They rate a 10 STAR rating! They stand Head and Shoulders over their competitor.s. During their inspection, they found water and moisture in 2 walls. Sections of 2 walls ( 2 rooms)and flooring in a bathroom were removed. Specialize equipment was used to dry out the walls.They responded quickly, explained what they would do and was reasonably priced,Not only were they professional and courteous, but they made sure we were pleased with the results.It is hard to find good service people in any industry. Make sure you put this company in your Best of the Best list!!!This is the second time we have used them.They are exactly who you need when an emergency occurs.

It was somewhat surprising that the person I talked to on the phone to set up the sanitation appointment was the same person who came to do the job. So often a less professional employee is sent to do the job. This was not what I experienced with Servpro. The 2 woman crew arrived when expected and got right to work. I was given good details over the phone as to how to prep the area. The entire experience was stress free.

I so appreciated the professionalism of SERVPRO of South Mecklenburg County. I found them through the Nextdoor Neighbor website, and so glad I did. Everyone I dealt with, from my first phone call with Anne-Marie, to the three guys who helped deal with my wood floor damage from the cracked toilet flange were great - personable, reliable and diligent. They were here when they said they would be here, and they completed the work in an efficient manner, leaving everything in the best condition possible for the new floor installation in my powder room.. From the first touchpoint to the last, and all through the cleanup and remediation, the team was prompt, professional, and courteous. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and each step of the process was clearly explained and made as transparent as possible. I called ServPro to hire someone to diagnose water damage at my house. The agent picked up immediately, since it was an emergency on a weekend, I was pleasantly surprised. The inspection was free and they accommodated my schedule. Although I didnt end up using the service, they were very helpful and provided me with all of the information I needed to make a decision. Will be calling them back for sure!

This company was a blessing to me and my family. Their service was amazing and is only outmatched by their kindness. I wasnt able to go with my wife to pick up our furniture due to work and their men and women loaded and unloaded all of our furniture for her (shes pregnant). On top of this, our furniture came out brand new and we felt as though we had made friends. 10 out of 10, and I would refer anyone to this company. Friendly, efficient and most of all kind. I called this location in a panic after a contractor sprung a leak while laying new flooring. Annemarie reassured me I would be taken care of and I definitely was! Ryan was there within the hour, and everyday from there on out until everything was dry. We had mold explode almost overnight in the garage. In a panic I found Servpro on google and called right away. Even with a full schedule, they were able to get Sebastian out within a few hours. He discovered we had a pinhole leak from pipes in the wall and spent the entire day ripping out the moldy drywall. He worked with us when scheduling the plumbers and check in daily to see how well the area was drying out. Sebastian was not only knowledgeable, but he understood the stress of having an emergency with small kids. I truly felt like he had our best interest in mind when discussing all the options. I hope to never have an emergency like this again but I know exactly who to call in the future!

When I moved into my new apartment there was water damage, mold, and smoke damage. Jim and Annemarie did an amazing job getting the place looking like new. It is wonderful to know that all of the damage has been dealt with and my home is safe and clean.

Had water leaking from the 2nd floor into the kitchen ceiling below to the point of sagging the drywall. Jim and his team at ServPro South Meck were there within the hour. They were quick to diagnose the problem and began remediating the problem immediately to minimize the damage. Great customer service and technicians!Beware of price! - if everything will be handled by insurance, thats one thing. Otherwise you may pay a premium price. If you are a DIY person, doing some of the work yourself can save you a lot. SERVPRO is a great company. I would certainly use them again, but manage the situation a little more closely.Overall my experience was great. Dealing with a water problem can be a very stressful time. My first contact was with one of the ladies in the office. She calmed me down, explained everything that would likely be done, and made the arrangements.The technicians are very courteous, knowledgeable, and do a great job of keeping you informed. They went about their job efficiently, and they cleaned up after each visit. I was very impressed.

I was having problems with high humidity in my basement. I called Jim who diagnosed the problem in minutes ( a malfunctioning hot water heater in the crawl space. He then spent the next many weeks advising me on the insurance and mold remediation process. He went above and beyond what I expected and I always felt totally confident that he knew what he was doing and was looking our for my best interests.I would absolutely use him again (hope I never have to!), and would definitely recommend him to friends, which I have already done.

Jim and Kane did a fantastic job. Our builder did not connect the hot water overflow drain pipes correctly and a month after we moved into our brand new home our hardwood floors started buckling. Servpro did an amazing job! We were set to close on our home in less than 24 hours when the sellers notified us of a leak. We had our realtor contact Servpro the next morning to see if they could meet us there for the final inspection, as we wanted to hire our own professional to know the extent of the damage prior to closing. Jim and Annemarie were able to come at our appointment time and provided valuable insight to us! We felt comfortable going ahead with closing and the sellers agreed to use servpro for the water damage clean up. They came out daily to check on the progress from their fans and dehumidifier until it was time to remove it, and on top of that were SUPER friendly and welcoming to us as new residents to the Charlotte area.
