They have great waitresss working at this location. Yankees are clean when you seat yourself. The bar is always clean no mess. Food well cooked. Breakfast is like having brunch.

Food was really really good! I love how clean the environment was. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I cant get enough of this southern cooking mannn!!!!!!! Remember if you come to an a restaurant on a very busy day with a wait, you dont know if they are short staffed, or if they are behind on some things, while still trying to be there for all of us. Be mindful yall and come with an empty stomach!!!!

The food tastes horrible. The leave the same food sitting around longer than it should. The service is terrible. I and my kids asked for steak RARE, they kept trying to give more than well done except for the guy trying to give me a steak RAW. There was rotten food laying around the edges of the floors. I even saw a roach. The food is played in by other customers, and is not refreshed. The restrooms are not very clean. I couldnt get a picture of womens restrooms due to being a male And the employees just want to argue with you. I left an all you can eat buffet hungry. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Food was good, but not a large selection like I thought it would be. My kids loved the idea of eating as much as they want, especially the desserts! They cant wait to go back again.

Got lunch for my mom and myself to go. They had a decent salad bar. Was missing some of my favorite items. I got there after 1pm, so some of the hot items were empty. Did get fresh chicken and fish. The baked ziti was pretty good, but the noodles were a little overcooked for my taste. I hate the were out of carrot cake, but settled for the chocolate cake. Over all pretty satisfied.

The food was delicious. The food is always delicious no matter what location. Our server didnt initially come to our table to provide our drink orders. Then, I asked for coffee, but they didnt have any clean coffee cups, so I was served my hot coffee in two stacked kids cups. The server didnt ask me beforehand if I wanted to drink my coffee like that (I would have said No). She only explained it after she brought it like that. This location wasnt too crowded. My family and I enjoyed ourselves.

I appreciate the staff and the food is OK. Its standard Golden Corral quality and price. It is smaller than most other Golden Corrals. The bar is sufficient. The employees are very nice and if you want/need to make sure your family leaves the restaurant full and content, this establishment wont disappoint in that regard. One knock I do need to mention is the ice cream machine. It hasnt been fully operational the past few times Ive been there, and the toppings are lacking. Overall, standard buffet with great staff.

My all time favorite place to eat since we moved here we make it a weekly dinner date for my self and husband

I usually dont do buffets because I dont want to go out to eat to fix my own plate. They were having a celebration for my aunts birthday. I will say the staff and manager did a good job accommodating our family. The food wasnt that good, but some of my family seems to like it.

The fish was real tasty, it has a lot of flavor. But baby, let me tell you about that STEAK. That meat was so juicy and tender. The seasoning was just right. It felt so good to have some delicious food.

I love this GC buffet. The employees are nice especially the young lady at the register. The food was freshly cooked. Clean restaurant. The ladies restroom was immaculate and it smelled sanitized...clean. Our waitress was really sweet. We tipped her nicely. If you want good food at a reasonable price come here. Ill give our experience 5 star.

Not really a great value. Went for breakfast at 10:30. Most of the line was already set up for lunch. Manager stopped by to check on us and every other table, but obviously did not really care what any one had to say. When we mentioned we came for breakfast and thought they served until 11:00 but that lunch was already set up...he said in a quick bored tone...there is a station open for breakfast (I got the impression he had heard this comment frequently).If you are going to advertise breakfast...you should have it available.

Majority of the food was gone and they only restocked a few things. Pizza was gone when we got there and didn’t restock the whole time we were there a long with a lot of food. The food we did get was ok. Definitely not worth the price. The waiter was super nice though.

And to their credit, I did hear that they are a little short-staffed, but a third of the pans do not have anything in them, and its not that people were changing them out and putting other stuff in it, theyre just completely devoid of food. And I mean that across the board, the salad bar is depleted, the Mexican food is empty, no fish, no shrimp, no Burgers, no pizza, and the vegetables are empty.

I was highly disappointed, tbgg e food was either over cooked or dried out the salad bsr had chicken cubed that was spoiled. The only thing nice about this location was the dining room attendant, she was polite and her service in a timely manner.

Clean, reasonably priced. Fairly good selection on the buffet bar. The fried okra had been out too long and was soggy. Ice cream machine was out of ice cream. Our server was spot on with refills and cleaning the dishes. Id give a 3.5 I overall.

The entire time that we sat at our table and had our dinner the waitress did not serve us at all she never asked us how we were doing or what we were drinking she serviced the patrons around us but not our table we had retrieve our own drinks. Needless to say no tip was left..

