This place is amazing! I always hated going to the dentist because the staff is inconsiderate but here at Friendly Dental, they are friendly, they make you feel comfortable, they walk you through the process, they are fast and efficient, I would highly recommend this place!

I have been visiting this location for almost 2 years. The staff is friendly and quick. I use the in house dental program so its super affordable for me, even when I had to do major work. I recommend Friendly Dental to everyone!

The office is clean they follow Covid guidelines and there is parking available. They are always available to answer an questions that you may have. They provide outstanding service.

I hate the dentist. I have always tried to avoid it because my experiences left me feeling terrible about myself. Dr Patel is one of a kind. He knew it had been 7 years since my last cleaning and didn’t make me feel bad about it. He worked with me on a plan to salvage my teeth and had also noticed the wisdom tooth that no one would take out, was causing crowding. I have never left the dentist feeling so good about my oral health. I choked back my tears of joy that this Dentist actually took the time to explain the processes with me, the reasons and the possible scenarios that might happen. I am grateful for Dr. Patel and the rest of the awesome staff including the ladies up front. You all rock and have made me a truly happy patient!

July 17 I went to the dentist office to have what I thought was four routine extractions. I was given three injections to the right side of my mouth to remove two teeth as Dr. Jay Patel proceeded to take out my teeth. I could feel it. The Dr. gave me one more injection he was finally able to remove the teeth.Dr. Patel started on left side to remove two more teeth. I was given a total of five injections. As the Dr tried to remove the teeth I could feel it. It felt like he was ripping the tooth from my gums. He even used a drill. I started to moan and cry Dr. Patel told me to stop making that noise and stop crying.I was so shocked that he talked to me like he did. I prayed for it to be over.I was told the reason why I could feel it was because I had tooth decay and infection.That does not justify a Dr. Talking to a patient like that. Im a fairly new patient.I called Monday July 20 I talk to the office Mgr, I explained what happened. She suggested I go to another office under the same umbrella.Agreeing to do it I was called on Tues July 21 at 214 pm by Dr. Patel, said he heard I was not happy with his services. I listened, he said he only said that to calm me down. Wrong thing to say when my anxiety level was on 10.He also said the reason he had so much trouble with the teeth was because of decay and infection.I felt like he was very unprofessional, rushed and uncaring. If I could have given that office a 0 I would have.

On 3/09/2021 I was seen at this office for treatment an was refused treatment due to my insurance. And on my summary it was fals information that was documented on there and call back on 3/10/2021 an was told to call back next business day due to them closing this was before 5pm. I called back on 3/11/2021 after I didn’t hear back about my concerns an was spoken to by Edith very rude an unprofessional after letting her no that I wasn’t pleased with service. Please patients ask for your after visit summary due to information will be documented on you without you having any knowledge about. This business was reported to BBB an Attorney General office multiple reasons follow up on the reviews closely.

Friendly Dental has been so good to me in the last couple of years since moving to Charlotte. Dr. Patel and Rudy go above and beyond to provide excellent care and make you feel comfortable and informed. They take extra time to explain various options and procedures and do it with a smile on their face. At one point during a difficult procedure, Dr. Patel stopped to rub my jaw that was sore from being propped open. I have been to many dentists, orthodontists, oral surgeons, etc. in my 29 years on this earth, and this staff are some of the best. I can’t say enough about how wonderful they are. Edith and Milena at reception are always so welcoming and somehow always remember who I am and make sure to ask me about my work and family. They are all so kind and have been more than patient with me through the various dental procedures and concerns I’ve had within the last two years. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist in Charlotte!

I love this place, they are so gentil with you . I like the people who work here they are not disrespectful, very much kind . They have WiFi here just in case you don’t have service you can use there WiFi in a case in a emergency . After they are done with your cleaning they give you a bag with a toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss for you to keep . They have a TV in each room just in case you get bored . I love the workers here !! I think you should sign up to come here it’s a wonderful place and it’s safe nobody is disrespectful here, there is polite people here . ❤️

I just got 3 fillings at once and it was amazing! Im a chicken when it comes to needles but Dr. Patel and his assistant were pros to keeping me calm! I was finished in less than an hr I barely felt anything AND it wasnt painful at all! I was very impressed as ive been to other dentists who advertise comfort but dont follow up with it. I can not say enough about the wonderful treatment I received from Dr. Patel, Rudy, Angela, and the rest of the staff at the Friendly Dental Group! I have never had a regular dentist due to constantly having bad experiences with each one I would try. Even when I found a dentist who did a mediocre job, I still felt like I was just a number. I took our 95 year old aunt to her first dental appointment in years and feared that they would find many things that needed to be fixed. Even though they found several cavities, they didn’t recommend filling them because of her advanced age. This made her happy because she didn’t need to spend unnecessary money !They removed one tooth because of a deep cavity, during the same visit which was helpful and saved us time. The whole experience was very pleasant. The entire staff is very friendly, helpful and kind . We saw Dr Patel

