I went to this dentistry and the doctors are very professional (no surprise for Myers Park) and pleasant. I had experience with Brooks Dentistry since 2013 and its nowhere near as good as Myers Park Dentistry (or Pearl). The only reason why I gave it a 4 and not a 5 is cause the doctors like to take their time a lot.

Everyone was nice and friendly the young lady that work in the front desk she explained everything to me down to the details and I feel comfortable there

The office will work with your schedule. Laid back atmosphere. But, professional. I enjoy looking at the tropical plants. Dr. Vu grows. I need to get pointers. Also, where is he getting these plants? Lol. The Doctors does excellent work. He is also, on call. I recommend this practice.

I highly recommend Myers Park Denistry. The staff treat their patients with the upmost respect/care. They really listen to your concerns and understand the importance of completing their service in a timely manner. They put their customer needs first.

Dr Vu has a great practice in Charlotte. The staff is courteous. The wait time is minimum and he accepts many insurance providers. He gentle, he walks you through what he’s doing and there’s minimum pain afterwards. I highly recommend Dr Vu.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. You will he very sorry. His assistant fitted me for a crown which came back way too big. His Staff is nice but the DO NOT know what they are doing. Whoever the other dentist was that worked there performed very sloppy fillings that didnt fit a threw.off my whole natural balance of teeth and bite.One tooth is slightly loose and one needs a root canal. I have had simple procedures here that have turned into major procedures needed. I wish I never came so I am warning you to go somewhere else please. I would hate for what happened to me to happen to someone else.

I stopped coming here for two reasons: the first being that the dental assistant staff is constantly changing every time you go...and for the worse. My husband (who is extremely tolerant to pain), said that he had one of the most painful, harsh cleanings from one of the newer assistants. Dr. Vu is fine, Ive had no problems with him, but his assistants are just unskilled and constantly rotating.

I chipped my bridge and they got me right in and did a marvelous job of repairing.

I had my first visit on this week and everything from my first phone call to my visit was perfect. Although I will always be nerves and hate the dentist, Myers Park Dental Care did give me a piece of mindThe customer service here is AMAZING.

I visited this practice as a new patient last month, and Dr. Vu said I had 3 cavities and 2 additional spots that would likely turn into cavities. I was shocked as I have never had a cavity before and ended up spending $200 getting 2 filled by him because I was so worried. He told me I’d likely be in need of a root canal in the future. I just got a second opinion today by an experienced dentist and was told that I have zero cavities and the two he filled based on my X-rays were unnecessary. Dr. Vu is a rude drill and fill dentist who has a lot to learn about dentistry and how to treat people. He should be reported. Avoid this place!

Awful customer service! Initially when working with my insurance company to locate a dentist I was referred to this provider. The appointment was scheduled.A day before my appointment, I received a call from Kennedy stating that the insurance company had not assigned me to their office and they needed me to do an immediate transfer to their office. I called the insurance company and they tried to reach the office and received a voicemail.I later recieed a voicemail from Kennedi saying they could not verify coverage and that unless I was willing to pay for the appojntment then they would not see me. After listening to the voicemail, I called back and received someone else in the office who repeated that I could only be seen if I paid cash, I said I would contact the insurance company to have that information faxed over. Less than five minutes after getting off the phone with her, a lady named Eva called me back to say they would not see me because my insurance was not active. When I called the office back with the representative from the insurance company on the phone she became rude and defensive and stated that they would not be willing to treat my family.While I have found someone else who had an immediate appointment for my entire family. I went through with the staff at this office deserved a review. Based on this interaction, I would not want anyone at that office treating me or my children so this was a blessing but frustrating just the same to be met with such rude service. If this is his enthey treat new patients then it’s a good thing that my insurance company dropped the ball and did not send the required paperwork for us to be seen.

