Two broken side mirrors and many surface scratches. Ive been a member for years. My mirrors use to fold in but since the wash, they no longer fold and make a buzzing sound. Along with hundreds of horizontal searches on the roof of the car. But its convenient and the workers are helpful and polite.

After my bad experience I reached out to Jory who did a report and sent it to regional and they will contact me in a few days,but it was more like a couple of hours a real nice man by the name of Dylan Morales heard my issue said he would send someone out to check on the equipment at that location and then take care of my next wash. Thanks Jory and Dylan for the quick response back great customer service that you two showed me will make me continue using this car wash.

Its okay I guess.. I feel like their blowers need work theres always more water left over then it should be. I guess for $20 I just expect a better out come. The Mister in Palmdale is better and allows for more room when pulling into line .

Love this car wash my boyfriend n I keep a monthly access account for a set price n we can go thru and wash our car as many times a day as wed like plus after the wash you get a wax plus have access to vacumes for the inside.

Living in New Mexico they had Mister Car Wash everywhere. Its funny they have them here in Lancaster cause I havent seen them in LA . Not a bad car was does the job. If you wash your car here I recommend getting the monthly promotion.

Their carwash broke my side mirror clean off yesterday. As a person thats been getting my car washed there for a couple months now and never had any troubles they still tried to say its my fault. My mirror was perfectly fine before going into your carwash. I promise Ill never go back again 🙃‼

Paid 18$ for a wash that was just like a 7$ gas station wash. Car still had dirt, spots and dryer doesnt dry all that well either. But, its a drive thru carwash what can you expect

When I first started using Mister car Wash which was first called cruise through it seemed as if the car came out a lot cleaner and wasnt pushed through so quickly! The one on East avenue j when I take my car through it every time theyre still dirt and debris its just not worth me going there anymore because its a repetitive thing theres usually soap said still on my windows dirt on my rim still when I use the tire shine it doesnt cover the tire completely so I would rather go pay nine more dollars to a professional car wash that does everything themselves including vacuuming cleaning the rims by hand and windows after it comes out of the car wash your quality of service is not the same

Nice, quick and easy car wash. Prices are affordable. You get to vacuum your car for free. The vacuums need more air pressure.

I lost an emblem on the front, my antenna was hanging by the time we came out, and I noticed whatever they sprayed on my hood on my way in had taken my paint off. I went back to complain and all they offered was another car wash. No thanks.

I pay $29.99 a month for the Ultimate Car Wash (wash, wax, undercarriage wash, wheels washed, tires shine and free un-timed self-service vacuums) and there is no limit on how many times I can get her washed in the month either. Definitely worth the money at least in my humble opinion. Lancaster on Ave J west of Sierra Hwy and Palmdale, 10th St. West south of Ave P next to Trader Joes. No I didnt get comped for this review, I wish I did though. P.S. the pictures of the wrecked car was just a little joke of mine. BTW I was driving that car when I got hit in the right quarter panel causing it to roll and flip about 6 times. Broke my neck in 3 places, 9 ribs, my Sternum, punctured a lung, broken collarbone and suffered severe head trauma, resulting in permanent brain damage which is why I do these reviews. Not much else I can do after all that.

I have that pass where you pay 19.99 all month long. I think its really convenient to purchase. I have a white kia and it gets pretty dirty at times. I love it cause you can stop by off sierra and ave J to get your car washed. All I have to do is drive up and it scans my code on my windshield, and BOOYAH! My car looks super clean when its all done. I would recommend this car wash to family, friends and even strangers...👍🏻

It would be nice if the water wasnt so dirty. I can wipe down my car after the wash and i find where water runs out of cracks that I cant reach and it dries on my car and its white.

My experience was terrible got in the car wash the roller didnt work my car bump another car just got my car smog and oil change no problem they had to push me threw the car was and after that my device light came on car still have soap on it just very angry with them

I just leased a new car and of course I thought getting the membership would be good here to keep my car clean. I have been to each location and was told this one washes better. I ended up with more scratches on my car that I cant rub off. Disappointed. Also the vacuums dont work well either.

I have a membership here and I can say that it does Justice to my car and give my car a glow the only downfall is it does not dry my vehicle all the way in sometimes it still leaves stain marks on my windows I wish they would have somebody at the end do a final touch up for you if youre going to be paying for a membership thats the only downfall

Went here for the first time after reading mostly positive reviews. Was in a rush and wanted a quick car wash. I gave one star because I had to to post the review. The reviews that mentioned tiny scratches on their vehicle. I should’ve listened to. When I went to dry the car off there was no room and I ended up in the Carl’s jr. parking lot. I noticed scratches on the trunk and fin of the car as well as tiny scratches all over the over the car. I went back and talked to someone who was nice enough but basically said there was no way their machine had done that damage. I just got the car and the trunk and fin and other portions of the car were painted by the dealership a week ago. The guy who helped me proceeded to take pics and said a “claim” would be processed but after reading the other reviews regarding claims I’m sure they’ll say it wasn’t their machine. I have a felling I’m going to be stuck with my trunk with visible damage and marks where the paint was removed when I went through their car wash. They did cancel the membership and refund my money but it won’t fix my trunk and I wish I would’ve washed the car myself. I will not ever take one my vehicles to one of their car washes again.

Get some new employees. Its a easy job if you arent lazy.. their machines are way out of calibration and theyve been my license plate the last two times I came here and dont even touch the passenger door with brushes. The place is going downhill fast

Im kinda feeling a little ripped off at the service at the Lancaster location. The place lacks that excitement of the drive through Car Wash experience like the Palmdale location for the moneys worth. The lack of a theme and Led light show is very disappointing. A number of the motorized rotating scrub brushes Swing wildly missing my vehicle the blower leave a lot of beaded water droplets on my windshield and hood of my vehicle. I shouldnt have to go to the Palmdale location to get my moneys worth. Sheeesh!

Definitely like this drive thru car wash but miss the $20 platinum wash that is now $30. Love the fact that its unlimited and being able to use the vacuums.

I am a Unlimited Member with Mister Car Wash. On 1/15/20, I arrived at 7:40pm for a car wash since their website says they closed at 8pm. When I arrived, there was blue cones blocking the driveway and employees cleaning inside the car wash. If this car wash closes earlier than 8pm, please update you Google listing. Thank you.

The most basic wash is priced at $7. Didnt even dry the car right. And the vending machines for towels and air freshener ate my money.What I am giving a good review for is an employee named Junior.You see, as I was vaccuming my car never noticed the fact that my car battery died out. So when I finished, I ended up being stuck there for awhile with my restless kids.I asked Junior if he had any cables. And he basically told me that not to worry about a thing, and hell help me out with my car.What great service.

The staff are friendly and when one of the washing machine parts took a piece of my vehicle trim off the Manager was super nice and replaced the part for me. I had a bad experience at the other location, so having a great experience at this location always had me coming back. I really like this Mister Car Wash location.
