Trustworthy! Mr. Jarrell is a true problem solver, which is becoming a very rare trait across many industries....so it stands out. Take your car to see someone who cares and has many years of experience. Many members of my extended family have used his services over the years-so glad I found my way to his shop in a time of need. Nothing in business outshines honesty, expertise and critical thinking skills. On top of that, it felt very easy; akin to having a family member taking care of my car. The shop is off of Old Pineville Road next to the light rail parking for Woodlawn... it sits back from the road, so slow down as not to miss it.

Called and they gave 1 quote and time estimate over phone. Arrived at location and was treated nasty. Without even looking at my vehicle said It would take all day, alot involved ect... Got the impression they did not want my business. Racist.
