There was a waterline break in the condo above ours which sent water cascading into our condo. SERVPRO arrived quickly, assessed the scope of the water damage and immediately started the drying process. They returned each day to check the progress of the drying until it was done. Then the restoration manager assessed the damage for needed repairs and sent us an estimate promptly. We were VERY satisfied with SERVPRO and highly recommend them.

We found a water leak in our house at 6AM on a Saturday morning and called SERVPRO at 7AM. They informed me that they would have their on call team out ASAP, but they would have them call me prior to coming out with an actual ETA (the initial estimate was 9:30). I received the call at 9, and they were here by 9:30. The clean up/water mitigation crew of Jose, Ryan, and Roman were very professional and took the time needed to ensure the job was done properly. They came back out on Monday, with the production manager Michael, to ensure everything was dry and pick up their equipment. However, out of an abundance of caution after evaluating the damages on Monday they decided to leave their equipment running for an additional day and to come back out again on Tuesday (they easily could have said it looks good enough and were already here so lets go ahead and take everything down). Also, we had a follow up question about a damaged area a couple days later and called Michael, who was at our house 10 minutes after our call to take a look at what we were asking about! This team was very professional, clearly communicated the process, and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the results! I would highly recommend them!

Jay & Huey from Servpro called with an estimated time of arrival & showed up right on time. They sectioned off their work area with plastic to keep the dust down & quickly removed the drywall that was wet. They cleaned up all the debris & set up fans & a dehumidifier to dry out the area of the ceiling & wall that got wet. They taped down all the electric cords to the equipment to prevent a trip or fall & said they would return in the morning to check humidity levels. Both men were very friendly & professional.

After moving into our new home only 3 days prior, we noticed water pouring through the light fixture, into the kitchen, from the upstairs bathroom. We called SERVPRO of NW Charlotte and they came out immediately. Not only were they proficient in setting up the drying equipment, but they took the time to explain the process and what I was to expect over the next few days. They were very respectful of my space (I work from home) and gave me plenty of notice before stopping in to check on the equipment. They were also very respectful of the home itself and made sure not to track dirt throughout the house and to put plastic down before cutting into the ceiling.