The buffet area was kept clean during our lunch visit, which isnt always the case at large buffet restaurants. I made some awesome fish tacos and pulled pork jalapeno sliders.

I love this buffet because of the variety (steak, salads, desserts, veggies, pork, southern based sides, breakfast items)! Everything you desire at breakfast, lunch, and supper.

The food was ok, it not season at all the service was great. Our server name was Mary, she did an excellent job in taking care of us and it was 12 in our party.

For lunch me and my husband came for lunch and I went to make a salad and the chicken was old and tasted like it was old. It was slimy. I mentioned it to a manager and she did not change anything out. The okra my husband had was hard and cold like it was sitting before we got here. Disgusting only thing I ate was the seafood salad

This is the Golden Corral near IKEA in Charlotte, went with my mother-in-law and sister-in-law. We were starving and for the most part it was ok. The cooked cabbage was under cooked and the service was slack. I guess it just depends on which location you go too.

This was horrible so during this pandemic I have been going to the matthews location SUPERB!!! TONIGHT was horrible nothing was full and if it was there it looked like it wasnt prepared correctly my son waiting 10 plus minutes for a slice of pizza that was just sitting waiting to be put out for customers the manager walked by and I asked for the pizza he said someone will get it and walked off smmfh definitely going back to matthews shame on you n tryon!!! Ooooooh and the person who was supposed to be getting the food put out was snacking with gloves on and putting dishes out smmfh

The food was mediocre best 😑 they ran out of food and it took some time for items to be replaced, we were disappointed with both the food and the service.

The food was super delicious . The only problem that I saw was kids running around the restaurant and small kids getting their own food and wasting it all over the floor.

Went for breakfast and it was delicious especially the fried fish (i love it) the French toast with strawberries and whipped cream. They kept running out of food that should tell you something. Definitely will be going again.

It was clean..me and my family meal came up to $35 I gave the cashier $40..the cashier was confused as to how much change I was to get back smh... Other than that it was great

Food not as good as it use to be. Food need to be hot hot. And too many children going to the bar because their parents are lazy. Restaurant was pretty clean. And it look like less food. Still would go back less often.

Waitress was great and the food exceeded.our expectations. Only two problems. Steak grill man was semi rude and shrimp pan stayed empty. I had a gift card that had expired while they were closed due to covid and management refused to honour it. I was instructed to contact corporate, even though it was purchased at this site.

The food was hot. Some of the salad condiments needed refilling. The steak was delicious without any sauce.

This my 1st time visiting Golden Corral at this particular location and I love how they operate. The food was great! The place was clean! I witness two customers that had a complaint which a manager immediately approached the parties and satisfied their request. Which means the manager cares about their customers and that is more important to me than anything else. I will be coming back.

I just moved from Florida 🧁 I will say the staff was very accommodating 💯 especially our waitress itze she was amazing 👠🍓💯💋 the food actually taste clean 🥰💯 I would definitely return at least once a month 💋 the watermelon was sooooo sweet and juicy the shrimp & fish was delicious🥰🍓🍒✔️ I wish they had more food for us pescatarians🤪 the manger was super cool and funny 💯💋 the host and waiter was really concerned about me liking the food service etc.🧁🍓🍒 Im beyond pleased 💯✔️🥰

My nephew be cooking great steaks and the service is ok, but the chicken could be cook alittle better. The fish is descent though...

1st time out to eat since COVID, I was a bit nervous but the service & atmosphere were comforting & I enjoyed it!

Place was filthy, food was trash, cant comment on the server, never showed up.

Open for dine in with all amenities to keep everyone safe. Ofcourse with any buffet its a hit and miss on quality with whatever you pick (it was the spinach for me). All in all its just great to have a buffet open.

Perhaps it is due to covid 19 and things reopening, but this Golden Corral was not very clean today. The ladies bathroom was a total disaster inside the stalls. My stall wouldnt open and there was no way I was getting on that nasty, wet, dirty, poop floor to crawl under. Had to kick slightly on the door to unjam it. The carpeting was dirty and things like paper used napkins were thrown in some places in the restaurant. I felt sorry for the people working there due to the unsanitary restroom. It was a tad busy in that all tables being utilized were full and the ones being social distanced were not, but it wasnt so busy as to create such a cleaning issue.I do understand that covid has made many places short staffed though and also made many workers hesitant to touch or clean.