The staff are nice but the doctor the hustler Mr vue Doesnt know anything about dentistry, he said that I have gum problem and cavities in almost every tooth, and recommend a deep cleaning 2900$, but before he start poking on my gum with a sharp object to see if I can feel any pain, blood everywhere and he didnt even care or give something to wash my mouth with, I felt the pain in my gum after for a week, I went to another dental office and told me a Whole different story also they have clients coming from the same dental office Myers park dental and have the same issues, if I knew a corporate or a dental office whom I can report this scammer I would .

Dr. Vu is very unprofessional he wears his everyday clothes he doesnt wear a lab coat, he doesnt know how to keep it confidential he is really rude, he doesnt give your warm feeling you want when you go to dentist, his chose of words are really harsh and he doesnt know how to talk to patients, did I mention he doesnt greet you. The assistance suffer from a lack of knowledge. This place is very unsanitary it doesnt have a sink in the room while your getting your check up so you dont know when theyre washing their hands.

As a young US Veteran I would like to say that it’s sometimes difficult to find compassion, kindness and respect all in one environment. But, Dr. Vu and his staff have presented all of the above beginning with the front desk with their smile and acknowledging me upon arrival. Dr. Vu is professional, patient and most of all willing to answer all of my questions and took the time explaining the details of the plans for my dental care. I would not recommend Dr. Vus office for anything. He changes staff often and none of his staff has a clue as to what is going on in this office, such a lack of communication. They have called 5 times to cancel appts. at the last minute or day before. He has kept money for work that he didnt complete and refuses to give a refund. Do not use him for orthodontic work, he is cheaper but you get what u pay for. Will promise results you wont get.

Initially, I anticipated having to search for a new dentist. However, I was soon to discover that I was fortunate to have been a patient of Myers Park Dental.I did not have to change dentists, as I found Dr. Vu to be a very knowledgeable and highly competent dentist with excellent clinical skills. Right away, Dr. Vu identified and corrected a dental problem which had me returning to a previous dentist every 3 or 4 months over a two years period in order to make adjustments to the work the previous dentist had completed a few years prior.Dr. Vu is very thorough, and patient in explaining a procedure or course of treatment. Also, he is extremely skilled in giving the dreaded injections which usually accompany a visit to the dentist. Amazing staff with prompt amazing service

Ok let me first start by saying I know this is a long review but its worth reading... what an awesome job they did on pulling my tooth! Im not sure why I am the first to rate this dentist but I must say give credit where credit is due & this place definitely deserve it. I went to another dentist which is in Gastonia North Carolina called Gaston Dental Associates on Franklin Boulevard 😡 2 days before I came here they wouldnt pull my tooth because my blood pressure was up which of course thats understandable but considering that I dont have a history of blood pressure I would have thought they would have assumed that it was due to my extreme pain so they set me up with another dentist which said I would have to wait 3 months to be seen and even then my tooth wouldnt get pulled it would only be a consultation! are you kidding me I asked do you think I could survive with this excruciating pain.. if I could I would have never came to the dentist.. Then on top of that they came back with the numbers to the other dentist so fast I was like did you guys put any effort into calling anywhere else to see if you could get me in sooner than 3 months considering I have been at this dentist 5 times in the last 2 weeks 😕nevertheless I came to this Myers Park Dental Care and Dr. Hung 😁 pulled my tooth with no problem in less than 3 minutes mind you I do not have bad teeth so its not like it was damaged but it was just giving me pain... ( oh and let me add one more important thing this dentist made me aware of three small cavities that Gaston Dental didnt even see and its sad to say that that was my primary dentist so Ive been going there for the past 4 years so how would they not see this and my appointments are up to date every 6 months but guess who did spot the problem the one and only Myers Park Dental Care ) although I was very skeptical and scared when I found out I wasnt going to be put to sleep and would be woke during the whole process, I only had one problem.. And that was being scared so I would suggest anyone and everyone that has any problems concerning your teeth please come to this dentist Go Myers Park Dental Care😇😁👍👏Oh and also all of the assistants were amazing as well ..big shout out to you guys!
