This was my first time using zero res and I will definitely be using them again. The employee was very kind and patient. He did an excellent job cleaning the carpet and area rug. All the carpets look brand new, I’m impressed! Also they did not leave the carpets soaking wet, which I love. Definitely recommend!

Zerorez did an amazing job, I got the same technician that came to my house a few years ago. Super attentive to my needs and understood what I needed. Wouldnt use anyone else. Even telling my parents to call them for there upstairs!

Our couches were in rough condition after never getting them cleaned and with 3 little kids at home. The technician was extremely detailed and took great care of cleaning the couches. I appreciate how he explained everything to me and also identified some old pain stains that didn’t come out. We also pretreated to help prevent stains in the future. This was my first time having carpets professionally cleaned and it was a great experience. The technician called before arriving and then reviewed in person all the areas as well as our concerns before starting. I had 5 rooms, 1 hallway, stairs, and an area rug cleaned. He was very efficient and made sure I was satisfied with the results before packing up and leaving. The carpet was damp as expected but not overly saturated and dried after a couple hours. I would definitely recommend our technician and the company.

We had Artavius J (and another guy, I cant remember his name, sorry!) as our technicians to clean the carpets in a 3BR house we were moving out of on Monday 9/20/2021. They called before the appointment with an ETA, showed up on time, explained their services and what to expect, and got right to work. After a little more than an hour they were finished and the carpets looked years newer - they even removed a few stains that were in the carpets when we moved in that the property management said couldnt be removed! The technicians were both very friendly and professional throughout the entire process as well.Good communication, efficient, and effective, all at a very reasonable price - what more can you ask for when youre getting a service completed in your home? My technician was knowledgeable and professional. Carpets definitely look better then when other carpet company has done it. I can’t comment on the results after they dry because it has just been completed. But, my hope is the results are as advertised; carpets dry quicker, they are not hard/crunchy after, they didn’t use hard chemicals/cleaner, and they remain clean longer. I did elect to get the additional service of sanitizer for pet odor,etc.Overall, my first impression From making the appointment to the technician is the service and initial results were great!

We had an area rug cleaned and it looks 100% clean. The tech who came called to let us know when he would be arriving. He was knowledgeable and personable. I appreciated learning something new today. I have been hearing how wonderful Zerorez carpet cleaning was on 95.1 so I finally decided to give it a try. The guy who came was on time and very courteous. I have no issues with his professionalism but I was very disappointed with the outcome. I responded to a survey the company asked me to complete. The next morning I received communication from the company wanting to make things right. Another representative came out, evaluated my carpet and said he would clean it over.Now I realize it takes more than an hour to clean carpets! Art came in and did a fabulous job. He was respectful, polite, thorough, and courteous. Zerorez uses their own patented formula to clean. There was no chemical smell and the carpets were damp but not soaked. Our rugs were in rough shape- I had tried everything and this was a last resort before replacing. So glad I did. All stains were removed and one in particular very set in coffee stain (that was not able to be removed by other professional cleaning companies) is virtually gone. Very friendly service, was on time and let me know the total cost prior to proceeding. The carpets look great and smell great. He treated 3 areas where we had pet odors. My only complaint would be $60 to treat a very small area, so this added $180 to our bill which seems pretty steep.Overall very pleased with the service

Candidly, called Zerorez because they had the most reviews and the overall rating was near 5. Glad I did. From the first call the guy was great, professional, walked me through options. Came out two days later (next day would have been better, but still nothing to complain about). Alton did the cleaning. Called me 45 minutes before arrival. The guy almost loves his job too much!!! He did a great job with the pet odors / stains and did the cleaning in less than an hour. Great job, was masked the entire time and again.. he loves the company and loves his job. Nice to see that!Couldnt be happier with Zerorez. They say their process is different..something about the water and chemicals.. blah, blah, blah. At the end of day... the carpets are clean, smell is gone and done by a great kid!

Very professional! I would recommend this to anyone who has stains on their carpets and kids/pets. They’re fast, cheap and the carpet is nearly dry when they finish. It only took one person for my home (2 bedrooms, hallway, living room, and dining area) for about an hour and a half. No heavy smells.

Unfortunately there were issues with their scheduling process. I was assured by the scheduler that the Carpet Tech would report to my home between the hours of 2:00-5:00 pm. This was not the case.I prepared my home as instructed and vacuumed my floors. I moved my furniture 2 days earlier so that the Carpet Tech could clean my carpets and leave as quickly as possible.No one showed or called from 2-4:00 pm. I called the ZeroRez Office and spoke with a representative who said that a Carpet Tech would report to my home by 5:00 pm. I asked if I needed to reschedule. I was assured that the Tech was en route and if I rescheduled then he would still show up to my home.After 5:00 pm I received a call from the Carpet Tech who said that he was in NC other side of Charlotte and would not be able to get to my home in SC. He called me back several times to try to coordinate between the main office and me to reschedule the appointment.There were 4 phone calls from ZeroRez telling me they were on the way, there’s a delay, he’s on the way and finally he is not coming as scheduled.The whole affair was exceptionally inconvenient and my Saturday afternoon was wasted. My living room furniture was in my dining room and my loft furniture was moved to my bedrooms.My appointment was rescheduled two days later. I spoke with an Office Rep who claimed that she could only take 10% off for my inconvenience. I told her that would barely cover tax. She continued to hem and haw on the phone and loudly bang on her keyboard. I was told she could remove maybe $20 from the total.The ZeroRez Office staff earns a Zero. It was infuriating to say the least to talk to Customer Service Staff who cannot communicate with customers, respect my time or do service properly.I would be remiss if I did not mention the stellar job by Alton. He did a great job with the carpets and respected Covid mask wearing expectations for my home.Not sure if I will schedule with them again because my time is valuable. Help your office staff!

ZeroRez and our technician Octavious gave our dirty, builder grade carpet new life. Prior to our older dog’s surgery, he had frequent accidents, so we had ZeroRez clean three rooms. Octavious walked us through their process and what we should expect. I’m simply amazed. The carpets look clean and new, even in high traffic areas. And the pet accident smell is completely gone. Had brand new carpets stained with mud on the stairs from move-in and Zerorez cleaned them up thoroughly and even identified spots where I did not notice. I had a few issues with my service today and immediately left an email with the company and asked for a call back but did not get one. One of the biggest long lasting issues is my service was nine hours ago and my carpet is still soaking wet and I worry they used way too much water, because the tech told me it would be dry after four hours. I’m really hoping there’s no long-term damage to my carpets now😞
