Just when youre ready to pull out your hair you might get a company rep to show up and actually do something other than dish out empty promises.Restore Pro is terrific at paying lip service, scheduling work to be done then not showing up. No phone call, no Sorry, cant make it, nothing. This company has gotten too big for its own good and my recommendation is use a smaller company.One positive note I must point out - after waiting for months, when I was on the brink of finding another company and about to report Restore Pro to the Better Business Bureau, my job was assigned to Kyle VanAernum. He was the first Restore Pro employee that took action. He coordinated the necessary work crews and in less than a week my house was back to normal. Restore Pro owes Kyle a huge debt of gratitude - I certainly do.

RestorePro has helped me out numerous times always with professionalism and great customer service. When we bought our home we had some repairs that had to be done and they had Landon come out and get us an estimate to submit for reimbursement in negotiations and it truly helped and then the teams that came out to do the repairs were timely and efficient and worked around our schedules. Josh recently came and fogged my business due to potential COVID exposure. He was polite, educated and arrived the same day as my request. Lastly, Brian has always and continues to be helpful in all areas of the business. From answering my many questions, sending me recommendations on repairs and always taking care of my clients when they have a claim. We had water damage by our sliding glass door and our State Farm rep put us in touch with RestorePro to help us with the damage and claim. They worked like a well oiled machine walking us through the claim process, working with our insurance adjuster, getting the estimates for the damage and repairs over to the adjuster quickly, and then getting all of the vendors lined up and work completed right on schedule once the claim was approved. Everyone I spoke to at RestorePro was professional and knowledgeable. Jessie called my insurance agent when the adjuster initially denied a hotel stay during construction and he made sure the hotel stay got approved for us. Thank you for caring and making that happen Jessie! Our project manager, Kyle, was fantastic! He had a wonderful work ethic, great communication and very fast getting questions answered. He even got all of the work done before I gave birth, which was a challenge for them & the vendors, yet he made it happen. I am in the process of working with RestorePro, and so far they have truly been amazing! I woke up to a flooded kitchen last week at about 0530, and they had someone in my house ready to start the drying out process by about 8am. They were extremely quick to respond, and have been the same when it has come to any further questions since the initial incident. I only had the misfortune of allowing them the opportunity to repair my home after they backed their truck into my house while working on my neighbors house. Although they did contact me quickly to take responsibility, it is still a month later and my house is still damaged. They half as*ed the work they did as well as left dozens of nails in my driveway. When I contacted them again about the problems they sent 2 guys that only repaired 1 of the 5 issues that I expressed problems with. I should have had contractors I trust do the work and sent them the bill. At this point I will just pay my roofer to come fix my 7 month old roof and redo the unacceptable fascia and soffit work. Oh and I guess I will paint the railing that there workers damaged.

RESTOREPRO Reconstruction to us on April 29, 2020 to do a water mitigation claim and its October 30 2020 and the claim has not gone through and our bathroom is still stripped unable to be used. Joe Plaza-Collazo (Project Manager) according to the insurance company is not sending up a document up properly filled out because thats how he has always done it and he hasnt turned in the proper paperwork yet. Joe Plaza-Collazo is failing to adjust to the times and it looks like we are paying the price for his ego as it seems because he doesnt want to change the document to the proper insurance companys acceptable format. RESTOREPRO Reconstruction is making up a different excuse every time we call. RESTOREPRO Reconstruction has been scheduling out 6-9 weeks for a while now. RESTOREPRO Reconstructions management, from top to bottom, has failed to address and take action to fix this issue. RESTOREPRO Reconstruction every time we call, tells us that certain individuals will return our call and they never do. RESTOREPRO Reconstruction has failed on all the levels that a company is supposed to service. Customer satisfaction, Services, capabilities, attentiveness and ETC. RESTOREPRO Reconstruction is a complete FAIL.UPDATE: My Plummer called up RESTOREPRO Reconstruction to express our frustration and RESTOREPRO Employees seemed bothered that we where calling them. Every one we spoke to was giving us a different excuse (That my pregnant wife that gave birth in the middle of this mess was a liar and that she was trying to force them to commit insurance fraud when all she wanted was forThe job to be completed and she offered to pay out of pocket; another person told her that the customer account had been closed in June and no one communicated that information to the customer every time she called every week or two to follow up). A manager gets our contact information and tells us he’s heading over at 8AM, at the end of the day a new person that had just started working for this company let’s us know she’s on her way to see the bathroom, to FINALLY give us a properly filled out estimate with missing items and to let us know that they could still do the job depending on availability to do the project.RESTOREPRO Reconstruction visited the site they where supposed to finish months prior with excuses, nothing to show but a basic estimate that shouldhave been produced months prior. We did not feel cared for, prioritized and respected. Zero explanations where given, they didn’t know anything and I could clearly see that no one was going to be held liable for this Disrespect and horrible customer service towards a pregnant woman trying to get a bathroom fixed on her own.

I called restorepro reconstruction after my basement flooded from my dishwasher. Restorepro responded within an hour and started to remove the water and clean up the mess. They set fans and dehumidifiers to start the drying process the same day. Restorepro really shined during the entire repair process. The constant communication with Josh and project managers made this entire disaster seamless. Highly recommend.
