My favorite dental office ever. I came here after a bad experience at another local office. I have a lot of work I need to get done and they never make me feel bad about it. They let me know what needs to get done and we work together to handle it. No surprises with billing/insurance issues, either.I get nervous before the dentist, but when I sit in the chair my nerves are calmed. I also am squeamish AND require a bit more numbing then most, but they never make a big deal of it - just ask if I need more. Dr. Webb is a magician with the needles, too; you wont feel a thing. They go above and beyond to make me comfortable here. The work is also quick and high quality. All the hygienists and assistants are nice and my primary dentist, Dr. Webb, is the best. Love this place so much.

Was getting a crown re-done and it came out great. I really appreciate how accommodating the team was and how they were able to help me for the issue I had. Thank you!

My personal opinion the best attention you can find is there!! And Maddie is the best dentist I ever had! Súper professional, I’ll recommend her to everybody, I never had a dentist like her so 1000% recommend friendly dental if you want a good service and get out of there happy with a big clean smile on your face.

Friendly Dental definitely lives up to their name! Every time I go, the office staff, hygienists, and Dentists make me feel comfortable and welcomed. The front desk staff is helpful and takes care of Insurance needs. It is clear everyone goes above and beyond so that the patients have a positive experience. The office is always clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this practice!

I am very pleased with my first visit. I have Medicare with dental and they accept it. I had extensive X-rays, met with the hygienist and Dr. Webb. I look forward to my next visit for cleaning. I have no cavities. Good news.

The service here was fantastic wish i would have came here for all my dental experience. The staff was attentive, made you feel value. The nicest group of people, and my cleaning was so quick and easy! I typically hate the dentist, but EVERYONE here is so sweet and genuine. The office was also very modern and sleek, which I quite enjoyed. To quote a review from Donna, my dental cleaning and checkup was almost like a spa treatment! Not even kidding. Recently moved and needed a new dentist, great perk that its walking distant. Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful. Savanna my hygienist was so caring and made me feel like I had been a client for years. Dr. Pierce was so wonderful. Happy that I found my new dentist and dental office.

If I could give this practice 6 stars, I would. Seriously, my visit was almost like a spa treatment. EVERYONE from my arrival to the receptionist to the doctor and throughout the entire visit was so attentive, professional, cordial, and skilled. And in addition to such a great team, the office design has been created to present an ambiance of tranquility and comfort---so that coupled with such a competent team is my kind of medical visit! Yes, it was that good.

Truly blown away with the experience I’ve had with Dr. Pierce, Dr. Webb and the whole Friendly Dental Crew! I hadn’t been to the dentist in almost three years and was really self-conscious of the condition of my teeth. They literally made me feel so welcome and comfortable the whole time, got me back on track with my teeth cleaning schedule, and took care of issues that have been stressing me out for years - all in just a couple weeks. Their techniques and technology are so incredibly advanced that I’ve had fillings and crowns done with no pain (and I have sensitive teeth). I would recommend them to absolutely everyone. This has to be the best dentist that I have ever been to. Everyone from the front office to the dentist was excellent. The work on my teeth (cleaning, filling) was gentle and great. I am so very glad that I found them. O let’s not forget the massage the chair does on your back while it sit.

Ive been going to Friendly Dental in South Park for a year and a half and have had nothing but good experiences. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. My teeth always feel clean and refreshed after a cleaning. And the bonding work they did on my front tooth is amazing, it matches my teeth so well you cant even tell! They went out of their way to make sure I got the care I needed and were super informative in the process. I was a new patient today at Friendly Dental and I had a wonderful experience. I called when they opened and asked for the first available appointment and they were able to fit me in today! The front desk was friendly and helpful when I forgot to bring a needed document. I had a full exam with x-rays. I was a little uneasy because I usually have a terrible time with dental x-rays. I told the hygienist and she made it quick, easy and painless! I saw Dr. Pierce for my exam. She was attentive, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. I was so pleased to finally have a female dentist, in a male dominated field. I would definitely recommend Friendly Dental.

In difficult Covid time, very slowly service because have just 1 doctor for 4 patient at the same time.. risky for us waiting so long time to done the treatment.

I took my son here for his first dentist visit and we had an amazing experience! The office staff was so friendly and knew who we were upon arrival. We had a very short wait time which was ideal with a 3 year old. The hygienist and dentist were great with my son and made it enjoyable for him. Brittney the office manager let him pick a toy out of the treasure chest which he loved....she was so welcoming and imformative. We will definitely be going back!

Excellent service, I had struggled to find a great dentist having moved here recently from another country. Friendly are exactly that! Lovely people, Dr Webb put me at ease and explained the treatment clearly. They managed my insurance situation pragmatically and the Facilty is very modern, hi tech, spotlessly clean. I would recommend highly. The experience here was a million times better than the two other dentists I had visited in Charlotte!

Although I never look forward to going to the dentist and was even nervous going in, my experience at Friendly Dental was unlike any other dentist I have been to. From the moment I walked in the receptionist was extremely friendly and personable and the same goes for the dental assistant and dentist. I left feeling relaxed and positive about the plan they put in place for the work I need done. They also have several different payment otions which help me and were more than fair on their prices!

