They was nice enjoy there price only down size I wanted a design but, had to make a appt. So l just got gel polish but, great place would visit again if I be in the area

They were very nice to me, didn’t make me feel unwanted.. the guy took his time doing my nails, he messed up on the colors but we managed to come up with a new design and it came out better than what I wanted originally. He even did rhinestones on my two fingernails for free. He was very sweet and was very gentle with my hands. I have short nails and he put some work into them without hurting me. Would recommend to anyone to check this place out! I will be going again❤️

I forgot to ask the name of my nail tech, but he did an awesome job, and I will definitely be back soon. I got a gel manicure and crystal pedicure with regular polish. He was quick, friendly, professional, and gave me exactly what I wanted. This was not my first time at Victoria Nails, but its been a while since the last time I stopped by. After todays visit, I think I will make them my regular nail salon in Charleston 😊

They do a beautiful job on their dip French manicures! I enjoyed my pedicure too but the lady could of done a better job scrubbing the dead skin on my heels. But over all they do a good job and are very friendly

I love Franklin! He does a great job every time and my nails always last a little over a month and I get many compliments when I am out. I actually found them on Instagram @victoria_nails_west_ashley … I schedule my appointments and never once did I have to wait. I recommend 10/10!

I’m from Charlotte, NC so I walked in on a Saturday and the wait was not too long. My nail tech Mandy did a great job shaping and filling in a pretty poor job from another nail salon. Salon is very clean and calm. I would highly recommend.

This has been a wonderful, relaxing experience. I came here looking for Victoria, who had her shop in a center opposite NW Mall. I dont know if she is the proprietor or not, but certainly she has staffed a wonderful young man who did my pedicure. He had doubts about two concerns, and did not hesitate to ask the person above him. At the end of service rendered, I was offered a complimentary beverage. I chose a mimosa. I will be telling family and friends about this place that plays soothing subliminal sounds and allows you to relax as you are taken away!

Victoria Nails on Sam Rittenburg Boulevard in West Ashley is an excellent place to go for all things nails. The professionals here do great work and I have been impressed with everything that they do. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating and works hard to make sure that everything looks good.

This team is the sweetest! Place is beautiful- nicest salon I have ever been in, and Seryna does fabulous work! Highly recommend to anyone in West Ashley.

I actually loved this salon until being disrespected by the “owner”. To say that I spend over $100 EVERY two weeks with no complaints, as a new business and a quote on quote “business man” he has terrible customer service. I’m not saying that based off of his actions tonight. I’ve actually been coming to this nail salon for a while and I’ve seen how he conducts business with customers that have questions regarding their charge or them not liking the way some of the techs may do their nails. All in all I love how one of the ladies do my feet but I was deeply disappointed with the way he conducted business and unfortunately will not be returning.

Absolutely fantastic words cannot even describe how much I like the staff their services and really just how great they are I’ve been three times now. I love it so much everyone is very talented but their manager is so sweet and definitely a perfectionist. I take a bunch of their cards and hand them out everytime my clients want to get their nails done or if I get a compliment.

I called this place 30 min before close hoping they could see me, but prepared to be turned away, understandably. They welcomed me with open arms. I got there at 6:45 and had Susan. She was very patient with me picking my colors and she made sure she understood the vision I had. What I truly appreciated was that Susan wasn’t rushing at all. Even as her coworkers were closing shop (it was 7:45 at this point), she took her time and made sure my nails looked perfect. I love how they turned out! Will definitely be coming here regularly and asking for Susan! Thank you! 🥰
