Jose Rodriguez and team were amazing to work with! We had extreme water damage to the entire back of our multi-story home and Best Cleanup was recommended to us by a contractor we have frequently used. He reached out to Jose for us and Jose was out same-day. He has an amazing background and was able to determine the damage to our home’s structure and had a framing crew out to install temporary support so as to not have any additional structural damage. The next day the framing team was back to “re-build” our house as a result of the water damage. Jose was able to assist in determining the cause of the water damage and worked with us to correct. Additionally Jose worked with us as we made an insurance claim to ensure that all issues were identified and shared with the insurance adjustor.Best Cleanup and Jose Rodriguez are the best in the business. While I hope to never have to use their services again as I did this time😄 if you ever find yourself in an unexpected situation as we did, your first call needs to be to Best Cleanup. Our upstairs bathtub had a leak that caused so much mold within our walls that spread in places we weren’t aware of, so thankfully Jose and his crew made sure all of the mold was found and our walls were restored perfectly. Best Cleanup performed work at my house that included drying out the floor, replacing the linoleum in three rooms, and replacing the baseboard and shoe mold. They did a very good job, and kept in contact through the entire process. Recommend!!!

I run an apartment complex, I had a unit flood and the guys from Best Cleanup arrived quickly and took care of the problem.They extracted the water and assessed the damage.Fans were left to dry out the carpet and they returned the next day to replace ruined padding under the carpet.I highly recommend these guys if you are in need of emergency service.
