The 1 before picture and 3 after pictures do not do justice to the quality and expediency that Kents team performed at my facility. Aaron, Joe and the others truly did a wonderful job with this old cotton storage mill, removing years and probably decades of cotton fibers from the walls, pipes and ceiling. Truly a great experience with all of the staff. I absolutely recommend for any type of cleaning/restoration job.

Extremely pleased from start to finish with Kent and his staff at NewGen Restores. He managed to exceed my every expectation of removing engineered wood, carpet and laminate and then installing LVP. I had a small flood in my home that resulted in a complete tear out of all flooring downstairs to include subfloor replacement and repairs. Most impressive with Kent was his dedication to helping me find a flooring that was high end, scratch and water resistant. Kent meet with me several times to provide me with samples until I found something I liked. The subfloor repair was no easy task and Aaron and his team did a great job making it look easy. The flooring install didnt go quite right the first time, but Kent sent his team out again and made it right with no hesitation and it was worth it! They also cleaned and resealed the tile in the kitchen and it looks great! The Shaw flooring looks great and I get lots of compliments, so thank you guys!

We had a water line break in our home overnight. After getting a plumber out to stop the leak we called our insurance agent. Our agent recommended NewGen Restores for the mitigation, clean up and repairs.NewGen was very responsive and was out that day to assess the damage. They immediately set up dehumidifiers and fans. Once everything was dried out to industry standards, I brought the plumber back in for major repairs.When I called NewGen back after the plumber was done, they were out the next day to start the drywall repair . Aaron and Joe did an excellent job. Both were courteous and on time every day. We were very thankful for the excellent work, craftmanship and urgency to complete our repairs. They were a bright spot in a difficult situation.

We use NewGen Restores to clean our Warehouse floors every three months and they do a great job! The floors get extremely dirty with oil and grease from our machines and forklifts, but after they come and clean, they look like new again! Weve been working with them for almost two years now and have been very pleased!

Kent was extremely helpful! Upon evaluating our stairs, he told me about a stain pen I could use myself to fix the problem, as it was extremely minor - he even demonstrated with a pen he had himself. NewGen recently installed a new carpet in my living room and the results turned out fantastic…even my dogs find it more comfortable than their own dog beds. I came into NewGen after receiving a quote from Home Depot during one of their carpet sales. With the same budget in mind, I received a significantly higher quality carpet, a heavier carpet pad, and spot treatment to the stained plywood underneath with NewGen. I had a poopy carpet emergency (my Roobma robot vacuum rolled over poop and spread it everywhere!) NewGen was able to send out a tech to clean my carpets within an hour. They were honest about the outcome (stains may resurface over time) but I knew this would be the case after doing some research before they came. That is just the nature of carpet. The carpet cleaning was thorough and the tech was polite and professional. My carpets looked amazing and smelled so fresh.Kent, the owner, also came out at my request to give me a quote on refinishing the hardwood floors. He is so incredibly knowledgeable about every type of flooring under the sun. He was patient with all of my questions and answered everything clearly and with tons of detail. There are a couple stains in the wood and he was honest about what the outcome would be.NewGen Restores is the only flooring company I will ever use. Just spoke to Kent Ravaioili, an owner, minutes ago, We had a shower grout repair job that needed quoting and had set aside a 9am appointment. 30min prior telling me that hes busy and maybe this is not tile work for his company - well then why did you set up the appointment, I gave all the details I could up front!?.Dont feel up to honoring an appointment; best you take tile and grout off the site!I set aside the time slot in my busy schedule for this - horrible customer service!And lack of customer service, is never a private conversation thankfully to Google.

Very happy with my carpet cleaning and they fit me in with very short notice. Liz is great to work with!

This was a very poor experience. I had my hardwood refinished. The floors had a slight wave, where the sanding was uneven, but you wouldnt notice it with furniture. They fixed a really bad spot in the floors that I was very happy with as well. It is everything else that was a poor experience. They did not use tape, so every spindle on the stairs and molding has 1inch of stain. When I tried to address this issue, it was ignored. They put holes in the last step of my stairs and a hole in the wall. The carpet on my stairs had to be removed so they could sand and stain the edges. The carpet was barely stapled in, and you could see gaps and pull the carpet up at every step! The hole in the wall was fixed, but my issue is that they sent me a thank you email and an invoice, and when I went into my house I see a poor spackle job on my wall! It was only after I called them that they said they were planning on coming back out. That is when I had to tell them about the holes in the steps that they made. They ended up putting wood putty on them, but didnt paint it. They fixed the hole in the wall, and accidents happen, so I was okay with that as well. The quarter rounds also were stained uneven and look horrible. My comments about the stain on the quarter rounds and the stain on the spindles were ignored. I had to request they come back 2 more times just to staple the carpet down enough so that it looked somewhat as good as before they took it up. Also, the quarter rounds that they put down in front of my backdoor was too high, which meant I couldnt open my door! I had them have come back out to fix that as well. The way they handled communication, and having them come back out several times gave me a poor experience. They left carpet staples all over my front porch and poured out the wood dust in a pile in the front of our house. I would never recommend this company.