Being new to Charlotte and finding a good dentist was hard. Brittany is by far the most helpful and honest person Ive met since my move. Shes went above and beyond for me. Dr. Mann and all of the assistants here are WONDERFUL. Great experience!

Beautiful decor, super friendly staff and doctors. I, like many people, am not excited to go to the dentist. It scares me. They were very well educated, made me feel super comfortable, and worked with me. Im new to having insurance so they went over my plan with me and what it would cover with any dental work that would be needed. I am very fortunate to find a dental place that is as clean, friendly, and awesome as this. I highly recommend it.

In the midst of relocating from the UK to the USA, my crown broke. I needed to find a dentist immediately but was apprehensive as I was unfamiliar with the area. I happened to drive by Friendly Dental on Fairview Rd in South Park and was reassured by the name. My experience at Friendly Dental has been wonderful and not only do they provide excellent dental care, they are kind, friendly, and understanding. I highly recommend Dr Pierce and the staff especially Liz, the Office Manager, Dee, the Dental Assistant, & Savannah the Hygienist as well as the friendly receptionist (unfortunately dont remember her name). They live up to their name! Everyone was so nice here and very understanding. My first dentist was very harsh and judgemental about the state of my teeth. Here, they just wanted to help. Everyone I came in contact with seemed genuinely interested in helping me, not judging me. It was great! I had such a horrible experience before that I truly was terrified of coming back to a dentist. Now my opinion has changed. They treated me very well and explained anything I had questions about. I will definitely start coming regularly.

Fantastic experience today at Friendly Dental. This is an even bigger deal for me to express as I fear going to the dentist. Dr. Pierce and her assistant Annis (spelling?) made this emergency visit today painless and sent me home with a temporary crown that feels and fits great. The office manager is also super helpful and navigated my dental insurance despite all Aetna systems being down today. Many thanks to the entire staff, so happy Friendly Dental of South Park is so close to my home.

Highly recommend Friendly Dental South Park.I have a lot of work that needs to be done. I am on limited budget. They offer a discount plan that will save over $ 3,000. And you can make payments!!! What other dentist offers payments?This is all after my dental insurance gets used up. Dental work very expensive and there isnt any real good dental insurance out there. Even Delta Dental, which is what I have.

I had my first (hopefully only) root canal yesterday and this wonderful group of people handled it brilliantly. The whole procedure which actually consisted of a cleaning and scaling went only from 10:40 (I was late) until 12:45. I was pleasantly pleased and recommend them to anyone.

My first visit here (6 months ago) was great, friendly service and painless dental care. My most recent visit left me less than satisfied though, after having my teeth cleaned the dentist spent less than 2 minutes inspecting my teeth, and that was only at my request to look at a tooth I was worried about. Rather than giving a thorough inspection she referred to the x-rays taken the prior appointment (6 months prior). At the time I was happy to get out of the dentists office with such a short trip, however in retrospect Im not sure that I will go back. A complete inspection is the entire reason for going in the first place! EDIT: After posting this Friendly Dental called and rectified the situation by giving me a second exam free of charge. Upped from 1 star to 3.

I went in to have my wisdom teeth removed and a cleaning, and I could not have been more pleased. I was recommended this facility by a friend, and I am recommending it to you! They were all around fantastic -- from my proceedure, to explanation of benefits/patient responsibility, to genuine friendliness and care!

Having a family member who is a Dentist causes one to have very high standards when it comes to dental services. It makes trusting, and being satisfied with, another dental practice quite difficult. A recent relocation forced me into Friendly Dental of South Park for a check-up and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the care I received. The front desk staff are exceptional people and did way more than they needed to helping me track down my insurance plan! The hygentist was very thorough while completeing my cleaning and Dr. Pierce was so welcoming, I felt like I’d known her for years! I would highly recommend Friendly Dental South Park to everyone. Im new to the city, drive by this dentist office every day, & saw that they have 5 star review, so I thought I would try them out for my annual cleaning. I showed up to my appointment about 30 minutes early, because they said the day was going smoothly and they could take me early. Perfect! After I wait for close to 30 minutes to be called back to the chair my technician seemed to not know where any gloves, tools, etc were in the dental lounge. She would come in and then leave, finally after taking my x-rays multiple times it was time for the dentist to come in (which I thought was odd because this usually happens after the cleaning). She checked out my teeth and shortly after the office manager came back to my chair to explain the charges, and told me they ran out of time to clean my teeth. I had been there for over an hour at this point, I was their last patient of the day, and had to wait on all of the clumsiness and theres no time to clean my teeth...the reason I was actually there? She explained typically the first visit they are unable to to clean the teeth, and that someone should have explained this to me when I made my appointment, which they didnt. Needless to say I find it extremely unprofessional to make your patients wait on your unprepared crew, and not be able to provide the service they scheduled. I wont be going back here, its not worth my time.

Terrible. The last time I was there the hygienist was very rude and lectured me the whole time. I have clean teeth and take very good care of them but also clench at night so I have some gum issues. She made me feel like I was a 3 year old being scolded by my pre-school teacher. The next time they called me as I was pulling in to the parking lot to cancel my appointment. Hopefully I can get my X-rays and bring them somewhere else.
