Nice facility, Decent location to main roads. But, This is the second time in the last few years I have went to this place for an event and the overhead equipment did not work and they were not able to use them. Time was wasted by the renter trying to fix or get them to work. These things should have been verified by the staff earlier in the day to assure they were working properly before the event. Time and money had been spent on the presentation.

Awesome staff! Extremely helpful and friendly. Space comes with many items to help enhance the decor of the event. We could get the sound or the projector to work. We brought a slideshow on our laptop, but ended up not being able to show it to our guest. Otherwise, this venue was exactly what we needed.

Beautiful venue for a reception or party. I love the stone work hardwood floors and stage. Ive worked numerous events and its such a great backdrop with a relaxed feeling in a pretry cool historic building. I think it may have been built the the Civilian Conservation Corp but not sure. Looks like their work. Check it out.

I am a Day of Coordinator. John and Gretchen were great resources to have at the venue the day of the wedding reception. Gretchen in particular met me prior to the event and was super accommodating to my bride and myself. Gretchen was a pure delight to work with. The venue has natural beauty and you get a bang for your buck. The venue come with tables, chairs and decor.

We held our wedding reception at the palmer building and were so happy with it! They are VERY easy to work with and extremely accommodating. There is a lot you can do with the space and it definitely had the cozy vibe we were looking for. The outdoor space is lovely for cocktail hour. Highly recommend!

Allie has been wonderful to work with. She patiently answered our questions and guided us through the booking process. The venue is beautiful, with places for photos. I also like how hard the staff worked to help us with decoration on the day of the wedding--something I didnt expect.

This is a great Venue!! This is the first place I visited when I started my search. But after looking at a few others, came back because this was my favorite! (and also in our budget). We had an outdoor ceremony and were able to have our reception inside. We loved the all in one location, especially since we had a lot of out of town guests. It was perfect. I cannot express how grateful I am to The Palmer for making our wedding unforgettable. Anjie did a fantastic job of making me feel at ease with all the decisions and stress wedding planning can bring. From day one, they were very helpful in answering all of our questions and were informative with all of the hidden costs that can come with a wedding. The venue is unique in its castle like appearance from the outside and very welcoming and intimate on the inside. This is an amazing venue for the price (you get the site for the whole day) and they were very accommodating to all of my requests. I would recommend to any bride or event planner.

I didnt know what this place was and I pass by it all the time. I came here for the Brunson wedding and this place is beautiful on the outside. We sat on the lawn for the wedding and it was a gorgeous day for it. The inside was decorated nicely and the set up was good. If I have an event I would definitely look into this place.

The Palmer building is the perfect location for a soriee. The blank canvas can be transformed to your liking and parking is plentiful.

What a great Blank Space when you need something for photoshoots, this was really a good idea

This is where we had prom this year and it was great! The theme was Enchanted Forest and this building looks like a castle so it was perfect and we all had a lot of fun.

Excellent facility for parties, receptions and other events.

Didnt get a chance to enter the building for an event held by our congresswoman because there was very limited parking. Had to go home, because there was no parking available.
