My condo burned down 2 1/2 years ago and it is still not rebuilt and they have patiently worked with me and helped me. Everyone was extremely helpful, professional, friendly and efficient. They were promptly trying to salvage as much as possible after the fire. They did a great job cleaning my clothes and protecting my photographs. There was absolutely no smokey smell. I am extremely thankful for their service and I would recommend them to everyone.

I called ServPro of W. Meck. per a neighbors recommendation after a city sewer back flowed into our home. Even though the city had called someone else to remediate the back flow contamination, Craig with ServPro gave me a comprehensive, most valuable, 2nd. opinion at no cost. Not only did he provide credible, data driven info. about my situation, he recommended several service providers to remediate all the other issues related to the back flow. This has been a harrowing experience. Not only can I highly recommend Craig and his company, I will absolutely call them first if/when such a situation occurs again and will continue to call them for other related matters and refer them to others because of their industry knowledge, credibility and primary concern for the well-being of the customer and their property.

Craig & Leigh went out of their way to make an extremely traumatizing incident, bare able and painless. Craig came in on a weekend to receive my car and secure it. Leigh was able to provide more info about my car and the claims process than my insurance adjuster. She even worked with other vendors to complete work that wasn’t her responsibility.Great team that went above and beyond to make me comfortable and confident about this process. Thank you so much. Nobody can truly be prepared for a fire and the damage it creates. But finding professionals that make the process easier and take care of you goes a long way to getting through it. I cant thank Leigh and her team enough for all theyve done for me since then. From packing out, cleaning and restoration, deliveries, and most of all communication. Leigh answered every question Ive had and responded whenever I reached out, which makes all the difference when your world is turned upside down. They even helped correct another companies mistake. Again, this company does all they can to help.I hope you never have to deal with something like this, but I cant recommend Leigh and ServPro enough to help you get through it.

Craig and his crew responded within 2hrs of our calling after our church was flooded from a heavy rain storm. His crew worked tirelessly to remove the water and set up the drying machines. We had our house vandalized/disrespected by a contractor. I needed the service of Servpro and Craig had a team assembled within 2 hours of calling. Drywall dust in every corner of our downstairs/furniture covered with paint, electronics also left uncovered. Everything that was wrong was righted within 8 hours of their team arriving.