Staff were friendly and nice. Dr. Patel did a good job cleaning my teeth and I am satisfied. But I am a little disappointed on how the DA didn’t explain what we’re doing first, not introducing Herself or welcoming a new pt, and how she asked me if I was a new patient (which imo, should’ve been checked before bringing pt in the back). In addition to that, the young lady at the front didn’t explain my treatment plan thoroughly; she basically read the paper to me and did not explain which one is my co-pay vs what ins. Covers, as well as payment plans or options. Nighguard was mentioned a few times but that as well was not discussed when my treatment plan was presented. It was a very underwhelming first visit (considering the fact that the office is rated almost 5 star) but I still appreciate the effort made during my appt.

My family has been using this office for all dental work, we have tried different offices but this one by far has been the best one. Edith is a really sweet person and very professional and has met ours expectations. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone looking for good dental practice and experience!

Dr. Mann (Ironically Female). Is a very pleasant, professional and expert dentist. I had a complicated implant and crown procedure and additional crown made there. The staff is also very kind, friendly, and skilled. Rudy, Edith, Milea and Dina are all experts in their field. I can say that this is the best and most well-rounded dental team and office that I have experienced. Everything was done correctly the first time! The facility is new and very clean. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Mann.

I dont usually post reviews but as someone with a major fear of the dentist, todays experience was life changing! Jane was my dental hygienist and she was amazing! She was so kind and gentle. It was the best experience Ive ever had at the dentist. The office staff is also very friendly and encouraging and made me feel as if Ive been going there for years, though this was only my second visit. I have some follow up visits scheduled and I will continue to use this office, theyre great! :)

Really had a great experience here with my son and daughter ages 12 and 15. They both haven’t been to the dentist in a long time. Both of them had cavities that needed to be filled. Not to mention they both are afraid of needles. So as you can guess im a single parent and had to try to be with both of them at the same time. Dina was really helpful with explaining everything to my 12 year old son and daughter before they did anything. My son threatened to run out the place but once Dina and the great doctor explained every step before they did everything they both were great. Just the way that they made them feel comfortable they both were great with coming back and not needing me in the room with both of them. Bring you kids here! You will love the staff they were really great with getting them both scheduled at the same time.

I made an appointment online here and thought it would be an easy dentist visit . It was everything but. The front desk girl called me for 3 days in a row trying to change the appointment time, as if that wasn’t annoying enough I received a quote of $150 for a cleaning . After they check my X-rays and teeth they informed me that I had no cavities but my bill would be changed and a front desk associate will be in here shortly to discuss, after 15 mins the girl came in and handed me a piece of paper telling me to sign it. It said I now owe $900. When I told her I can’t pay that today she told me to talk to the manager . I spoke to the manager . She was annoyed I couldn’t pay $900 for my teeth and rudely told me she already gave me a $300 discount. The way she talked to me and attempted to handle the situation is laughable. The unprofessionalism at Friendly dental is astonishing . I will NEVER return. And you should never chance such a money driven business.

Regardless of my dental anxiety, the staff made me feel as if I’ve known them forever! I had 4 cavities filled in one sitting and I did not feel 1 thing. Not even now the day after. No pain!!! How incredible is that? Dr. Salone and Rudy make you feel so welcomed, and comfortable. They even let me play some of my tunes while doing treatment. Daniela the office manager went over my treatment plan and was so warm and able to work with me financially. The staff definitely live up to their name. Will recommend to family and friends !

The worst dental experience in my life. I recently moved here and wanted to get back to my regular dental visits. I thought it would be a basic X-ray and cleaning and the doctor comes and gives me his treatment plan if need be. Noooooo I go to my appointment at 9am. Took xrays after xrays, have an hygienist poke around in my mouth for 5 mins for them to tell me the doctor will come and then the office manager will give you a total. No cleaning no nothing... accept a waste of time! Will never recommend this place. I’m not going back. I left at 10:30am and that’s because I asked how long it would take.

One of the first things that I would say about this particular dentist in this group is patience. They were also very customer service oriented warm personalities and for me who has been afraid of the dentist since she was about 15 years old they made this experience God Worthy! Although my fear was of a past fear the present did not even touch that. They were so good until I posted it on my Facebook page I told everyone at my church and will continue to tell even more they were just wonderful wonderful wonderful!

My second review... They did filling on a tooth that needed root canal!!! Dr Webber did 2 fillings within 15 minutes, of course I left very pleased...untill the pain kept lingering and eventually getting worse. I went back and he suggested sensodyne for sensitivity. Went back n forth...long story short, my tooth got infected, I had to take antibiotics and ended up spending $1400 on a root canal. They refused to return my money I spent on the fillings because of the Doctors negligence!