Newgen recently did a tear out of existing hardwood floors and carpeted areas downstairs in our home and replaced with new wood flooring throughout. Kent, Liz, and their team are extremely professional and easy to work with. They handled the heavy pieces of furniture they had to move with great care, and they communicated an unexpected delay very quickly, and did everything possible to keep the flooring installation on target. When our family walked into our home and saw the new floors, we were absolutely amazed at how the floors transformed our home. NewGen Restores continues to amaze me with the range of their services and the quality and timeliness of the work: everything from cleaning an individual home or business to comprehensive preparation of an existing home for sale - new floors, new carpet, repainting, deep cleaning and more. I had a home in Weddington that was wonderful house, but some of the maintenance had been deferred as the couple dealt with increasingly difficult Alzherimers. Kent came in and prepared a comprehensive plan for replacing badly faded carpets with wood, deep cleaning carpets on the upper floors, painting two floors.The people who work with his company are all terrific, professional, on time, clean up after themselves. I simply cant say enough. I now use them for cleaning my personal home!

Wanted to right a view on how dissatisfied I am with this company. I used my A+ patience just because I do believe that life happens and things happen and periodically need an opportunity to get it right. The company was unable to satisfy my request. Which I am ok with. But what I had to go through to get that answer was REDICULOUS! I have gotten the bad end of the stick.I reached out to the company to remove the solid paint stain from my deck. I sent over pictures on a Monday morning. I was informed that I would have a response by later that day because Kent would not be in until 10am. No problem. Excited to have him look at it. No Response. I reached out to New Gen the next day. I received an email from Kent at 5:59pm Tuesday asking about the material of the deck. I responded later that evening at 9:50pm. Thinking he would have it first thing that morning. Received no response by email or phone. I called on them later on that Wednesday only to find out that Kent was out of town until Friday. I very patiently said ok. Can you please get something to me. I have other projects to complete with my yard and this is holding the process up (Deck lighting and etc.). They understood. Friday came and I called around Mid-Day. Wanted to give Kent time to do what he needed to do and get settled back into work. I was told I would receive a call later on that day. I was told they close at 6pm. I set an alarm personally to call them back around 5:30pm if I hadn’t gotten a call. I did not receive a call. I called them back and since I had already waited almost a week I was placed on a call with Kent. I was informed that they could do the job a roundabout cost. I agreed and let them know at that time I’m ok with the cost. I just need to get it done. Kent stated that he wanted to get in contact with Technician to confirm a few things. The same day I was giving a call back that the Technician would stop by on Sunday. He was a no show. I called on Monday. I was told that the Technician was busy and he would come out on Tuesday. I was told he came after I had to call them on Wednesday Morning seeking an update because I didnt see where he did. The thing is. I have cameras in the front and in the back of my home with sensors on them to detect any movement. PLUS someone was at my home all day Tuesday. Neither one knows or detected someone coming to my home. On Wednesday 7/24/2019 I was informed that they are not able to remove the stain because the nails are too high and will damage the machine. I do not want anyone to damage their machine. So I’m ok with. But personally I’m not convinced that any one came to my house. None of the cameras caught them. No one rang the doorbell to see if someone was home and my guest that was there did not see anyone. Also the deck was built with screws not nails and are well drilled inside the wood. So maybe they had the wrong house. Not sure. Are they just tired of trying to figure this out and just had to figure out a way to decline the job. Not Sure! Nice People but Service/Communication SUCKS!Just wanted to give my experience with this company. Because I am frustrated trying to be patience with a company I was willing to pay my money to and I end up getting the short end of the stick and it a predicament. Just trying to trust and be patient. Lesson learned if your willing to pay over $1,000 or any amount for a service make sure you’re treated as if your business is wanted. I waited over a week for a NO. 9 Days. When it was lead on to be maybe a day or two for an answer. At that last call I didn’t make a big fuss about it. I did my part as a patient customer and the best way I feel to display my dissatisfaction/frustration is to write this review (which I have NEVER done), post o and let others know about my experience with NewGen Restores.I still believe the company could possibly have done a good job but if you decide to work with them just be prepared to do a lot of the foot work and calling and keeping them on task.BEWARE!

Worst Experience Ever. The owner of this company(Kent Ravaioli) not only doesnt follow through with the promises he makes, but also makes excuses instead of owning up to being in the wrong. Communication is zero on his behalf. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!

Ive been a customer of NewGen Restores for about 2 years now and I have been highly satisfied with every service Ive had. What started as a call to have my carpets stretched 2 years ago before I put my home on the market, finished with almost everything on my to do list completed. They ended up power washing my home, porch, walkway, driveway, deck and patio pavers. My house looked brand new. Its something I wish we would have done when we moved in so we could have enjoyed it. It made an incredible difference. Most importantly, my husband was impressed with how reasonable the price was for the whole job; and he doesnt impress easily! When we moved into our new home I called them once again to clean all the carpets and upholstery. But, the most incredible thing about them is when I needed them in an emergency situation; they came out within 2 hours. My cat was inadvertently locked in a room we dont use very often for several days and had many accidents. I was prepared to rip out the carpet and just live with subfloor for a while. They came out and pulled up the carpet in that area, cut out the damaged padding, cleaned the back of the carpet, replaced with new padding, cleaned top of carpet and put the carpet back as it was before. They even went around with a blacklight to make sure there wasnt any other spots. The owner, Kent, came by to make sure I was satisfied. I will admit; I was worried. For the next few weeks I would go in there and smell that area to see if my cats went back to that area like I heard they might. Im happy to report that they havent. It has been about 6 months since that incident happened. In the near future we are going to replace our carpets with hardwoods and of course NewGen will do that project for us too.
