We were very pleased with the service. Chris is a very personable young man and he did a great job. He was even able to remove the slime stain our granddaughters had made! That was worth the entire job as far as I was concerned. There was a strong chemical odor, but we went out to dinner and when we returned it was completely gone. Great job!

DC Chem-Dry does excellent work and does it on time. Their people, from the owners and office staff to the operators, are delightful to work with because of their professionalism and focus on helping their clients. I cannot recommend them highly enough for the value they give. If anything, I would say they under price themselves for the quality of service they provide. I wouldnt consider using a competitor if I had the option of using DC Chem-Dry.

I called DC Chem-Dry to schedule carpet cleaning for our new home based on their reviews. Jackie was a delight to speak with - personable, professional and oddly enough, knew the previous owners of our home. Turns out they used DC Chem-Dry for years and were a favorite customer. I knew right then that I called the right place. I wasnt onsite for the cleaning but was contacted the day prior to confirm the details of the appointment and then again the day of to let me know they were on the way and once everything was completed. They did a fantastic job and Ive hired them again to service my previous home before it hits the market for sale. I highly recommend them and will continue to use their services.

My carpet had lots of dark stains in the high traffic areas. The technician, Chris, was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and cleaned my carpet to perfection. Very good experience. We were able to schedule within a week. They called 30 minutes before they were to be there and did a fantastic job on the carpets. We had some tough stains as we have two kids - and I sometimes spill coffee too - and they got basically everything out. Will definitely use them year after year going forward.

Customer service is one of the most important factors that I look at when deciding on a service. Josh came out to service our house and he was beyond friendly and was very knowledgeable of his products. The service was speedy however, the only downfall was my recliner that my dog had previously marked on still had a strong urine smell. I do know that is not easy to remove and may never actually be 100% removed. Other than that, I would highly recommend this company for your needs.

After calling around to get pricing from several companies I went with DC Chem Dry. The number one reason for my choice was because of Jackie. When I called she was SUPER friendly and professional. Then Brian showed up to do the job. He was SUPER friendly and proffesional as well. I am so incredibly impressed with the service I recieved. DC Chem Dry did a FANTASTIC job on our carpet. We thought we were at a point that we needed to replace it all due to our little yorkies and their teeny weenie bladders! But the carpet looks like NEW!! We usually rent a steam cleaner and do it ourselves but the difference between the steam cleaner and Chem Dry is EXTREMELY different. With steam cleaner it is wet for a LONG time and after a day or so the carpet kinda looks almost as bad as it did before. But here several days after Chem Dry, it looks fantastic!! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Ive been using DC Chem-Dry for years. They always do an amazing job on my carpet. A couple years ago an entire bottle of red wine spilled on my carpet and DC Chem-Dry was out within an hour and got it completely out of my carpet. They are always very professional and leave my carpets looking and smelling fresh. I love that their products are all natural so I dont have to worry about any harsh chemicals around my children.

Incredible service by Brian and the team. Quoted me a price over the phone and honored it upon arrival. The carpets and rugs came clean and they didnt soak them with water... dry in about an hour. I really appreciated them calling ahead to narrow down the time and showing up when they said they would. Really cant say enough good about Brian. Excellent experience and highly recommended.

Very reasonable price for the work done, I paid what I was quoted over email. Did a great job cleaning my carpets, although Im not completely sold on the PURT product they used to remove pet urine odor.. I dont feel like it made much of a difference in the end, but it was worth trying. Otherwise, the cleaning process they use is very good, it dried fast and they didnt have to run long hoses through the house to get the work done.

We moved out of our home and got DC chem dry to clean the carpets and eliminate pet odor in the home. They were very co operative about us being out of town initially. There were 2 stains and still a pet odor in the home when we had our relator and prospective Tennants come through the house. This was a shock because we did not hear anything from the carpet company about places they werent able to completely clean. When I called an informend them about the problems they did come out a 2nd time at no cost to try those spots again but to no avail.The 3 star rating is mainly because we were not told about the areas that they couldnt treat and found out the hard way instead of them telling us and we could have found another company before prospective tennants walked through our home it was quite embarrassing and potentially lost us a Tennant.We did end up hiring a different carpet company to take a look and they were able to successfully remove the stains and pet odor for about the same price, just sad that I had to pay 2 different people.
