I used the South Charlotte Banquet Center for my 60th Milestone Celebration in August 2021. It was the perfect facility for me and my guest. Anne the Event Manager and her daughter was wonderful to work with . I would highly recommend this facility for your next small to medium event. I will definitely patronize them again for any event that I may have.

Was here as this is the location of a cotillion class I enrolled my son in. Looks like a nice place to hold a banquet or gathering

Me and my husband had our wedding here in April of this year 2021. Everything was so beautiful just like we imagine them to be. Anne and her team was amazing. If you are looking for a place for your wedding/event here is where its at. We were able to have our wedding outside and our reception inside. The weather was perfect and so was everything else.

South Charlotte Banquet Center is amazing. I got married here on June 12 2021 and everything was perfect. Anne is an very friendly helpful women. Her and her team help to make my day very special. If we ever have another big event im definitely booking with them.

Retirement party. The room was the right size for the party. Nice dance floor. The lighting was too dim, but maybe that was the request of the hostess. There was plenty of parking. I would consider having a party there.

I love South Charlotte Banquet Center! I am currently taking classes at Superior School of Real Estate.Our class is so large we had to move the classes over to SCBC. Its a great place for any occasion. The banquet hall itself is gorgeous. The entire facility inside and out are well maintained. Plenty of parking. Nice looking bar. Employees are friendly and always waiting to service you. As I stated before, its perfect for any occasion.

Unfortunately I have to come back and update my review. Anne and her staff are professional, however, she changed once she received full payment. The day of the rehearsal she was very off putting and snippy with our wedding party. The day of the wedding Anne made several guest feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, my wife had a dress malfunction before the wedding which delayed it 45 mins and Anne became very off putting. While I enjoyed the venue and those attended our wedding I honestly can say I wouldnt recommend this venue to anyone for future events.

Anne and her team are wonderful! We had a great time at our daughters wedding this past weekend. The team there took great care of us from the planning the event, throughout the event, and after. All had a great time! The venue is in a great location and just the right size! I will for sure recommend this location to anyone I hear looking to host an event. Thank you Anne and team for taking such great care of us and for the wonderful night!

Great venue for training! WiFi signal was a little spotty but we had over 100 students in our class so that’s understandable. Recommend using your phone as a hot spot. Very accommodating with beverages and clean restrooms. Highly recommend!

The best choice for our high school reunion we could have made. Reasonable prices, and a more then accommodating representative.We got compliments all night about the venue and how prefect it was for our reunion, everyone loved it. We went to the banquet center for a private church event and was surprised by the ambience. Were looking forward to an anniversary party at this location at the end of the month. Spacious, clean restrooms, plenty of parking, convenient location in South Charlotte. Will definitely keep it in mind for our own private functions.

At LK Productions DJ Entertainment Company, we always call all of our venues and vendors one week in advance to discuss the final details of all events. We worked at South Charlotte Banquet Center earlier this year providing DJ service for a wedding and reception. I met with the Wedding Coordinator Ashley for a tour. The day of the wedding the staff was very organized and accommodating. Highly recommend for any special event.

Held my 50th anniversary this weekend at the venue. Service was greatfriendly and courteous staff. Held my vow renewals on dance floor with quick change over for 70s style reception. If I have another affair it will be held here. Everyone had a great time.

We have been working one on one with Anne and Ashley and we have had nothing but the best experience so far. They have provided great advice on vendors, decor, and all the little details we were concerned about. Our wedding is coming up in April and I couldnt be more pleased, and I cant wait to enjoy the final outcome.

I cant thank SCBC enough for helping me plan the Tea Party baby shower of my dreams. Anne and Ashley were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful in ensuring every detail was taken care of - from beginning to end. Kindell was our assistant for the event and attended to every need we had. The facility was absolutely beautiful. It was a very stress-free experience. My family and friends loved the atmosphere. My daughter recently had her sweet sixteen here. I have to say, this is the place to have your event. Ashley and Ann were wonderful! They helped me by providing a list of providers for my event (extremely helpful). They also answered all of my countless questions right up to the day of my daughter’s party. A++ Service!! My event planner even said, Ann was so nice and helpful!! SCBC is just beautiful from the banquet hall to the patio!! My daughter and her guests had the best time at her party!! I am the President of the Golden Retriever Rescue Club of Charlotte. We have rented this facility twice for charity events and were treated respectfully and professionally. The facility was conveniently located for the majority of our members and guests and the cost was significantly less than the nearby hotel (Ballantyne) with similar room, food, etc. The cost of liquor alone was probably at least 25% less and they had a good array of choices, particulary in beer.We would be delighted to host another event at this location.In fact, we are considering it for a gala in the next year or two.Gene Fitzpatrick

SCBC facility manager Ann Robb, was extremely rude to my guest. She discussed private financial information with my guest and outside staff on the day of my wedding. Several of my guest and outside service professionals reported that she made rude and prejudice comments. Ive never experience such rude and poor customer service in my life.

The SCBC is an awesome place to hold a party. Anne Robb worked well with all of my vendors including our caterer, photographer, party planner, videographer, etc. When we walked in to the SCBC we were in awe. The place looked unbelievable. Bringing your own food or caterer saves a ton of money that would be spent by having your event at a hotel. I will absolutely contact SCBC first for any future events we have.

I am an independent business owner for ACN. On March 27, 2011 I hosted a viewing party of the Celebrity Apprentice since the product being demonstrated that night was ACNs video phone. The banquet facility manager Anne Robb took care of everything from the food, having TVs available to watch the show in both the main room and the lounge and making sure we had an internet connection for a live demonstration of the video phone during the Celebrity Apprentice. Everything went smoothly and everyone, including our customers, enjoyed the entire evening. Thank you so much Anne!!
